It's Life in the Dark Thing

Dear America,

"Don't divide your life
into things
you can do by yourself
and things
that require My help."

this tidbit came nearing the end of today's devotional, just this morning in Jesus Calling...The point being, in all things, keep the Almighty Present!   Don't do one single thing without help, without thought, without prayer, without continually connecting to the One Who Knows All Things.

And it made me think about what Chris Matthews said only a few days ago, when essentially mocking the Americans who still believe where this nation's true foundation comes from -- and the unwavering connection to our God given rights  along with the free-exercise thereof:

“Well you know what the Republicans say in their platform?” Matthews asked during his show “Hardball” on Thursday night. “The right to bear arms precedes the Constitution. It’s a god-given, sort of theological right. They treat this like religion.”
“I don’t know how to explain it,” Matthews bemoaned. “It’s a sort of essential religious notion to them.”  (and THANK YOU, to the Daily Caller, for this clip/link)
Yes, Chris Matthews --- it's called Nature's Law, and proclaims God as the True Authority over our lives, and as such, as not only the Divine Providence that guides us as individuals, but when Nature's Law works collectively, it's purpose is to protect the will of it's free people in THIS country.  And further -- that our natural rights and the natural law in place does, in fact, precede all other things...especially, and notably, man-made rule or government.

AMERICA is intended to be all about the people GOVERNING themselves; that good self-government provides the foundation, just as a mighty faith in God, provides the ROCK itself.  One by one, step by step, stone by stone -- we are a fortress when unified and living in integrity with certain and absolute Truths.  Chris Matthews, apparently, is either ignorant to our founding principles, the Spirit of Nature's Law altogether (and how it works), or to that which we call God, Itself, and encompassing all of It's Authority and Reign, being Creator of all things large and small.

From the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Proclamation of January 23, 1776:

"It is a maxim that in every government, there must exist, somewhere, a supreme, sovereign, absolute, and uncontrollable power; but this power resides always in the body of the people; and it never was, or can be, delegated to one man, or a few; the great Creator has never given to men a right to vest others with authority over them, unlimited either in duration or  degree."

indeed.
UNALIENABLE rights, is where it's at, people.

William Blackstone describes it like so:

"Those rights, then, which God and nature have established, and are therefore called natural rights, such as are life and liberty, need not the aid of human laws to be more effectually invested in every man that they are; neither do they receive any additional strength when declared by the municipal laws to be inviolable.  On the contrary, no human legislation has the power to abridge or destroy them, unless the owner shall himself commit some act that amounts to a forfeiture."

As then, Skousen, author of The 5000 Year Leap, goes on to explain: "In other words, we may do something ourselves to forfeit the unalienable rights endowed by the Creator, but no one else can TAKE those rights from us without being subject to God's justice. This is what makes certain rights UNALIENABLE.  They are inherent rights given to us by the Creator."

And here's a short list of examples of Certain UNALIENABLE RIGHTS not articulated in the Declaration of Independence, when it broadly exclaims, "that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness"  ----

The RIGHT TO SELF-GOVERNMENT -- and this, probably being the most important, for this gives personal power to respond to all things in keeping with one's very ability to strive to live a life beholden to certain virtues; to be of sound mind and well educated; to live in accordance with a natural, lawful nature, respective of all things, being fully aware that to have and live in a life of integrity, and grace, and faith, begets a pure  and unconditional love for our fellow man and an unimaginable gratitude of life itself, and BEGINS in all ways with the INDIVIDUAL.  But let's continue....

The RIGHT to BEAR ARMS for SELF-DEFENSE.  enough said.

The RIGHT to FREE SPEECH
The RIGHT to FREE PRESS

The RIGHT to a FAIR TRIAL

The RIGHT to enjoy the fruits of ONE'S LABORS

The RIGHT of FREE ASSOCIATION

The RIGHT of FREE CONSCIENCE

The RIGHT to Life and Liberty and Property and Production --  all gallivanting around our individual right in the PURSUIT of Happiness -- ALL EXISTED long before man realized the need to protect such things.  These things are ALL pre-existing conditions!

Which now causes me to pause, in order to recognize something else -- the individual DUTY to protect and preserve that which the Creator has bestowed upon us, as a people, as caretakers:  Life itself, this earth and all of its inhabitants.    Surely, if we frame everything we do, individually and collectively, making an inquiry with conscience first, then how can we fail at nearly anything ventured from this day forward?  In other words, "Don't divide your life into things you can do by yourself and things that require My help."

We are living a life in the dark. The reason, the understanding, the knowledge of our founding fathers is no where to be found in keeping with the utmost respect.  It is lost on people like Chris Matthews, clearly.  And it may as well be considered a thing lost to the whole, if the growing unpopularity of the truth, our truths,  continue.

As the heading to Chapter 13 of The 5000 Year Leap, duly notes: "A Constitution Should be Structured to Permanently Protect the People from the Human Frailties of their Rulers."

indeed.
And therein lies the rub.

I awoke to more definitive news coming out of the Trump Administration of plans to tweak Obamacare by the stroke of the pen, by Executive Order --  and even Senator Rand Paul was pleased?   Tweeting:  "This will be a great plan & a big deal for millions of Americans. I’ve been working with @realDonaldTrump for months on this. Details soon!..
4:55 AM - Oct 10, 2017

and all this girl can say is 'ugh'  -- as much as the news naturally excites me, as it finally opens the free market healthcare system to competition (the missing link all along)...this move characterizes the natural law of Two Wrongs Don't Make a Right axiom to a capital T.  [Isn't there a Hippocratic Oath for Law Makers to do no harm, to uphold and protect America's Constitution, with a hand on the Bible and all?]

This is not how America was supposed to operate.

Oh, yes indeed, this fortress in which we live -- it has a lawn out back....And we cannot flip from one administration to the next in a perpetual game of bad-mitten, lobbying and lobbing the birdie back and forth at one man's whim after another, thereby usurping the law itself.   How many times has an unconstitutional action been justified simply because it was for a "good cause.?"   Answer:  too many.

We mock our foundation, and our Constitution, every day we allow this kind of nonsense to proceed, no matter how worthy the cause, how grand the payback, how fresh the air, or how wonderful it makes us all feel.

It is wrong.
And it is no way to run a true republic.
Somebody turn on the lights!

Oh to have the true freedom to try, buy, sell and fail, is what remains truly at stake when we allow government to take the place of all of our needs and control all of our days and decisions; this is where the little birdie gets stuck in the proverbial net that we call government dependency.  It wasn't meant to be this way; our decisions, our days, were intended to live under a Higher Power, leaving only a small, essentially unseen power delegated -- more like, relegated --  to government.  ALL limits were placed on what government cannot do... by our Constitution.

From John Fiske, an American and historian:

"If the day should ever arrive (which God forbid!)  when the people of the different parts of our country shall allow their local affairs to be administered by prefects sent from Washington, and when the self-government of the states shall have been so far lost as that of the departments of France, or even so closely limited as that of the counties of England -- on that day the political career of the American people will have been robbed of its most interesting and valuable features, and the usefulness of this nation will be lamentably impaired."

oh indeed.
And we are there.

Here, there, and everywhere.
It would seem, that We the People have let it all go.

Welcome to the new world, right Columbus

America -- now, lamentably impaired -- being  an unconscionable, corruption of our foundation, of that which always was, and ever will be, the reign of natural law, enumerated or not, into Law, as Divined by God and written by our founders. Our beautiful Constitution may as well begin, 'wee the little people.'

And then again,
maybe this girl is just being over dramatic.

Anyone?

What do you think Harvey -- any thoughts on self-government?  Here's the latest...

