Just for the record, this girl didn't feel comfortable repeating his choice of words there...but just had to do it, you know, for the love of country, right Comey?

Okay, so Comey is asking for a non-apology apology... after leading a total defamation investigation of his own, against a sitting president, lasting two years and wasting 35 million taxpayer dollars?  Seriously?

He cannot be for real.

My hope is that this IG report is holding back on the real treasure trove of illegal and obscene abuses of power yet to be revealed, and allowing this pompous fool to step in it for a wee bit.

Where is Comey's apology to Trump?   

After all is said and undone -- after purposely, and mindfully, setting up the president for a fall following the infamous Trump Tower meeting, after collecting data on the president, after telling the president to his face that he is not under investigation WHEN  IN FACT THE INVESTIGATION WAS WELL UNDER WAY  --  AND after finding that there is NO evidence of collusion, or obstruction of justice, and  after Comey's entire case was based upon a false dossier, paid for by democrat operatives....Comey expects the apology? 

Just gotta love this from The New York Sun:

even with the best of intentions, humans are subject to a higher law --  and not to mention, a whole lot of human error, miscalculation, manipulation and all-round hi-jinx that is simultaneously seen and unseen, from origins within and with-out, and can come and go as it pleases.  Perfect for the popular phrase -- and rather splendid oxymoron that it is --  coming to mind:  holy shit.

If your intentions include something that is not part of the Divine Plan, it gets nixed; and in equal portion, planet earth is also home to dark forces, predators of the unkind kind and led by....

oh hell, for kicks and giggles, let's let Alinsky tell it:

--- I opened A Super Upsetting Cookbook About Sandwiches by Tyler Kord (we've canonized this dude before, so forgive me if this girl chooses not to take up precious time and space on that again, in the here and now; you'll just have to take my word at my word, k.)  Any who -- what did I open to?  To a page showing a sandwich called Sympathy for the Devil,  and calling for four hamburger buns, 4 veggie burgers (recipe within pg, 136) and half cup avocado blue cheese spread (pg. 181), and half cup of roasted onions (pg. 172)... to which I must reply -- if you are one to need a recipe for roasted onions, shame on you.  Roasted onions, roasted whole bird chicken, roasted beets, roasted garlic, roasted just about anything and everything, should be in everybody's wheelhouse, for it is just about he easiest thing to learn to do!  just sayin.

Oh the devil is in the details, right?

And perhaps, with a short pause, we might also note that the voice of wisdom, here, is personified as a woman...tee hee.  But not important;  the question before humanity, good intentions and all, is whether we take the path of righteousness, being guided by God's word, having given us the first law of mankind, as written in stone, by way of the Ten Commandments and handed to Moses somewhere around 1450 BC, OR choose the wicked ways of culture, fully corrupted from the inside out, having fully evolved, organized, and made rotten to it's core.  

So here's a segway divined out of the ether of the moment and following along a stream on a theme -- just how does James Comey imagine Hillary's intent lacking, and thereby a stumbling block on further prosecution (when totally guilty of transmitting confidential top-secret government information, via email, upon an illegal, non-disclosed, secret, totally insecure server...)  --  AND YET, and now being ripe for umpteen calls of hypocrisy,  feels totally secure in leveling a guilty verdict of Trump's ill intentions, with possibly a mission to evade and obstruct justice (but then again, said he "could be wrong")  throughout the entire hearing last Thursday ??????

So the intentions of Comey ring loud and true and false and mischievous, yes?

Let's observe where we were at BEFORE the Senate testimony, shall we?

Here is the final paragraph:

Patently, Hillary Clinton was well aware of (a) the highly classified subject matter of communications that would inevitably be passing through the private e-mail system she set up for State Department business, in violation of statutes and government rules; (b) the fact that e-mails are stored on servers; (c) the fact that the communications facilities and devices used by State Department officials are routinely targeted in cyberattacks by foreign intelligence services and other hostile actors; and (d) the rules for the proper handling of classified information (and potential penalties for mishandling it). Consequently, her mishandling of classified information was knowing and intentional, as well as grossly negligent. Many reasonable prosecutors would salivate at the prospect of taking such a case to court, especially if they knew that Clinton was going to run with a “lack of intent” defense.

And then there's this, another piece leading up to the highly hyped testimony, and it comes courtesy of Breitbart.com, posted by John Hayword, and gifted to the world wide web just before the hearing started and going something like this:

Hans von Spakovsky, former Justice Department attorney and a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, discussed former FBI Director James Comey’s upcoming testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday morning’s edition of Breitbart News Daily.

SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam observed that by Comey’s own account, he took notes during his meetings with President Trump but not President Obama, which would suggest “an element of prejudice that Jim Comey took into that relationship from the outset.”

“I actually agree with that. I actually think his opening statement is more of an indictment of him than of the president,” said Spakovsky. “If he thought that he was being asked somehow to do something wrong in his dinner conversation with the president, then his duty was to go back to his office, write a letter of resignation, and leave the FBI.”  

Of course, there was another part of the post that made this girl go hmmmm:

“The other thing about the way he’s been acting, the CYA memo he put together – how much would you all like to bet that he’s already got his book in the works that he’s going to put together about all of this?” Spakovsky asked.

This is called intentions meeting more intentions and immediately receiving real world context; like, how could he publish a book now, right?  Who in their right mind would ever buy a book that you can't trust a single word but his own name to be true?  holy shit, it's like, you can't be serious.

NINE TIMES; there were nine times during testimony when James Comey not only intimated he could be wrong, but said so in no uncertain terms! [And thank you, Breitbart, for one more time.]

Not to mention, if this girl hears him disparage "common sense" even one more time, why I oughta... [And who knew there would ever come a time to quote The Three Stooges....right?] 

But back to COMEY being wrong nine times during under oath testimony -- isn't that when we move to strike the entire answer?    His testimony, then,  becomes riddled with merely personal bias, built up by pure conjecture, using inconclusive evidence, with the intent to harm Donald J. Trump, now president of the United States of America.  Of course, this girl could be wrong.

All this being said, 

all we arrive at is a situation 

that can only be characterized as being 

completely and absolutely ridiculous.

What a farce.  Is this really the best use of our time?  

Remember now -- Trump was told three times that he was not under investigation (by Comey), that there was no evidence of collusion; while the obstruction of justice investigation just became the latest diabolical scheme, organized with every intention of bringing the Trump Administration to it's knees, if not beheaded.  [Yes.  I said it.  I said it for the express purpose of tying Kathy Griffin's antics directly with the intentions and actions under the deep state apparatus, clearly out to take out Trump.]

In one of my favorite books of all time, The 5000 Year Leap, by  W. Cleon Skousen -- Part II of the book focuses upon The FOUNDERS' BASIC PRINCIPLES....there are 28 of them, according to Skousen, if you so choose to take The Leap and read it.  It is the 13th one that we will concentrate on for today:   "A Constitution Should be Structured to Permanently Protect the People from the Human Frailties of their Rulers"

Oh woe is me to the force of power under the weight of good intentions...

As Skousen writes, "Every unconstitutional action has usually been justified because it was for a "good cause."  Every illegal transfer of power from one department to another has been excused as "necessary."  The whole explosion of bureaucratic power in Washington has been a result of "trusting" benign political leaders, most of whom really did have good intentions."  And then promptly quotes Thomas Jefferson:

It would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights; that confidence is everywhere the parent of despotism; free government is founded in jealousy, and not in confidence; it is jealousy, and not confidence, which prescribes limited constitutions to bind down those whom we are obliged to trust with power; that our Constitution has accordingly fixed the limits to which, and no farther, our confidence may go....In questions of power, then, let no more be said of confidence in man, BUT BIND HIM DOWN FROM MISCHIEF BY THE CHAINS OF THE CONSTITUTION.

And for supplemental support, goes to good old George Washington, who once said:

"Government is not reason,

Like fire, 

it is a dangerous servant 

and a fearful master." 

Might as well put a pin on the map that points out the obvious, "you are here."

Based upon a series of good intentions, and some bad, the overwhelming arch of truth tells us that after two hundred years of "gradual and silent encroachments of those in power" (James Madison), we the people are experiencing less freedom, less security, less dominion over our lives;  being guided by men of "human frailties" at every turn, the sad truth is, good intentions have the capability of being intrinsically and thoroughly evil, with the power to make more corruption, more doubt, and more erosion of our nation's basic precepts of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

Thus --- making the entire case arguing on behalf of the INTENTION at the heart of the matter entirely subjective, nefariously revealing political party lines more than anything else, to the extent of making it totally irrelevant in most instances; the only thing that matters is the law! 

Did you or did you not break the law?  

Who really cares what is in your heart, as far as understanding your intentions, back behind the clear disregard of the law itself?

