It's a Call to Call Your Stupid Senators Thing

Dear America,

“President Obama tried to move us forward with health-care coverage by using a conservative model that came from one of the conservative think tanks that had been advanced by a Republican governor in Massachusetts,” she told The Wall Street Journal. ”Now it’s time for the next step. And the next step is single payer.”

first of all, Elizabeth Warren -- get your facts straight.  Obamacare was not fashioned through the likes of a republican, any republican, okay?  NO REPUBLICAN VOTED FOR THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT!    The architect of the [UN]Affordable Care Act was Jonathan Gruber along with a lot of help by Podesta's liberal think tank, *** Center for American Progress***
Strong Suggestion:  DON'T click that! It will just make your blood boil!

From THREE YEARS AGO -- Marc Theissen posted this, at a place which advertises this tag line: "democracy dies in darkness."  [Oh you can say that again...] -- anywho, here you go...CLICK THIS!

Don't have time?  Here's the crux of the matter --

"As of this weekend,
 there are now seven
Gruber videos,
in which he mocks
the “stupidity” of American voters
and boasts of the
Obama administration’s ability
to take advantage of it. "

oh oh say can you see by the dawn's early light....

or read this part:

...Asked in Australia whether he had intentionally misled the American people to get the law passed, Obama replied curtly, “No, I did not.”
Yes, he did. Put aside his now infamous lie of the year in 2013 that “if you like your health plan, you can keep your health plan.” Obama also insisted repeatedly that the individual mandate “is absolutely not a tax increase.” In a 2009 interview with ABC News, George Stephanopoulos pressed him on it no less than five times. He even read Obama the definition of “tax” from Webster’s dictionary. Obama was adamant: “My critics say everything is a tax increase. . . . I absolutely reject that notion.” [LIAR!]
If one were to read vintage G thing, dating back to 2009/10...when this healthcare law fiasco was just coming about, plenty of background was exchanged to all of you with regards to this masquerade -- from death panels to little white coat lies made by the Obama Administration.  Go ahead and weave your way back to those good old days, courtesy of the old G Thing, and relive the days before this disaster called Obamacare finally reached a republican advantage to repeal/replace it.

But make NO mistake:  first and foremost, Obamacare was administered fraudulently, and only supported by the Supreme Court AFTER the Chief Justice decided to unconstitutionally change it and call it a tax --  surely coming with a pit in his stomach and heart palpitations.

Andrew McCarthy lays it out quite nicely, here, at The National Review (2013).
The thing is, this reason alone IS grounds to repeal it --
"Tax legislation has to originate in the House; the health-care law didn’t."

Translation: On this fact alone, Congress should repeal it, for it's illegal!  It did not originate as a tax through the House, making it totally null and void!  What's the HOLD UP, besides this blatant corruption against the American people which congress continues to rob us dumb and blind?

But please, go ahead and read the whole thing by Andrew McCarthy; I'll wait.

do do do do, do do do, do, dado do, do do do.

The second thing is:
UNIVERSAL
SOCIALIST
 SINGLE-PAYER
MEDICINE
WAS WHERE THIS WHOLE THING
WAS HEADED RIGHT FROM THE START
that click quotes Obama from 2007!

...because, after all, Jonathan Gruber is an MIT economist,  HE Knew what he was doing and President Obama knew what he was doing and the democrats knew what he was doing....geeze, even little old G Thing knew what he was doing.....

It just so happens that it was the American people who were completely bamboozled (or was that considered  to be just too stupid, Jonathan?) and left in the dark about the god awful naked truth about this brand spanking new entitlement set to break America's back!  Oh the crime against humanity; the republic hasn't seen a day like this since the days of FDR!

From The Weekly Standard's John McCormack, August 2013:
And so we have a rare moment of bipartisan agreement in the United States Senate. Reid now appears to concur with Republican senator Tom Coburn of Oklahoma, who has has been warning for quite some time that Obamacare was "rigged to fail" in order to pave the way for a total government takeover of the health insurance industry.
"More than two years after the passage of Obamacare, the data overwhelming show the law will fail to achieve its core objectives of lowering costs and improving access," Coburn wrote in 2012. "That, ironically, may have been the design. By making private insurance unaffordable for everyone, it will become available to no one. All that will be left is government-centered, government-run, single-payer health care.