While this is a good quote from Jimmy Kimmel: “I’m not defending Hillary Clinton. Her campaign did take money from what turned out to be a high-profile man who has been accused of sexual harassment multiple times. But not just one of them, by the way—she took money from two of them: Harvey Weinstein and Donald Trump.”    However, Kimmel -- you left out the chronic sexual harasser she was married to,  Bill Clinton; pretty sure there was a little monetary benefit exchanged there over the years.  just sayin'

And speaking of which, anything?
What say you, Hillary?
Please, do tell, speak of self-government or anything else that may come to mind....

After five days of ignoring the Weinstein reality, Hillary finally broke her silence to say (through a spokesman):   "I was shocked and appalled by the revelations about Harvey Weinstein. The behavior described by women coming forward cannot be tolerated. Their courage and the support of others is critical in helping to stop this kind of behavior." ["The statement made no mention of returning contributions from Weinstein"...also noted in the CNN post.]

Hypocrisy IS Hillary's kingdom, and she is president.

oh this is getting old.

Hill, Bill, Harvey...Matthews and Jimmy and Jolie... Trump and Judd....frantically fill our days leading us back to the dark ages sometimes;  while Washington mocks everything our founders ever intended and constructed, with their ever-firm reliance upon the people to keep it so, in duty and delight, in morning, noon, and night.

If there ever was a time to take heed in the words,
"Don't divide your life
into things
 you can do by yourself
and things
that require My help,"

this is IT.

May God bless America.

and think that's all this girl has left to say for one day.

It's About Nefarious Things

Dear America,

"The most
dangerous animal
in the world is a
silent, smiling
woman."

indeed
and just like so we begin a new day.

I'm in the midst of waiting for a large pizza to arrive at my door: ordered "the works" from a local woodfired brick oven pizza joint, Pizza Nova --  and when I say "the works," it's including bait (but on the side).  "Bait" -- the anchovy -- needs to be monitored by the bite in my book.  But I mostly want the bait, served on the side, so that I can add it to the small Caesar Salad that is coming along with, as an accompaniment to the gluttony about to take place  -- it's what you do as a single girl ordering enough pizza for a crowd...a LARGE! When in reality, its only you; and we all know salad doesn't keep.  But, if all goes as planned, aiming to have the pizza last for at least three days...we'll see though...as this girl loves her pizza.

Besides, now beginning to rationalize a rash decision that was decided in about three seconds,  I walked today...about three miles worth, too.

But, who's counting?

Bet Harvey Weinstein stopped counting in the mid 90's...

Just a shame, though.  As Ashley Judd didn't seem to be affected by nasty men until Trump came along on the scene, am I right?  yes.  It's like, seriously, Ashley?   I mean, where were you with the nasty gal poems and the pu***y hats way back when?   Just another brick in the wall.

Here's how the now resigned attorney for Weinstein, Lisa Bloom,  puts it  --- oh he's just “an old dinosaur learning new ways.”  Yeah, yeah.  Just an old dinosaur learning new ways.  right.  [Now, only a few days later, she is walking away from defending Weinstein, and being his "adviser;" seems not wise for the old dinosaur of a resume now in shambles.  It's also what you have to do when Gloria Allred is your mom.]  Just another brick in the wall.

But isn't Harvey, in reality,  just behaving the way Hollywood has always been?
ah yea. that would be a yes...

Thus, it's about time for all Hollywood hypocrites to come up on stage and receive their award...oh, don't be shy now...c'mon.  Starting with Ashley Judd, then to Madonna -- who made her own picture book titled "Sex."  I mean, c'mon....really?  That book came out in 1992; perhaps about the same time Harvey was begging for Judd to watch him take a shower; it's only fitting to the era, right?

Of course, Harvey puts a whole new spin on his movies -- as "Good Will Hunting" and "Pulp Fiction" meet up on a Hollywood couch with the "Sex. Lies, Videotape" to record every sordid minute.  Oh the shame,  Oh the horror. Oh the comedy for all the rest of us -- mostly conservatives --  as we watch and listen to this nonsense play out like a bad fiddle.  Just another brick in the wall.

Nefarious.  Naked.  Hollywood.

No.
None of us are perfect.
There is that.

None of us are perfect.
Yours truly included; like a side of bait, my imperfections and weaknesses are served up on the side of me, in a little container. It's doesn't take over the whole of me, but they are there just the same.

But it's like, really Ashley -- you're gonna raise Cain now?  Seriously?  Considering the line of work you are in, you are gonna act like Donald Trump is the first nasty guy you have ever come across? Or, at least, come across with the strength to truly fight back and say something?  Really, after all this time of protecting a Hollywood movie mogul?

Sorry.
Not buying it, nor will I accept the blatant hypocrisy.

And Lisa -- Lisa Bloom -- what is with this "old dinosaur" business?  Did you have a martini with three olives before you said that out loud?

Just another brick in the wall.

In other news today -- Sunday -- apparently Colin Kaepernick would consider standing for the anthem if he could get signed on with a team.   Oh that is rich, isn't it?  Of course, his radicalized girlfriend is denying that that's what he said, and there is still no sign of any franchise interested in taking him anyway...you know, considering all the controversy served up along on the side...a protest built upon a lie, framing a leftist hidden agenda.  So what has really changed?  Nothing.

Now this girl is all for free speech; but this kneeling for the anthem is different sort of animal -- it's as if Colin, and others, are committing a crime against community.... the community of good will, the community of supporting all those who protect us, the community of unity and standing together to fix our issues.  It's as if they throw a brick against America and stomp on the flag every time.  [And I know Pence is with me...]

As Kaepernick tweets: "A lie gets halfway around the world before the truth has a chance to get its pants on," while attributing the quote to Winston Churchill.  (Even though history proves that that, too, is in question.)  OH okay, Colin, then if that rumor is not true, keep on keepin' on with your approach then...yeah, yeah...everything should turn out just fine.

Oh it's just so entertaining, isn't it?

But I do love the Churchill quote.  Even if it isn't his.  It's a good quote.

It kinda describes everything going on in this world right about now, right?

The truth is missing in action; and when it finally arrives, it's almost too late.  The damage has been done, and not only done, but it's been tweeted, and re-tweeted, way too many times to count; and all the while, the real truth, the whole truth, is forced under a cushion somewhere seedy and dirty, hoping that no one finds out.

It all ties together -- this business of...by the time something catches up to you, what does it matter anymore  -- right, Weinstein? Living a lie catches up to us one way or another every time.  Right, Miss "what difference, at this point, does it make" Hillary?  Let's just add the nefarious, and naked -- as we can see right threw her, Hillary to the mix.  She knew, that we knew, that she knew, she was telling a lie all along.  She knew she threw a brick the moment she said it.  Ah but that was so long ago, right...

Harvey/Hillary had to have known that one day, this charade would all catch up to him, whether it took a few years or a couple of decades.  One day, it would become too much of a good thing to continue to be hidden.  One day -- the lie(s) would become so big, so ugly, so damaging, that it could not contain itself any longer. Just another brick in the wall.  Kudos Pink Floyd.

So as Harvey is rushing to get his pants on;
as Hillary is rushing to get her pants suit on and maybe give it a go for a third time (which is just stupid, by the way.  please don't.);
as Kaepernick is just hoping to get a football uniform back on...
all of these American stories simply depict one thing...

just how easy it is to fall from grace.

Our humanity can get the best of us at any time; none of us are immune.

But let's just leave the hypocrisy at home along with the American Express card, shall we?

This girl has had enough of it.  Enough already.

Nefarious.  Naked.  America.  What's next?  Who's next?  We see everything eventually.