 As a people, we used to recognize that when we chose to kill another person, it was not only a sin against God, it was breaking the law!  When we coveted another man's wife, or house, or horse and buggy -- to the point of stealing another man's wife, house, or horse and buggy --  it was not only a sin, it was breaking the law!  

The thing is, there once was a day when the original law -- The Ten Commandments -- was all we ever needed; there is that.  That's just a statement of fact.

 

Huh, wonder why making MORE laws have not served humanity, as a whole, any better?  Wonder what is at the heart of all this madness, discontent, and lawlessness?  

What were Comey's intentions when he decided to leak government memos to the New York Times -- Answer:  IT DOESN'T MATTER; it was illegal!   He broke the law!  GO HERE --  to RED STATE -- for a whole lot more on the controversy.

some time ago...an outfit called Liberty Guard (the founder and chairman, Congressman Bob Barr, retired), produced a pamphlet titled, "Hillary Rodham Clinton: A History of Scandal, Corruption and Cronyism" and the very first thing, was this:

Now, to the controversy, beginning with the letter to James Comey, former FBI Director:

Dear Director Comey: 

I have received the attached letters from the Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General of the United States recommending your dismissal as the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. I have accepted their recommendation and you are hereby terminated and removed from office, effective immediately. 

While I greatly appreciate you informing me, on three separate occasions, that I am not under investigation, I nevertheless concur with the judgment of the Department of Justice that you are not able to effectively lead the Bureau. 

It is essential that we find new leadership for the FBI that restores public trust and confidence in its vital law enforcement mission. 

I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. 

Donald J. Trump.

The democrats are treating this as a constitutional crisis, when in fact, the president just got rid of the riff-raff...an act that is fully under the law as president of the United States; and further, an act that actually followed through with the wishes of the democrats, dating back to July 5th, at least. (And thank you, Mark Alexander for this post, @The Patriot Post, a place where true intelligence meets the day to day news with a courageous, authentic, patriotic, spirit and great insight --- with honors!)

The president stated in the letter, that there were three times when the former director, Comey, told Trump that he was NOT under investigation.

Now someone who should be investigated -- for canoodling with the Russians....and ....um....like, sending confidential top security emails via a personal email account AND using a personal unprotected server for her confidential State Department correspondence -- the very illegal server that even President Obama, himself, knew all about...and of course, there is the horror of developing an entire lie to cover up the Benghazi misstep at the State Department, after ignoring requests to beef up the security, which as we all know now, ended with the tragedy of losing four Americans.....hello? --- might just be Hillary, for Edgar J. Hoover's freaking sake.

As the president said --

"It is essential that we find 

new leadership for the FBI

 that restores public trust

 and confidence

 in its vital law enforcement mission."

Based upon polling just a little over a month ago, the truth is, Comey had an embarrassing 17% approval rate!  That is so pathetic.  GO to The Hill, here.

The thing is, what the people expect of the FBI, and really all entities designed to protect and defend the Rule of Law -- is an unbiased , law abiding, non-political, experienced body, that is being led by an unbiased, law abiding, non-political, experienced leader.

Comey became a liability the moment he began to step up to the mic, the second he said too much in the public arena, the instant he began to overstep his authority with the way he played with the truth and lies, and things known and unknown.

Trump could not fire Comey in July
-- he wasn't the president.
Trump could not fire Comey in November
-- he was merely the president-elect.
Trump could not fire Comey on day one
-- for he just didn't have all the information yet.

Trump waited to have the key information, in order to make the key judgement necessary,  from the man who would become Comey's direct boss -- which only happened two weeks ago -- Rod Rosenstein.  See HERE.   Hey, and even if it was not Rod's idea to begin with -- as rumors seem to say -- the president is the president, this is his call to make any way you want to shake it.

[You better click that link to Rod's recommendations; it says it all.  And it is very complete.  Don't even waste your time getting the account correct from CNN and Anderson Cooper; that is truly fake news.]

But clearly, it's like Trump was damned if he did and damned if he didn't; but nobody can deny that Trump waited to have all the information, and that's a good thing.  While The Left predicted his administration would be going nuclear at every turn, the truth is, his directives have been nothing but measured.  So, what, that's not attractive now just because it's Trump doing the doling out?    Seriously?

And another thing!  RUSSIA DID NOT EFFECT THE OUTCOME OF THE ELECTION.