Here's a decent recap, taking another look while looking at Obamacare Five Years Later, as written for the Washington Examiner, by Robert Ehrlich (August 18, 2016).

QUESTION IS, will Americans continue to let their stupidity undermine the repeal of this single-payer ruse?

I spent a fair portion of my morning calling a few senators; starting with Mitch.

Now, his office answered with a recording, along with an automatic message at the end, claiming the mailbox to be full, and thereby making it completely impossible to leave a message at this time! UGH!  Of course it is.

I promptly sent him an email, and continued to make some calls.

What did I want?
Complete repeal of the Affordable Care Act -- nothing more, nothing less -- just as they had accomplished to do in 2015, when they managed to put just that on the desk of President Obama in January of 2016; and even though knowing full well he wouldn't come close to signing it -- moreover, opening the Oval Office door for Obama to use the procedural political process as mocking material for weeks thereafter.

Translation:  it was a sideshow and completely meaningless, just a symbolic gesture to it's base before 2016 arrives with a presidential size showdown.

So to the question I was prepared to ask his office:
Does Mitch even have any balls left?
But unfortunately, that question was met with the pathetic dribble, we are unable to take your message at this time. but your message is important to us, please call back at another time.

yeah, yeah, three hours later, just tried calling his office again.  nothing but niet

Now given the amount of propaganda being peddled from the Left ...claiming that in the republican bill hundreds of thousands  will die....let's get the take via the left mocking the right, shall we?

Here's some truth, making heads and tails of single-payer systems operating throughout the world.

Don't be stupid, America!  Don't be stupid!

From The Weekly Standard:
But these and other similar columns and editorials miss the point: The Arizona Medicaid story was not grounded in conservative heartlessness or hypocrisy. It resulted from a single-payer health care system crashing into a budgetary brick wall. The real lesson here is that “single payer” and “death panels” go together like “See’s” and “candy.”
About Those Death Panels . . .
The very real threat of government health care rationing.
JAN 31, 2011 | By WESLEY J. SMITH

Good story Wesley J. Smith -- even love the plug for See's Candy, a local favorite xoxo

Okay,
so where are we?

The Left is counting upon Americans to remain ignorant to the truth of how health care and the economics of the marketplace are intertwined; when arguing on behalf of the free market for the betterment of the whole, as any educated American  will surely do, the single payer nonsense has no legs, no arms, and a waiting list 18 months long to see a specialist....and by all ways and means, no place in a free market, competition driven, maximizing choices, decreasing premiums, health care system designed to give the all the freedom directly to the people, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.

Returning to how we began the day, Elizabeth Warren is just one in a million peddling a lie about Obamacare coming out of a conservative think tank, blah blah blah blah blah; great spin there, girl, great spin.  Chocking it up to a pattern, as we speak -- this time, telling a lie nearly as remarkable as your claim to be Native American ...when gaming the system to get a job that would allow you the privilege to pawk your caw at the hawvawd yawd...yes, indeed, brush off that Boston accent just for kicks and giggles.  Curious, did you go Mercedes or BMW, fizzy lizzy?

Enough.
This girl is so sick of talking about health care.  So here's my prescription:

Get on the phone, kicking and screaming to your stupid Senators!

Then, go have a cocktail; it's just the best we can do given the circumstances -- the arrival of a big holiday weekend just around the bend.
.
Some might even be moved to say, at this sad state of affairs, that using the 4th of July as a time delay -- a crutch to delay the vote -- is a rather twisted illustration of the real scandal: the spineless, ball-less, useless bunch of Republican Senators who by definition, are primarily responsible for protecting the stupid republic!

It's a Fight for Harmony Thing

Dear America,

-- harmony --
by definition, is
"the combination of simultaneously
sounded musical notes
to produce chords and chord progressions
having a pleasing effect."

this little tidbit of inspiration on the day comes courtesy of the Kerry Shook Ministry, as seen on TV just this past Sunday afternoon; Shook began his message, defining harmony, just before redirecting a string of relationship advice to couples experiencing conflict.  His point -- for harmony to actually happen,  each individual note must struggle, even fight, for it's voice to be heard and then blended into the whole.   It is through these subtle and not so subtle differences that we carry a tune, and, hopefully, make beautiful music -- whether we are talking a combination of two, or twenty two, or twenty million.  True harmony sings praises of our differences!