And on that note, I'm gonna take my not so silent, smiling face back to the kitchen for a second slice, or is it my third?
Oh, who's counting, right?

it's just me, sitting with my own conscience with nobody watching...
But let me tell you, in about three seconds I will be spinning the floor with a slice in my right hand, and a shot of whiskey in the other, and dancing to a little R&B, or maybe Pink Floyd, or maybe Michael Jackson, or maybe Cigarettes After Sex (and yes, that's a real name of a real band; and they are really good, too.  A yummy sound that makes you wanna sway, even if your only company is a big fat pizza to eat all by yourself.)  ....Cuz that's just the kinda day it's turned out to be.

If we are being honest, it's not about any one thing.
As foundations keep crumbling, America is breaking brick by brick.
It's a slow death; the whiskey and the pizza are merely dulling the pain for one night.
[No need to freak out; it's a temporal solution; a passing thing.]
But feel free to check on me in the morning...teehee.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's About Amazing and UN-AMAZING Things

Dear America,

"OUR
FOREFATHERS
WOULD BE
SHOOTING
BY NOW."
It's from the backside of a t-shirt @ a Trump rally,
somewhere in America, only a few months ago.
...And this is me,  AWESTRUCK;
my army of amusing muses never stop amazing me.

happy tuesday

In the spirit of the great I AM who Lives and Breathes Everywhere and Often, UNCEASINGLY, let's just start here:  I AM becoming completely UNGLUED! these days, gasping for Higher Air in the midst of total Chaos.

And let me just add, if we were to consider the Obama Administration synonymous with "the Great Community Organizer-in-Chief (and we do), then it would be fair to say, that the Trump Administration is leading by way of the Great Community UN-ORGANIZER-in-Chief.  And Yes!  this is good; and NO! it isn't...for it runs parallel with the incredibly UNBEARABLE Heaviness of Being in the face of such attacks from within and without, above and below, the White House.

Now granted, we are bearing witness to the complete UNMASKING of  America's "UNBIASED" media wreaking havoc and making hay upon everything and nothing...that we are sure.

See WASHINGTON COMPOST...Glenn Kessler's Twitter: "Applause in the newsroom as the Russia-leak scoop breaks the Hollywood Access record for most readers per minute."

How about the Post, post THIS.

And let's get McMaster's take, take THIS... pointing out, "...Their [the adults in the room] on-the-record accounts should outweigh those of anonymous sources."  While McMaster doubles down, today.

Of course, in other news -- and there is some -- the DNC Staffer, Seth Rich, who was murdered just outside his home, allegedly after leaking documents to Wikileaks....Let the unmasking begin, beginning with the documentation of a rampant siege, including a plethora of internal backstabbing withing the ranks of the Clinton presidential campaign, thereby unmasking the clear intent to derail Bernie Sanders....buh bye bernie.  Of course, we need to mention, this story is via an anonymous source, too.  Wow, the forces are coming in from all sides.
Hmmmmm  To Siege: 1. the act or process of surrounding and attacking a fortified place in such a way as to isolate it from help and supplies, for the purpose of lessening the resistance of the defenders and thereby making capture possible.
2. any prolonged or persistent effort to overcome resistance.
The thing is, there is no question, the TRUMP Administration is UNDER SIEGE.

But if we are to cover the WHOLE truth and nothing but the TRUTH, it would be fair to consider this siege actually began long before Trump even arrived in the theater.  As in the maneuverings of the massive army of free radicals still active, still dangerous, still siege-ing, and boldly taking every opportunity that comes their way to demonstrate their treasonous intentions against this country; we are referencing the directives and tactics under Saul Alinsky, a regime in which every Leftist Lives and Breathes and worships it's rules and commandments as written by one of its masters of re-creation.  Because, you know...this is how they think:

 “If they bring a knife
to the fight, we bring a gun,”
Obama said in Philadelphia last night.
“Because from what I understand,
folks in Philly
like a good brawl. I’ve seen Eagles fans.”

June 14, 2008

oh man, to have the last nine years back, right?

What we are really witnessing, is America being re-organized --with malice -- from within.

Here comes the judge, here comes the judge, now scrolling back to the Napolitano interview with the beautiful Bartiromo:  He says, “The use of intelligence data for political purposes is a felony.”

But back to the present (sorta),  never you mind that HILLARY CLINTON has been directly associated with a whole host of leaks and conflicts of interest and UNSCRUPULOUS acts, be it as a presidential contender or while at the state department (and BS, before the state schtick) or even as a wife of an Arkansas Governor, who would eventually become president.

And yet for purposes of getting through today's news, maybe we should just start here: How  James Comey put it on July 5, 2016, and as thoroughly documented @CNN going something like this:  ...7 Most Damning Lines On Clinton.  And looky there, CNN was sorta sticking it to Hillary using James Comey of all people; ah yes, that was then, this is now.

And then again...
Maybe, just maybe,  how about we start with Leftists everywhere (wherever they live and breathe and have their being, make their living....media, universities, bureaucrats)  just drop their knives and see what happens.  Can't we all co-exist with respect, one damn good debate after another?  Like, you know, using our words and facts and arguments intelligently, and suspending these greater understandings into the atmosphere, the blogo-sphere, the media-sphere, for all time with a certain degree of enlightenment and decorum vs. the not so much?

[This message also goes out to the Trump twitter account...just keeping it real]

To which this girl must dwell for a moment upon something not straight outta Compton or New York, but from straight outta Proverbs:

"Many are the plans in a man's heart,
but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails."

oh thank God, right?

And suddenly, in this moment, all of the many aspects of the complete un-glue-ing of me is coming to a pause, as a certain hush takes over my feeble and humble understanding of the many UNSEEMLY persons, places and things surrounding America and seem laser focused with the siege of unwavering attacks against her and now pulling out all the stops (with shots) upon the Trump Administration...

[AND please don't misunderstand -- I AM ALL FOR A FREE PRESS.  A free, honest, open, intelligent, unbiased news stream for ALL is what separates us from places like Venezuela, and Russia, and Syria and France; and, I AM ALL FOR the Trump Administration to tidy up within the fortress of the people's White House...maybe a little re-organizing would be a good idea.]
...My anonymous source tells me that the source of these unseemly things are unquestionably UNBECOMING of being an American.  It's like, I just have to ask -- whose side are you on?

But perhaps the better question -- whatever happened to being on the same side?
.... and just thinking out loud now...like, as in the days of JFK, when he asked 'ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country."

Indeed; that one just never seems to get old.
This is the time and the place that all AMERICANS should wrap their little heads around those words and put it to good use....everywhere and often.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's an Intelligence and Insight Thing

Dear America,

"When we survey our lives
and endeavors
we soon observe that
almost the whole of our actions
 and desires
are bound up with
the existence of other human beings."
Albert Einstein

some time ago...an outfit called Liberty Guard (the founder and chairman, Congressman Bob Barr, retired), produced a pamphlet titled, "Hillary Rodham Clinton: A History of Scandal, Corruption and Cronyism" and the very first thing, was this:

"1)NEW YORK TIMES: ...Canadian uranium billionaire Frank Giustra and Bill Clinton flew to Kazakhstan together.  Giustra then landed a huge uranium mining deal.  Giustra donated $31 million and pledged another $100 million to the Clinton Foundation.  In 2010 a Russian company wanted to buy Uranium One, which had taken over Giustra's company.  The new Chairman of Uranium One, Ian Teller, secretly donated $2.35 million to the Clinton Foundation, which failed to report this money.  In June of 2010, Bill Clinton was paid $500,000 to deliver a speech in Moscow.  In October of 2010, the U.S. State Department under Hillary Clinton approved the sale of Uranium One to the Russian company.  The $135 million in donations the Clinton Foundation received from investors in Uranium One were never disclosed, violating Hillary's signed deal with the Obama administration.  Uranium is the essential element needed to make nuclear weapons.  Thanks to Hillary, Russia now controls 20% of U.S. uranium."
the full story can be found at New York Times, circa 2015, HERE.