Hillary was, and continues to be, the worst possible candidate for the democratic party -- possibly ever.  How many times do we have to go over this?  It says nothing, to say she got the popular vote -- concentrated mostly from two states, California and New York.  Why bother talk about it anymore; this is old news with fake news of Russian interference playing with the whole truth and nothing but the un-truth.  Hillary is really good at masterminding a story to cover a story to cover up something that is just gawd awful.  [The Liberty Guard pamphlet listed, like, fifty of em]

And really, if we were to spend any matter of time on this matter, the Podesta discovery -- apparently leaked by  wikileaks and the Russians...was pretty damaging all on its own.  The Donna Brazile controversy, the leaking of questions to the Clinton camp, dealt a series of serious self-inflicted blows....and you can just read this for all the dirty details.

But let's be real -- all these conversations and sneaky situations actually happened; it's not like the leaked emails were totally made up -- these were actual emails between the upper echelon of the Clinton campaign.  Is that the Russian's fault?  And just where, oh where, is the "needy latino" uproar, once that comment came to see the light of day?

There is a fascinating piece offered from Hillsdale College, it's monthly publication, Imprimis, which highlights a talk from Herbert Meyer in the February issue.  It may not have anything to do with Comey's firing, but it has everything to do with the timing and the gathering of intelligence, and what happens when we add experience and insight.

With a little luck, key judgement comes after asking the right questions; it becomes the proper response only after the gathering of information combines with experience and insight and ultimately paves the way to making a decision that changes everything.  This Comey firing is a perfect example.

In the same way, a case could be made that the American people gathered intelligence all on their own throughout the 2016 presidential campaign, in spite of, both candidates having their fair share of issues and controversy.  The bottom line is that Trump came out the winner and is the president of the United States.

This is key judgement; the reason this is key judgement is because the United States of America is still a republic--  the intelligence and insight of the masses came together and made Trump the victor. End of story.

We will know how serious this president is about the Rule of Law once we see his pick...
and it goes without saying, this will be a chance for Trump's "intelligence and insight" to properly meet and make good on his intentions, on behalf of the American people.

In the meantime, this is not a good day for America, for it illuminates just how wide and deep personal and political bias frames the news of the day -- mainstream media, and much of the cable news networks, are coming unhinged, being completely out of touch with where most Americans truly stand on Comey's Bureau worthiness, and all but ignoring what the democrats as a whole were saying about Comey...that is, up until May 9th.

Rod Rosenstein made quite clear a set of recommendations to the president; the president took that intelligence to heart and mind, adding a wellspring of his past experiences and insight -- a culmination of years of working with people from all over the globe -- to shape his final decision.

My final recommendations:  Let's move on.  Given that all critical/favorable eyes will be upon whoever the next FBI Director may be, let's get on with it!    Let's start over!   [And may that person also have the back bone to investigate Hillary all over again, starting with the Clinton Foundation, then scaling the open borders of Benghazi, and finally delving into the deep space storage and transmission of confidential intelligence, amid an illegal private server, adding up to innumerable felonious acts while Secretary of State.]

It's About the Complete Idiocy of Credible Vulnerabilities in the USA Thing

yeah, and Paris was not aware of any "credible threat" either...and look where that got them.

And forgive me, but about this whole "credible threat" thing -- are you expecting a threat to be outlined in advance somehow, as if we could all mark a calendar, Friday Night Lights with a twist coming to a neighborhood near you.......Do we really need to know more about these guys to know that the threat is real, while the entire western world is the target anytime, anywhere?

Well, Mr. Comey -- being uncomfortably close proximity to this nation's southern border, how would you characterize the following news alerts (just from last few days, mind you):

• Honduras Arrests 5 Syrians heading north for the U.S. border...with stolen Greek passports
• Arizona arrested a couple of smugglers bringing in six men (origins from Pakistan and Afghanistan)
• Port of entry at Laredo, Texas found two Syrian families just trying to cross into the country...
• Oh, and btw -- the ringleader of the Paris Attack came in by refugee...(isn't that reason enough?)

Only last month, responding specifically to the Syrian Refugee plan in the United States, Jeh Johnson, Department of Homeland Security, admitted "there is no risk free process..."  

Regarding vetting, he added, “We may have someone who is not on our radar and someone may choose to do something bad after they get here,” Johnson said. “We can only query against what we have collected, so if someone hasn’t made a ripple in the pond, we can check our databases until the cows come home but we have no record on that person.”