Isn't that something!

And this also calls to mind one of my favorite Coca-Cola commercials of all time...when in the seventies they had a cornucopia of humanity standing side by side, singing..."I'd like to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony..."

love love love

It would seem the world has forgotten how to do it -- you know, harmonize around our differences with a modicum of mutual respect and maybe, if we are really lucky, even a little bit of love.

Case in point on the day: THIS, featured on www.fortune.com. just yesterday.

Because it's so uber cool to hate Trump, this man-made plummeting of America's Global Image has now gone politically correct worldwide.  Oh color me surprised.

And now, how about we pause for a good chuckle, as also duly noted in the post comes this:

"Both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping, with confidence ratings of 27% and 28% respectively, scored higher than Trump [22%]. German Chancellor Angela Merkel, with a confidence rating of 42%, scored highest among the four leaders in the survey."
So out of the 40,447 people polled  -- there is more confidence in either Putin and Xi to "do the right thing in world affairs" than in the guy elected by the American people, fair and square, to be the leader of the free world?  Seriously?  In an age immediately following the discovery of Putin allegedly interfering with an American election and a conniving President Obama doing nothing about it?  And a couple of communists -- representing countries guilty of human rights atrocities for centuries -- get a higher vote of confidence than the American businessman turned president, political lightening rod?  Really?

Where is the world wide contempt for Putin?

Surely, Trump knew his presidency would be met with some discord, but this is ridiculous.

ridiculous.

As The Left continues to harmonize only among themselves -- gathering up it's fair share of global governance comrades, college snowflakes, radical militants, and un-peaceful protestors large and small; and what remains to be seen is their complete inability to co-exist with any person, place or thing singing a different tune.  They don't want harmony one iota; if what you think or believe doesn't jive with the leftist and progressive agenda then they will simply aim to yell over you for as long as it takes, and with all hope, ultimately stomp you completely off the stage.

And heaven forbid we, the people, dare ask or even require complete assimilation into one American culture  -- e pluribus unum -- speaking one language, playing multiple instruments of various talents, appearing at a myriad of venues from sea to shining sea, and complete with each individual soul bearing it all, in duty and delight, with a certain reverence to the nation's foundation of God, Country and Family in perfect harmony.

It's a disgrace, really.

Much of the blame can be thrown directly into the direction of the conductor -- the mainstream media.  For shame, for shame.  The power to twist the truth, or forgo the truth altogether, has been turned into a modern day opera of ill repute.  The mad men and women who make up the leftist dominated journalists (80/20 ratio) are the true obstructionists, the collaborators perpetuating the on-going crime that defies their own profession while putting all Americans at risk and into harm's way.

If it's a fact that the country is split pretty much down the middle 50/50 upon leaning left or right, one just has to wonder, do these leftists really know us, their audience, at all?  What is to be gained by dismissing, drowning out, an entire half of the total supply -- half the chords are being silenced!  Where is the harmony in that?

For more on that view -- go here, to IMPRIMIS, as Michael Goodwin let's it rip.

Here's a really good part:
"Free speech is under assault, most obviously on many college campuses, but also in the news media, which presents a conformist view to its audience and gets a politically segregated audience in return. Look at the letters section in The New York Times—virtually every reader who writes in agrees with the opinions of the paper. This isn’t a miracle; it’s a bubble. Liberals used to love to say, “I don’t agree with your opinion, but I would fight to the death for your right to express it.” You don’t hear that anymore from the Left. Now they want to shut you up if you don’t agree. And they are having some success."
Oh to have that kind of mutual respect......and to simply agree to disagree; and then, taking it but one octave higher, in equal portion, "fight to the death for your right to express it."

Oh hallelujah, alleluia
and can I get an amen...

When coupled in a relationship, it is totally unrealistic to expect to agree on everything, let alone believe your partner is responsible to fulfill your every need; that would be what we call immature.