Now, to the controversy, beginning with the letter to James Comey, former FBI Director:

Dear Director Comey:
I have received the attached letters from the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General of the United States recommending your dismissal as the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I have accepted their recommendation and you are hereby terminated and removed from office, effective immediately.
While I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation, I nevertheless concur with the judgment of the Department of Justice that you are not able to effectively lead the Bureau.
It is essential that we find new leadership for the FBI that restores public trust and confidence in its vital law enforcement mission.
I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors.
Donald J. Trump.

The democrats are treating this as a constitutional crisis, when in fact, the president just got rid of the riff-raff...an act that is fully under the law as president of the United States; and further, an act that actually followed through with the wishes of the democrats, dating back to July 5th, at least. (And thank you, Mark Alexander for this post, @The Patriot Post, a place where true intelligence meets the day to day news with a courageous, authentic, patriotic, spirit and great insight --- with honors!)

The president stated in the letter, that there were three times when the former director, Comey, told Trump that he was NOT under investigation.

Now someone who should be investigated -- for canoodling with the Russians....and ....um....like, sending confidential top security emails via a personal email account AND using a personal unprotected server for her confidential State Department correspondence -- the very illegal server that even President Obama, himself, knew all about...and of course, there is the horror of developing an entire lie to cover up the Benghazi misstep at the State Department, after ignoring requests to beef up the security, which as we all know now, ended with the tragedy of losing four Americans.....hello? --- might just be Hillary, for Edgar J. Hoover's freaking sake.

As the president said --
"It is essential that we find
new leadership for the FBI
 that restores public trust
 and confidence
in its vital law enforcement mission."

Based upon polling just a little over a month ago, the truth is, Comey had an embarrassing 17% approval rate!  That is so pathetic.  GO to The Hill, here.

The thing is, what the people expect of the FBI, and really all entities designed to protect and defend the Rule of Law -- is an unbiased , law abiding, non-political, experienced body, that is being led by an unbiased, law abiding, non-political, experienced leader.

Comey became a liability the moment he began to step up to the mic, the second he said too much in the public arena, the instant he began to overstep his authority with the way he played with the truth and lies, and things known and unknown.

Trump could not fire Comey in July
-- he wasn't the president.
Trump could not fire Comey in November
-- he was merely the president-elect.
Trump could not fire Comey on day one
-- for he just didn't have all the information yet.

Trump waited to have the key information, in order to make the key judgement necessary,  from the man who would become Comey's direct boss -- which only happened two weeks ago -- Rod Rosenstein.  See HERE.   Hey, and even if it was not Rod's idea to begin with -- as rumors seem to say -- the president is the president, this is his call to make any way you want to shake it.

[You better click that link to Rod's recommendations; it says it all.  And it is very complete.  Don't even waste your time getting the account correct from CNN and Anderson Cooper; that is truly fake news.]

But clearly, it's like Trump was damned if he did and damned if he didn't; but nobody can deny that Trump waited to have all the information, and that's a good thing.  While The Left predicted his administration would be going nuclear at every turn, the truth is, his directives have been nothing but measured.  So, what, that's not attractive now just because it's Trump doing the doling out?    Seriously?

And another thing!  RUSSIA DID NOT EFFECT THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION.

Hillary was, and continues to be, the worst possible candidate for the democratic party -- possibly ever.  How many times do we have to go over this?  It says nothing, to say she got the popular vote -- concentrated mostly from two states, California and New York.  Why bother talk about it anymore; this is old news with fake news of Russian interference playing with the whole truth and nothing but the un-truth.  Hillary is really good at masterminding a story to cover a story to cover up something that is just gawd awful.  [The Liberty Guard pamphlet listed, like, fifty of em]

And really, if we were to spend any matter of time on this matter, the Podesta discovery -- apparently leaked by  wikileaks and the Russians...was pretty damaging all on its own.  The Donna Brazile controversy, the leaking of questions to the Clinton camp, dealt a series of serious self-inflicted blows....and you can just read this for all the dirty details.

But let's be real -- all these conversations and sneaky situations actually happened; it's not like the leaked emails were totally made up -- these were actual emails between the upper echelon of the Clinton campaign.  Is that the Russian's fault?  And just where, oh where, is the "needy latino" uproar, once that comment came to see the light of day?

There is a fascinating piece offered from Hillsdale College, it's monthly publication, Imprimis, which highlights a talk from Herbert Meyer in the February issue.  It may not have anything to do with Comey's firing, but it has everything to do with the timing and the gathering of intelligence, and what happens when we add experience and insight.

With a little luck, key judgement comes after asking the right questions; it becomes the proper response only after the gathering of information combines with experience and insight and ultimately paves the way to making a decision that changes everything.  This Comey firing is a perfect example.

In the same way, a case could be made that the American people gathered intelligence all on their own throughout the 2016 presidential campaign, in spite of, both candidates having their fair share of issues and controversy.  The bottom line is that Trump came out the winner and is the president of the United States.

This is key judgement; the reason this is key judgement is because the United States of America is still a republic--  the intelligence and insight of the masses came together and made Trump the victor. End of story.

We will know how serious this president is about the Rule of Law once we see his pick...
and it goes without saying, this will be a chance for Trump's "intelligence and insight" to properly meet and make good on his intentions, on behalf of the American people.

In the meantime, this is not a good day for America, for it illuminates just how wide and deep personal and political bias frames the news of the day -- mainstream media, and much of the cable news networks, are coming unhinged, being completely out of touch with where most Americans truly stand on Comey's Bureau worthiness, and all but ignoring what the democrats as a whole were saying about Comey...that is, up until May 9th.

Rod Rosenstein made quite clear a set of recommendations to the president; the president took that intelligence to heart and mind, adding a wellspring of his past experiences and insight -- a culmination of years of working with people from all over the globe -- to shape his final decision.

My final recommendations:  Let's move on.  Given that all critical/favorable eyes will be upon whoever the next FBI Director may be, let's get on with it!    Let's start over!   [And may that person also have the back bone to investigate Hillary all over again, starting with the Clinton Foundation, then scaling the open borders of Benghazi, and finally delving into the deep space storage and transmission of confidential intelligence, amid an illegal private server, adding up to innumerable felonious acts while Secretary of State.]

It's All a Hot Mess At Best Thing

Dear America,

"Where there is no vision,
the people perish:
but he that keepeth the law,
happy is he"

k so this isn't some huge revelation, right

law creates a certain order of things.

No matter the scale -- from picking up a gum wrapper to keeping our commandments with the Omniscient Source of all things good, the great G Thing in the sky -- law and order divines more law and order and in return society grows more and more beautiful.

Trump is where he's at because in a manner of speaking and believing and the everlasting placement of one's faith -- we have lost our way in America.  We -- as in the story of US; our way, because it is about all of us doing this thing called life in America together, under God, and by the Rule of Law, as designed.

The very ability to truly co-exist in America -- meaning, to assimilate into one body of countrymen with the same desire to maintain law and order as the next guy -- is at a tipping point.  And from day one of this election season, Trump understood these grievances and used them to propel an electrified campaign, for better or worse,

Now, getting to last night's first presidential debate -- it's pretty clear that nothing changed all that dramatically; we walk away within our own camps insisting that our candidate won, but that reality is a wee bit twisted -- warped. at best.

The night was uncomfortable, really.