Maybe it's just me, but wouldn't that make it a wee bit difficult to detect the possibility for a specific threat, whether credible, incredible, to the simply doable?  Look at Al Queda's success.

How do you vet someone without a documented past, papers, or so much as PROOF of being of peaceful person? 

Is it really all that crazy, Mr. President, to demand a pause?  This is about America's well being, and as a sovereign nation, it's okay to think of our own security first.  And more than that -- you know, that I know, that you know, the Syrian refugees are not all a bunch of "widows and three year olds!" 

But of course (say that with a French accent), what else can we expect from a president who is not even interested in winning...

What an arrogant disaster of an American president.  At least he was honest, for a change.

But then, maybe this winning against ISIS really is a myth -- as described in a rather thorough hit piece on the reality of the State of all things said and done in the fight, to date -- HERE at The Telegraph UK.  It's bottom line:

A properly mounted, properly manned, and properly equipped western army probably could dispatch Isil's caliphate reasonably quickly, if it were prepared to inflict and sustain the casualties normal in traditional warfare.

Indeed.

And yet, approaching an enemy --  war, itself -- with such firm resolve would be like attempting to call this World War III right from the start...and how silly would that be?

wow ...having watched this president "act" for the last seven years, the difference between real confidence in real leadership is blinding.

Let's get back to what our president said:

This president -- with ego at full tilt -- is far more disturbed by the Republicans, than any Radical Islamic Attack; while his allegiance has nothing to do with the welfare of these fine United States.  That's just the truth.

Now logically, it's not about the "widows and children" -- even if some of those children are indoctrinated by the age of three to not only hate the infidels, but taught how to kill them.   It's so much more than that...

It's called ENOUGH.

• We are being INVADED through our southern border, with virtually, physically, emotionally,  no push back by the powers that be;  and then, after these people get here, they immediately plant themselves permanently on the welfare rolls, free healthcare, foodstamps, etc.
• We have tourist visas, student visas,  and work visas running amuck -- with absolutely no real checks and balances between those who are truly here to do good things vs. those who are here to do harm.  GO to FAIR for more information on VISA OVERSTAYERS.
• We already have refugees here from the Middle East -- including Syria -- with the recent so-called breakdown from Syria like so, click here.    As if we could trust the bureaucrats....

It's called a situation where the border and our sovereign security is so porous, is so open -- a credible threat pretty much lives in every city of the great US of A right now.  And more than likely, it's more like more than one.

And the problem is - -ISIS and Al Queda and "lone wolfs" know that they currently have the self-confidence factor tilting in their favor.

It's building.

The attacks are becoming more often, and more elaborate, and more sophisticated...because their EGO is huge, their self-confidence is booming.  They are finding success and the crazies are flocking to the feet of ISIS and Al Queda and begging to play a part.   For these Radical Islamic Extremists -- screaming Allahu Akbar, to God be the Glory in Arabic -- in the name of ISLAM because that IS the religion which follows ALLAH,  duh -- do NOT see a credible threat.   They are not afraid; they are fighting like hell.

The Republicans -- or rather, Conservatives -- are not screaming 'fear'  in a theater, Mr. President!   The Conservatives know the enemy, and can even say it's name aloud; and it's the conservatives who want to take this threat down wherever it lives and make no mistake --  WIN.

And I put all that in Big BOLD letters for emphasis AND my mood!

It's called ENOUGH!

You're right, the whole world is watching.  What an understatement.
The whole world sees our open borders -- and laughs --  Mr. President.   Oh sure, this sense of being overrun by the enemy is exactly the condition hoped for to create the fundamental transformation that you are seeking for America, isn't it, Mr. President.  Little by little.  Nudge by nudge.  Any means necessary and whatever gets it done.  There is that.

As provocative as this may sound, and having documented this truth since 2009, the reality is,  America elected an enemy of the state.

Enough is enough.

Let's get a handle on the situation -- this complete idiocy of credible vulnerabilities within our general population.  Yes, Mr. President -- let's see --  let's take a good hard look at who we are...shared values and all --  with no rock un-turned, shall we?   I'm  not only all in -- I'm pissed.

And here's a point of fact from the attack in Mali -- the al-Qaeda terrorist force quizzed the hostages about their knowledge of the Koran and proceeded to let the MUSLIMS free. Tell me, Mr. President, that Islamists are not at war with the West...they are so proud of their Islamic heritage, they use it as a gauge against life and death.