And besides, where's the real harmony if one person in the relationship just gives in all the time, laying themselves down like a doormat over and over again, denying how they really feel, and leading to a situation where one day they simply walk away flat out broken?

So taking this idea large scale, just how in the world did America get here?

When did it become popular to shout down dissent?
When did it become cool to shut out opposing views?
When did it become uber-worldly by the uber wealthy elitists to decry and attack a sitting and standing and tweeting American president?  macron, anyone    or    merkel, anyone

The thing is, when it comes to all this disdain against President Trump --  what the world, these 40,447 people polled, and leftists don't understand, is that REAL Americans voted for him, in the same manner as real Americans voted for Obama, and every other president, to date.  And if this is an accurate assessment of the amount of hate of one man, in turn, it quickly becomes an accurate assessment of the measure of contempt against half the country.  That's a whole lot of hate.

It's a whole lot of immaturity.
It's a whole lot of unrealistic expectations.
It's a whole lot of selfishness without any concern of the needs of the other half.

Where is the harmony, if the clear and distinct note of tolerance -- one highlighting our differences in a manner that lifts co-existence to a tenor of no return -- is no longer sanctified in society?  If only a hundred years ago we were at war against Germany, is it all that inconceivable to arrive at an age warranting another civil war?  It's just a question.  How far will this obsession of obstruction and oppression, at the hands of The Left, go?

Whatever.  Bring it.  I am not afraid to fight like an American Girl....I will fight to the death for your right and mine, to speak and to sing as freedom rings.

and didn't really want to end on this note,
but that's just where the music stops.

God bless America.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's a Simon Says Thing

Dear America,

what's odd, is that time and time again the people speak by their vote, and what happens in Washington?  (And when I say Washington, this girl is talking about congress; and when I say congress, we're referring to the current republican majority....)  What happens?

....next to nothing.

no matter how many mandates by the people, of the people, for the people -- the GOP majority might as well be putting their tail between their legs and run away trembling; this establishment weenie syndrome is unseemly emasculating all power for real change under the new Make America Great Again administration, as per the people's election of 2016.

fast forward to what happened last night....
....even though this Karen Handel win came with a squeaky toy and a short leash --- it's like, if congress doesn't take this lead and run with it now, not sure what the people will be forced to do next, am I right?

I'm pet sitting this week, can you tell?

Oh this handsome, spunky, intelligent, little Simon is all alpha baby boy at all of nine months old until he meets up with either a loud sudden noise or, a human he doesn't know.  Those two things scare the living daylights out of him.  If we are outside, and something spooks him, his first reaction is to high tail it back inside; if he comes across a human --- either a visitor at the other end of a doorbell or while walking, he barks.  And barks.  And barks.  And barks.

Putting it another way, he makes a lot of noise until he pretty much exhausts himself and gives up.

AND SUDDENLY, a perfect characterization of the republicans in congress comes about....ruff ruff.

Crazy is how much money the democratic machine threw at this Handel/Ossoff special election: 24 million dollars was gathered from leftists far and wide, thanks to Hollywood and High Rollers across the country.  In comparison, Handel's individual donations amounted to no more than 4.5 million dollars.

The Left wanted this so bad, they were willing to gamble with some kind of new breed -- one part pedigree and one part cross breed; the goal was to combine a slick, young, purebred liberal, with what's best described as a mutt -- someone Masquerading Undaunted, Underhandedly, through Tricks and Turns.

Jon Ossoff didn't even live in the neighborhood!
He couldn't even vote for himself!

He led with a lie. (But like what else is new, right?   This is just what Dems Do...answering the age-old question of the 21st century, WWDD:  lie down, sit in, speak; lie down, sit in, speak; lie, lie, lie....  Keep running with that stupidity.  Keep on MUTTERING, keep on muttering.  Keep lying about everything and let's just see who winds up top dog, no matter the contest, from here on out.  I like those odds.)

Ossoff led the district to believe he would come in fierce to cut taxes (really? liar liar, tail on fire), Ossoff deceived the district, making it sound like he was the only dog in the hunt who could both support business while keeping his heart in all the right places.  Translation:  trying to play on both sides of the fence.    Um, how'd that work out for you, boo boo?