There they were on the world stage -- personalized presidential podiums and all --  trying their darnedest to appear temperamentally top shelf to a nation just waiting on pins and needles....

waiting for the first gaffe,
waiting for the first zinger -- you know the one, it's the one that's been at the tip of their tongue, waiting rather impatiently for the moment to be just right.

The strain to maintain seemed immense. at best.

The thing is upon this beautiful morning in America (yeah, even if it's really partly cloudy with a chance of sprinkles)...it is a sad day if these two depict the best of the best of the best.

It's like I wanna say to the both of them, nice try, next?  Who else have we got?  Anyone?

Unbelievable, really -- that we are, for all intents and purposes,  just a month away from choosing America's next Commander of Chief.

Speaking of nice tries...I've been wanting to introduce Barbra Nice-Try-Sand for days now....
She wrote a piece for The Huffington Post, titled "Facts Matter."  And even though I really really really didn't even want to read the piece of trash, I picked it up anyway...

But lo and behold -- this girl got the best laugh!  It was such a good chuckle...

all through it, I'm thinking is this girl for real?
Is she really going to write a puff Huff piece to pump up Hillary based upon "facts matter"  and using Donald Trump as the punching bag?    Seriously?

After all the lies on Hillary have surfaced time and time again -- from Benghazi to Baghdad, from illegal Email Servers to the actual misuse of confidential emails, from voting for the Iraq war before she was against it, from calling the TPP the "gold-standard" before thinking twice, from the Clinton Foundation perks with State Department works, from playing and speaking for personal gain with Wall Street....and on and on and on....from simply being in government for a lifetime -- over thirty years -- with no accomplishments worth a darn, as its all smoke and mirrors with only her best side showing in public (and sometimes with a nasty twitch, a pesky cough, or showing off a new twist on the smokey eyes...).

Liar liar pantsuit on fire!

It's like Barbra, don't quit your day job; this is not the way we were, you funny girl.  But more important, in what universe do you live -- are you not at all affected by Hillary's slew of missteps and mistakes?  Gotta love the hollywood bubble.

What Barbra doesn't understand is that it doesn't matter so much what the Donald knows or doesn't know --

his followers see the return to a country of law and order; they trust that Trump has the contacts to create a cool, credible cabinet, and has enough experience and patriotism to support a more unconventional way in the making of America great again, even if that means he pieces us back together one by one, step by step, whether on the fly or by the seat of his blue suit pants.  The business, at hand, seems to suit him -- consider it more a fit of time and place than anything else.

And who are we kidding... for better or worse, it's all a hot mess, at best.  We do have days when we feel and look beautiful....and I want more of those.

WHAT Trump IS NOT is the seasoned, worn out bureaucrat and career politician in the race who IS every bit responsible for things like the twenty trillion dollars in national debt (with the additional unfunded liabilities totaling over 100 TRILLION dollars!)....k, babs?  He's not the one.

How embarrassing that Nice-Try-Sand, and people like Mark Cube Head even think for one minute that Hillary is all that and worthy of the office of the presidency after all she's done and more like undone -- ripping law and order up from its roots with aplomb.  IT's incredible how she can keepeth such poise, even after all things said and unsaid, seen and unseen -- but mostly, undone, unsaid and unseen.  But there she was -- with that big fat grin from ear to ear looking worse for wear, and faking it, all of it, year after year.

If  Hi-LIAR-y  is your girl, Barbra, there is nothing but sadness in my heart.

Government doesn't do anything, Barbra, but waste hard earned money.  It's a black hole that gets bigger and bigger, grander and grander, evermore elitist as each day passes.

Here's an example of how America truly works -- backwards and forwards, reruns and all...

It's a beautiful story that I just happened to have fallen into by accident some time on Saturday.  And it all starts with a show called Lucky Dog.  Have you seen it?

The episode I watched matched up a homeless, shelter dog with a wounded veteran -- Atlas and Scott.   From the first minute to the last, tears streamed down my cheeks and I kept thinking to myself, brilliant, this is so brilliant, how genius, how beautiful and on and on and on.

It demonstrated perfect law and order returning to two lives without any government help.

So today,
upon this beautiful day in America,
we have a choice to make.

It really shouldn't be all that hard to decide, if being honest and sincere.
Trump is the only option available.

For better, for worse, it's a hot mess, at best.  But it's OUR hot mess x

Come kicking and screaming if you must, but here's to making America Great Again...
and that only happens when everyday begins with law and order -- and the good intentions of each and every one of us to do good, say good, be good, and think good.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's Escapades and Episodes According to the Greatest Manipulator of Truth Ever Thing

Dear America,

"With all due respect,
the fact is we had four dead Americans.
Was it because of a protest,
or was it because of guys
out for a walk one night
 who decided they'd go
kill some Americans?
What difference,
at this point,
does it make?"

This snapshot of Hillary's Benghazi testimony reveals so much about HER, doesn't it?

Right from the get go, this answer she gives claims to be out of respect, and yet it turns into nothing of the sort.  HER answer is alarmingly disparaging to our four dead Americans, and makes her point by trivializing the possible reasons for the very attack...and adds finally, what difference at this point does it make, dead is dead, let's move on.org.

This attitude of what difference does it make seems to follow HER around like a puppy -- and just maybe she rues the day now made scorching permanent in American history; but no matter, what difference at this point does it make if she finds herself in regret, or not -- for Hillary's lack of respect to the truth will rule the day here on the old gthing...good morning.

This testimony reveals who she really is...a manipulator of truth, someone who makes a habit of using deception, when necessary, for selfish advancement or simply to avoid the consequences of a mistake.

Just like Benghazi -- this whole dehydration thing, and fainting thing, and falling down thing -- has a timeline, too.   Returning to circa December of 2012, here at CNN.

And even from the mouth of HER own husband -- “Well, if it is it’s a mystery to me and all of her doctors, because frequently, not frequently, rarely, but on more than one occasion, over the last many, many years, the same sort of thing’s happened to her where she got severely dehydrated,"

When it comes to the Clinton's -- the truth FREQUENTLY is altered, avoided, bleached, or destroyed by a hammer;  while sometimes -- this  truth -- when it is hidden deep inside the mind of another human being....perhaps after months of research, experiences close to a situation, or methodical review (I mean, what difference at this point does it make how the truth suddenly  illuminates, right) ....something actually happens to this human being -- keeper of the truth --  under the cover of darkness...poof!

You know, and I know, that you know, that I'm no doctor.  But if I were a doctor, and Hillary was under my care -- and if this whole fainting thing and falling down thing is really due to dehydration -- my prescription would be the same year over year:

  • drink more water, always have a bottle of water with you...better still, and if you are into brands -- load up on the Gatorade to the Powerade in the Escalade.
  • get your rest
  • periodically get hooked up to an IV for fluids, electrolytes, etc
  • get a shot -- as in a vitamin cocktail on your derriere (very popular out here in So CAL)
  • (and being one of those skinny girls, myself -- tell her to think about losing a few LB's)
  • (not to mention, your face looks puffy -- are you taking steroids or the HGH, by chance...)
But don't tell me this is pneumonia.

And certainly -- let's not make light of it as if what difference at this point does it make, and consider it just something she just does frequently, or occasionally, or rarely, or from time to time, like Bill said.

The problem I have with the latest fainting spell -- causing HER to leave the 9/11 Anniversary service prematurely -- is that it didn't resemble fainting!

HER movements were odd -- by the time she got to the curb, while waiting for the van to pull up, she appears twitchy, to the point that at the very moment the van arrives, her whole body jerks.  Then her legs buckle, and she takes a step towards the van with help holding HER up on both sides, looking more like she has Muscular Sclerosis, or even Lou Gehrig's disease, or something. Something is wrong with HER.