The thing is -- this better change things on Capitol Hill.  If they sit on even one more thing, this girl is just going to go nuts and chews...chasing my own tail and all.

Speaking of place where common man meets shaky ground -- READ THIS, from The Patriot Post.

The 'Voter Fraud Doesn't Exist' Claim Is on Shaky Ground

by Jordan Candler.

Good stuff, eh

Shaky Simon's got nothing on this shaky ground.  Russian election interference has got nothing on this level of election fraud....which just so happens to be directly undermining the Rule of Law and Election Integrity, going on decades now.  [And you're right. That last link has nothing to do with undermining elections and so called Rule of Law....or maybe it does?  Journalism is dead in America and Camille Paglia is just strong enough to admit it.  But I digress.]

From Candler's post, here's a good spot to sit:

According to The Washington Times, “The research organization Just Facts … revealed its number-crunching in a report on national immigration. Just Facts President James D. Agresti and his team looked at data from an extensive Harvard/YouGov study that every two years questions a sample size of tens of thousands of voters. … He estimated that as many as 7.9 million noncitizens were illegally registered [in 2008] and 594,000 to 5.7 million voted. … For 2012, Just Facts said, 3.2 million to 5.6 million noncitizens were registered to vote and 1.2 million to 3.6 million of them voted.”

Bueller, Mueller, Bueller...anyone paying attention to this MUTT?  Between the Russian collusion/obstruction investigation and the massive amount of ongoing election fraud, not sure which Masquerade Unbecoming of the Truth and Trustworthiness that the nation's voters demand is most disconcerting.   [oh hello Jeh, Mr. No Vote was altered or changed Johnson]

The thing is -- what seems uncomfortably apparent these days, given the talking points of both the left and the right -- we have reached a point where this country, once resting in liberty and the law, is meeting up against a rabid bitch and Tyranny is her name.

And you know, this girl has no problem with civil discourse; this girl has no problem arguing and debating, using her words and common sense and civility, sans the name calling and finger pointing (well, maybe a little...teehee).

When it came to the political machine, it used to be possible to speak to each other, without the bark.

When it came to making a point, it used to be possible to fight for what we support, in policy and practice, without the bite.

And yet, here we are in America; by my estimation, the difference between liberty and tyranny is tragically only separated by a two by four -- a factor of two bonafide citizens for every four... illegal immigrant, Leftist fraud preaching a multi-cultural lie, Rules for Radical's oppressor, and community re-organizers;  good fences make good neighbors, indeed.

AMERICA is on shaky ground.
And it's in no way, shape, or form a time to run scared wee wee wee all the way home.  CAN you hear me now, CONGRESS?????? Don't sit, step up; after last night, it's simply your turn (again) to turn this thing around.

THINGS LEARNED FROM SIMON --

Simon says, hold your ground.
Simon says, find your courage.
Simon says, stick to the truth; follow through with integrity; and never let them see you shake -- unless it's a handshake across the aisle.
Simon says, 20 Trillion dollars in debt depends on it; free market healthcare system demands it; and may the simplification of the IRS bureaucracy swiftly follow as your next big trick.

Simon says, it would seem the entire country needs a good dose of behavioral training, but of course, teaching an old dog new tricks is costly, time consuming, and a sure test of patience.  But if we don't do it now -- what's to come of us?

Will we all turn into some version of a James T.  Hodgkinson, waging premeditated attempted murder against someone -- this time, a representative of the people, Steve Scalise --  who he happened to be politically opposed,  having an additional list of targets on his person?  (oh yes, Simon, go ahead and bark at that disgrace of humanity all you want.)

Oh this notion makes my stomach turn turn turn.

"In all human affairs there are efforts, and there are results, and the strength of the effort is the measure of the result,  Chance is not. 'Gifts,' powers, material, intellectual, and spiritual possessions are the fruits of effort; they are thoughts completed, objects accomplished, visions realised.
The Vision that you glorify in your mind, the Ideal that you enthrone in your hearts --- this you will build your life by, this you will become."
James Allen
Americans made this mess; and Americans can get us out of it.