This is not just dehydration.

Nor the fault of pneumonia.

No way.
No way.
No way.

HER health issues are years in the making, and made exponentially more serious since the concussion in 2012, the one that prompted delaying her Benghazi testimony until she recovered.

BUTT the bottom line -- it all matters to the American people.
She must be the greatest manipulator of truth ever! Who couldn't proudly hail all that, huh?

Now Trump -- well (emphasis on well) he's not showing any signs of any health issues; and not only does it matter, it speaks volumes, and often repeats.  Yes, folks, it's gonna be huge, it's gonna be huge.

And yet, every time Hillary stumps, something seems to be a problem -- be it a cough, be it dehydration, be it the weather,  be it pneumonia, or be it the inability to just stay on message with her own policy and agenda plans vs. making the mistake of lumping half of Trump's followers into "a basket of deplorables."  [Of course, she corrected herself, and for the record considered it a mistake for calling it "half" -- but what difference at this point does it make,  she said it.  And maybe what she really wanted to say was ALL...there is that.] A tisket, a tasket, blame it on the basket...

When Judicial Watch deposed Cheryl D. Mills on the entire EmailServerGate -- Mills being the chief of staff for Hillary at the State Department...all four years, mind you -- the 162 page transcript contains as follows (see JW Verdict publication, for more):

  • 283 instances of the words "object" and "objection"
  • 38 instances of "I don't recall"
  • 183 instances of "I don't know"
And then JW goes to commentary in the Wall Street Journal, with Kim Strassel describing the Mills testimony as such:  "Ms. Mills can barely recall any conversation with anyone while at the State Department about a server, or email, or anything.  She is clueless or mum on why the server came to be or who knew about it, or how it worked."

To which I must conclude, this whole dehydration thing, fainting thing, falling down and hitting your head until you can't remember shit thing must be contagious.

Watch the video of Hillary "fainting" into the van, from pneumonia, because it was sweltering hot (at a beautiful 77 degrees), plus she needed a wee bit of water....

 indeed.

What difference at this point does it make, from every angle, this video is devastating.

It's almost as infuriating as that other video, the one that caused the attack on Benghazi -- if you happen to be in the basket of  leftists, that is.  Which, lucky for me, am not.  [....that link there has really nothing to do with Hillary's "situation" -- this girl just likes Gutfeld's angle on being lucky.]

And on that note, this girl is gonna wobble on into the kitchen for a little red fruit punch Powerade - gotta load up for the afternoon ahead.   Bottom's up.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's a Day to Spring Up Oh Well! Thing

Dear America,

"Spring up, Oh well!
Sing about it..."
See Numbers 21, The Bible

forgive me father, for I have dimmed...it's been days since my last politico obsession, one worthy enough to call my own and pontificate until all the stray cats of Rome come home.

happy end of summer, everyone.  school is back in session; and while my nanny gig hours get cut back in half, the benefits outweigh the costs...believe you me and can I get an amen?

of course, given what's been missed, and given we are now deeply seated at the right hand of an election only ten weeks away, what is to come of our time here today, right here, right now?  What is most pressing?  what is most interesting?  what is most disturbing?

indeed
we could sum it all up to many a not so splendor-ed thing. U   G   H

Just this morning, add another Anthony Weiner sexting scandal (aka strike three), Huma leaving him (finally), and we got ourselves a humdinger ready for the trash compacter, or at the very least, sufficient fodder for the first fall fire once the evenings resume their annual chill.

Surely until about a minute or two ago, this little old gthing was prepared to bring up the sit down on the football field...oh Colin Colin Colin why have you forsaken the jersey, man?  And to think, this girl adored you so.

Oh sure, Colin is stepping in it because it's just the right thing to do, the thing to stand up for (besides cancer) -- we get it.   But oh, how sad, it's almost as if -- if you didn't know anything about him, anyway -- that Colin's experiences might add up to taking a stand while sitting down all the more understood. But no, not really, said the two white parents who raised him.    And yeah, perhaps I made that last part up -- because they said nothing of the sort, but what does it really matter these days......America -- there is no place on earth where the whole truth and nothing but the entire story is edited from reality like tomorrowland.  Here's a forward pass from one of my favorite places -- The Patriot Post.

I only wonder what Colin has to say to Dwyane Wade right about yesterday, or the day before, as two brothers from the hood shot and killed Dwyane's cousin, Nykea Aldridge while she was walking her three week old baby!!!!

Oh but this is just an everyday thing in ole Chicago.  (I hope you hit that -- you will not be disappointed... well, you will be more than disappointed.  It will sadden you to the middle of the earth and back again)

And flashpoint -- it's not about the police and it's not about the guns. ( See post summer G)

But here we are -- Kaepernick wants to make the story about white oppression and police brutality, while Wade wants to make it about gun control, #enoughisenough.

Yeah, this girl has had enough too but I have no voice, am I right -- cuz I'm just a dumbass white girl.

#wrongagain

speaking of white girls,
get a load of HER first set of commercials.  yes, we're talking HILLARY with a capital H as in Hypocritical Bolshevik Balderdash -- oh, how does it go...

....something like this:

"(voice over) cuz all it takes is JUST ONE WRONG MOVE"  ...suddenly in big, block letters across the screen

it's like,
are you for real?

This is what you guys go with?

Yeah, all it takes is one wrong move -- and just how many has Hillary had already?

If I were the capital T right about now, I would seize the day on this little opening.
Carpe freekin Diem to me.

I would line up an entire commercial with HERs, one second saying One Wrong Move, the next lining it up with one of HER lies  wrong moves.  One by one, the sixty seconds would peck off each and every instance of HER making the wrong move -- from Benghazi (which, let's face it, adds up to more than just one, right...considering HER State Department was asked for greater security in the months leading up to the attack and  it was denied...Ambassador Stevens was doing a secret arms deal! without proper security forces! on an anniversary of September 11!  of all times/places/and things, and let's add HER lie to the grieving families -- you know the one -- where she blamed it on a video at the same time as telling the truth of the planned attack to Chelsea and others...)

And we're not even close to running out of ideas... how about that foundation, eh?  If it were involving any other family, they would all be in jail.

And how about that email server?  Not turning over ALL of HER emails, let alone in a timely fashion?  And then proceeding to lie about it over and over and over again.  And what about that cloth?  And now, they decide to hide HER State Department schedule until after the election?  Are you kidding me?   An American Thinker thinks out loud here.

One wrong move, leads to another wrong move, which leads to another wrong move and so on.  And who are we kidding, there isn't enough time in a commercial to say enough, whether it be in big bold caps or fine upper crust print.

Who honestly wants another wrong move from Hillary after this?  Seriously, really, who?

The next thing capital T needs to say to Hillary is 'you should fire that ad agency -- cuz you got screwed.    That was a huuuuge mistake.  huuuge.  and you are stupid.  very very stupid.  i can't believe I ever gave you a dime.'

oh my, sometimes I just crack myself up

and on that silly note,
this day needs to come to a close.

And while this day turns out to be just about getting my feet wet, angling to get the juices flowing while reveling in the contrary and the extraordinary of this life as we know it, we have only just begun, again.
yay, for there is just so much to say...eventually

Make it a Good Day, G

It's Old is the New New Thing, Revisited

Dear America,

“My definition of a free society

is a society where it is safe to be unpopular.”

Adlai Stevenson

so apparently the 1930's called last Tuesday night...
for the rally cry, nearly in unison, and crafted to move the audience from deep depression to standing ovation -- is that it's time for a new New Deal.  And if it was said with a shrill, even better, right Hillary?

Obama phones and shovel-ready jobs got nothing on the deal we have for you, if you vote for me:
  Bernie - Hill .
Free public college for everyone, free healthcare for children, women and old people,  free education for illegals, free healthcare for illegals....even mandating  a raise in minimum wage from sea to shining sea...AND increasing taxes on the greedy, wealthy, God-forsaken top wage earners, Wall Street, and especially those nasty hedge fund guys. Free Free Free everything ...for everyone...except, of course, those at the top.

Gosh, do you even remember that near trillion dollar stimulus package of 2009?

You know not one republican voted for it.  Not one.

It was this stimulus package (just a wiki link) --  along with the horrific direction the "Affordable Care Act" (just another wiki link) legislation was taking -- that prompted THIS little miss thing to come to life ...in living color, creating
-- It's a G Thing --
 Just a Girl.
Her Name is Gretchen.
A Day in the Life of an American Girl.

That was July 2009.
And now look at me.
Here I am,
still --
even with a boat load of haters/obstructionists jumping in from time to time --
755 blogs later.

[you know blogs are not only an equal opportunity industry, it is a totally gender neutral realm...to the point of near irrelevance, if choosing anonymity ...Unless of course, like me, you choose to build a site around it (giggle)...  But it's hard to believe that Hillary considers her best qualifier to be the next president is the fact that she is a girl and there hasn't been a girl president yet...It's like c'mon Hill, you're a feminist and want to be treated equally across the board until you want to use your femininity as a qualification?  Affirmative action, hear me roar. And shriek.]

Besides echoing the NEW NEW DEAL philosophy of redistribution governing, the democratic players on stage each angled to outdo the other in "outsider-ship."  Which is funny -- considering the combined total number of years dependent upon a government bureaucracy paycheck of one sort or another and paid for on the backs of tax payers is obscene; what an embarrassment.

What do we, the tax payers and dutiful citizens, have to show for it?

For this near 20 trillion dollar debt, and the over 200 trillion dollars in unfunded liabilities (funding things...things large and small..... things dating back to the thirties and  still going, going, gone and  way beyond comprehension) is already crippling us AND  stifling our every move.

Our economy is no longer free to be -- whether it be under free enterprise or under "free" federal stimulus.  We are choking on debt,  and this group of yahoos, I mean, dimwitted democratic candidates, insist the answer is MORE?

Nothing is free.

T  I  N  S  T  A  A F  L

There is no such thing as a free lunch
(or free college, free healthcare, free food, free housing, free anything, freeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!tee hee !!!!! ha ha ha.......That was just my screaming Hill coming out.  Did you catch the hackle at the end?)

Everything has a cost, a price -- whether it's a commodity, a property, a service, a soul, or a future.  And everything has to be accounted for -- in other words, paid for, in the end.  Or else, clearly bankrupt, it IS the end.

Everything is "paid" for on the backs of taxpayers...you; or everything is not paid for, and is promptly tallied into our National Debt.    FEEL    THE     BERN (and thank you to my morning muse on that little number xx my baby girl didn't make it up, but she told me xx).

But it's the ideologies that take advantage of the poor, the hungry, the faint of heart, the downtrodden, the desperate, the uneducated, the minority - especially by voter block -- in order to keep the power -- that poses the greatest threat to America (if not the entire free world).  For it's these ideologies that lie, beg, steal, borrow, and promise to fulfill dreams of the populace without disclosing the details, the true costs, the fine print, and inevitably, the certain challenges and constraints we place on all future generations to make these dreams come true.

It's fraud.
And quickly, a  bernie sanders becomes no different than a bernie madoff.

Oh FDR was so well liked, in the beginning

Hey Bernie,
facts are a sticky thing.

So let's use FactCheck.org, shall we?

  • Sanders wrongly said that the U.S. had “more wealth and income inequality than any other country.” The U.S. ranks 42nd in income inequality and 16th in terms of wealth held by the top 1 percent.
And if we look at the top 10%, U.S. ranks in 7th place, with the upper 10% holding 74.6% of the wealth -- with Russia (1st place) Turkey, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, falling in above us.

Whether we look at the top 1% or the top 10%, the answer's the same: we are not guilty of having "more wealth and income inequality than any other country."

But Bernie --

Given the 'compound interest' upon the welfare state we've made (to date),  add the exponential rate of raising dependency upon government (absent the intentions of our founding, built upon a citizenry of independence, self-reliance, and true liberty) --  America has grown less wealthy, enjoys less liberty, and is LESS FREE with each inauguration since the New f@%& Deal! (ahhh that link takes me back...)

All things considered -- you still say a new New Deal is your answer?...And it's Hill's answer?...Is that with or without a conviction on keeping a private email server and transmitting confidential top secret information on it, and then lying about it, and then, after two years,  finally turn over emails, only to reluctantly admit you might have made a mistake...and all in all, have Bernie's blessing to let it go, claiming nobody really cares.

Wrong Again.

Nearly 60% of Americans take issue with the level of dishonesty and lack of credibility; and 54% of those polled believe Hillary put America at risk.    That is a problem; a problem, I might add,  NOT created by the republicans leading the investigation (republicans being her self-proclaimed worst enemy), but by Hillary, herself.  [Just gotta wonder why controversy follows Hill and Bill with everything they touch......it's rhetorical]

And We haven't even begun to discuss all the climate change chatter.  Oi Vay!

How ignorant -- making such dumb ass claims against a basic, organic, life-force such as CO2,  And Bernie even went so far as to call it the biggest National Security Threat!?  Have you lost your mind?

Maybe Bernie should be the one to take the president aside and have a little heart to heart about the planet and all of his Air Force One joy rides....like the one just last weekend.   The president left Washington last Friday and went to Oregon  -- to talk to the families who lost a loved one at Umpqua Community College about gun control -- before then running off (in his plane) and making stops in San Francisco and LA for some fundraisers, and making a stop here in San Diego for a round of Golf @ Torrey Pines and a couple of good night's sleep in a 5-star resort, Rancho Valencia, before returning to Washington on Monday afternoon.  [take off about 1:45PST...ask me how I know...I happened to be looking up and in the right direction at the time...and lo and behold, there he was, taking off from Miramar! He was right there! Spilling CO2 all over the place!  I tried to look away, but I just couldn't...the plane was simply breathtaking.  I was mesmerized.]

Here's a post from The Daily Caller, going back to the President's Earth Day celebration  in April -- and choosing to celebrate the day by flying down to Florida and back....For the trip of of 1,836 miles round trip, his plane would spill 90 tons of carbon dioxide emissions!   Or, as The Caller points out:  To put this into perspective, it’s the same carbon footprint as 17.2 cars driving for the year. It’s also the same as burning nearly 88,000 pounds of coal or burning 190 barrels of crude oil.

Talk about being on the wrong side of an argument, read this.
Or talk about taxpayers funding the wrong side of an argument, read this.

Climate change policy is just another method of redistribution; it's just tapping into the fears, using tactics available to create change and re-organize communities by lying, stealing, and transforming America's fundamentals.    Same old, same old. Blah blah blah.

It's fraud, too.

But from the New Deal to the Real Deal,  allow me to steer you to Nate Jackson's take, on the debate, at The Patriot Post:
Democrat Debate Lowlights.
(Because it's good.)

You know, if Bernie's not careful, he may prompt a visit from the Department of Homeland Security...for all his talk against the man, the status quo, (throwing in Citizens United for good measure), to the extent of inciting, and actually calling out for, a "political revolution."  For a guy in congress since 1991, that is hilarious.

But back to my new, new link:  Did you see this stunning new announcement coming out of the Department of Justice?

Here's a peek...

While he spoke about the threat posed by the Islamic State terror group, he emphasized that law enforcement is focused on racist and anti-government ideologies, and that such ideologies may pose a more serious threat than ISIS.
“More broadly, law enforcement agencies nationwide are concerned about the growth of the “sovereign citizen” movement.  According to one 2014 study, state, local and tribal law enforcement officials considered sovereign citizens to be the top concern of law enforcement, ranking above ISIL and Al Qaeda-inspired extremists,” he said.
hmm me thinks me is a wee bit a part of this anti-government, "sovereign citizen" movement...sshhhh

The thing is, this morning, and after a little bit of rain last night -- I'm feeling refreshed in a weird way.  I sincerely hope it comes down to Hillary -- because WE, the right, can take her! But IF Joe Biden and Elizabeth Warren team up for another round of eight years (sixteen even, if she turns around and adds another eight) of fundamental transformation, it might be over for freedom and liberty in the good 'ole US of A.

Ugh just the thought of that is giving me a panic attack (so much for the pitter patter of raindrops on my little head lulling me into nirvana).

In the end, while this isn't NEW to gthing...
OLD
is the New
NEW

according to the Left, too.

[remember, a while back I used this
to support the American fundamentals...
context is everything...
don't ever forget it...]

And on Tuesday evening, the Democratic Debate showed us just how screwed up (from top to bottom -- from inside and out) we are...and half the populace is okay with it?

It's a Day to Be Brave Thing

Dear America,

as I was sitting there, Sunday afternoon, catching the last couple of hours of the Masters Tournament, and watching another round of history in the making, gazing upon another young buck take the green jacket like it was just any given Sunday (...and don't even get me started at wondering who I've turned into...watching golf??    really,G??)  -- Quicken Loans teed off a humdinger of a 30-second spot:

Beginning with...

..."the American Dream is terrifying.  ..American history is the history of the scary things we have to do....   cross the ocean...walk on that moon...fly...none of these things make rational sense; only makes American sense....scary.   sure.    but it's no match for our colossal self-belief"

and ending with...

..."without scary, we don't get to be brave..."

And on that note,
picking the next president of the United States is a wee bit terrifying, too.

Now the sun, has just barely cracked the horizon.  Roughly, fourteen thousand hours from now,we get to vote again.   Clearly, it's going to be a long day.

yay.

So as we embark upon the 2016 Presidential Picking Season,  let us be reminded that without a little scary, we don't get to be brave --

"Oh Hill No."   We won't go.

Somewhere between Clinton to the Second Power and Bushie to the Third, we might just find ourselves a president worthy to be called Forty-Five.   But in the meantime, the hours ahead will be terrifying indeed.

But this morning, let's revel --

for Jordan Spieth...who considers his autistic sister his inspiration....wow!

for Quicken Loans....for a little inspiration that feeds our soul -- and hopefully staying with us into our days ahead.   (And may they profit, too!)

Oh, and
because it's Our Time, right, Hillary-because-it's-your-time-Clinton?  [Question:  if it's our time now, what time does it make for you?   Or is that just a question of what difference, at this point, does it make?]

Here's to the coming fourteen thousand hours of mixed messages, forget-me-nots, double standards, hypocrisy,  sideshows, war games, blame games, gaffes and laughs, --  and that's just covering the media bias.

It's going to be a Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad day.

And the odds of it ending well?  It doesn't matter.  IF we did everything based on the odds of success,we wouldn't dare to do anything worthwhile, now would we?

We must play the whole course,... cross another ocean... walk on the moon... fly... climb a purple mountain from sea to shining sea and live in liberty and freedom for all...and eventually, we vote.

It's a Day of Reckoning of Sorts Thing

Dear America,

At the risk of sounding out of touch with myself -- if not reality itself -- allow me to opine; while the inevitable use of everything in my power to say -- and do -- anything to win the day, even if such calculating and thoughtful meanderings of my mind takes me to places deemed somewhat polarizing, I feel, rightly so, fully entitled. Only the disingenuous and insincere rue the day; but to triumph, overconfident and willing to put forth truth and a reality seemingly against the masses, every day no less --  while in such a manner that organically, naturally, aligns and represents the past positions and arguments of our founders -- then allow the ambitious me, G, to lead the way.   Nothing secretive to see here; I am an open, free enterprising, free spirited, freedom loving blog.

A wink to the PINK:  it was just a fun way to bring to your attention the thirteen words NOT to use when describing Hillary.   It would seem that an outfit called the "HRC Super Volunteers"  -- most likely a sorry lot wearing pant suits from 1972 -- have nothing better to do and have concluded sexism lives through what they call "sexist code words." So don't use them, okay.

At least, don't use these thirteen words when describing Hillary -- go ahead and use them when describing someone like, oh, I don't know, maybe Sarah Palin, or Mia Love, or Michelle Bachmann.  For who are we kidding --  they play for the other side -- right, Lefties?

You know, I remember a time, long long time ago, when we could just play.  And when I say play -- I mean, live.  And to live and let live and vice versa.

Nowadays, we have rules for everything; everything from nutritional guidelines, to business restrictions and regulations, words to use and not use, to limitations on the free exercise of religion,

And how does it happen --

How does it happen that almost overnight, a sea of protesters comes out with fancy banners and rainbow flags and takes over a narrative that has absolutely nothing to do with the LGBT agenda?  As if the LGBT agenda trumps all others.  Really?

First, Bill Clinton signed into federal law the very same law as Indiana -- dating all the way back to 1993.   Second, nearly half of all states in America carry the same law on the books at this present time.

What gives ..... besides the fact that Indiana wanted to cover the issues created by Obamacare, covering such things as abortion, and giving those with religious beliefs who believe abortion to be wrong, legal cover that aligns with federal law, as well as affirming the UNALIENABLE RIGHT of the "free exercise thereof" of  our religion [that being all religions, mind you, not just the Christians whom the ugly, loud majority of The Left seem to love to hate] ?

EVEN Barack Obama, as a State Senator for Illinois, signed the same law for the state of Illinois!

It's called the agenda rising.

The agenda is no longer in the closet; and it's choosing to be punitive to all those who even appear to act against it.... the agenda.   Demagoguery rules the day.

It's called the whittling away of America's foundation, being a nation proudly  living Under God.

And so, along those lines, READ THIS!   from The Federalist.com

It shares a link to Connecticut's state law that makes a clear distinction from Indiana's new statute -- one that leaves out  a key word -- "substantially" --  and simply declares basically any religious burden will do.... see for yourself.

WOW Governor Dan Malloy -- you gonna change that?    You big fat polarizing, ignorantly-out of touch-with-your-own-laws, and yet highly overconfident hypocrite, consciously choosing to step into the fray in a rather offensive, calculating, disingenuous kind of way.   You must think there is a big win somewhere in the midst of taking sides with the anti-religious-liberty-bigots.   [It's not sexist when you swing both ways with any of the thirteen words btw.   But my sincere apologies -- I probably got carried away there  a wee bit...it's not fair to call him fat... that was totally uncalled-for.]

It's a wonder --

how did we get here --

how did we get here, to a place, where it now requires a law called the  RELIGIOUS FREEDOM RESTORATION ACT?

Just the idea of it is enough to make the head spin.

To call for a RESTORATION is to admit we have lost something already.

How can we be here -- at a day when a nation FOUNDED upon religious freedom must fight for our right to make it so, in the first and second place?

The entirety of the commentary of the times is something of a reckoning, of sorts.  Perhaps, maybe even a Day of .....reckoning.

You can take that any way you want.

Make it a Good Day, G

ps. i don't have any answers today.  just questions.  lots and lots of questions.   a sea of questions. and no answers.   swimming in circles.