This special election in Georgia just so happens to shine another light on the shaky ground we walk... with  plenty of Ossoff/Democratic machine lies as our lampposts.  (Pee on that, Simon.  Pee on that.)

America can be so much better than this.

Make it a Good Day, G

And CONGRESS -- it may have been a squeaker (not really....that was just another masquerade) but make no mistake, you have the bone!  The people have handed you the bone baton, and like any decent relay, it's your turn to run!   Run with it and don't stop; don't look back.  RUN!

It's Grounds for the Good Guys to Carry Thing

Dear America,

"What good is it
for a man to gain the whole world,
yet forfeit his soul?"
Mark 8:36

so  a couple of plain clothed Capitol police officers saved the day?

How is that for instant NRA support?
As Senator Rand Paul reported, "we were like sitting ducks" and going on to add, "without the Capitol Hill Police it would have been a massacre."

my phone was going a little bizerk this morning -- with news alerts --  at an awfully early hour;
granted, being on the left coast, we are somewhat used to waking up with half the days news already moving on to the other half of the days news.

but this morning....

oh this morning....

Upon morning light, upon the first blink of the eyes, a shock wave moved through my body in ripples, offset with a nauseous tinge of contempt of my fellow man....well, make that one of them anyway.   Oh how far we have fallen, how far have we fallen.

According to all the reports --  the shooter asked whether the field of dreams, all for a good cause, were republican or democrat;  and immediately, the entire universe of my solar plexus began to curl up into the fetal position...it's like really!? Is that where we are, America?

oh, it's not the gun's fault.

Perhaps this is what we all deserve if we go on forfeiting America's soul, like we are.  And if that is too much for us to debate, then just maybe we could start 'here' -- with the basics --  and simply start telling the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, about things large and small, with all partisanship cast aside.

This gunman goes in the same category as another gunman  (although, the issue wasn't about being republican or democrat -- no, this one based his decision to shoot upon religion); if you were Christian, you were shot in the head.  The mainstream media pretty much dismissed all the itty bitty dirty details, but you can go to Jihad Watch, here, for the full story.

In case you have forgotten, nine souls died OCTOBER 1, 2015; go here to CNN for those details.

And yet, even as I write "those details," my heart sinks.  How can we honor a someone's whole life... someone's child, someone's soulmate, someone's sister or brother, and say "go here to CNN for those details."

Those details cannot be determined; for how can one quantify the things left undone, the life they were supposed to have, the dreams they were supposed to develop and mature and make manifest somewhere over the rainbow, in the place we shelter safely in our hearts, and simply call "someday."

oh, it's not the gun's fault

This quote -- at the start of today -- is from the Chapter of Mark, in the New Testament of the Bible;  when I finally got myself up out of bed and into my morning ritual of coffee in the window, this was where the good book opened.  In the margin was a date --  my usual custom -- recording a context of time and place and mental space at the time of reading the passage.  It said 10/16/2012.

And once again, feeling about to curl up into knots, the memory of that season in America came rushing in with such a rush, this girl got dizzy; the days co-mingled another American tragedy, the Benghazi terrorist attack which killed four Americans, and the upcoming 2012 election season.

Here's something to read -- from yours truly -- dated 10/16/2012: It's Narrative by the Nose Thing.

And here's something else to read -- from the Editors at National Review -- dated 6/28/2016:  What we do know about Benghazi demands a day reckoning.

....as America, almost seamlessly, moves from one made up narrative to another...where do we go from there is no there there to now here here...

And sure,
Benghazi has nothing to do with what happened today....directly.

But indirectly, what happened in the years between Benghazi and the election of 2016, counts as context; for make no mistake -- it was how the Obama Administration and it's State Department -- led by Hillary Clinton (and eventually replaced with John Kerry) --  responded to Benghazi, responded to illegal immigration, responded to Christian bakers and pizza makers being shunned for their beliefs, responded to Iran, that gave us an insane nuclear deal --  that ultimately led to an open door at the Oval Office, paving the way for the Trump Administration and welcoming a new era, uncharted territory really, in American politics.  All these things, and more, created the environment ripe for sudden, crazy, radical change, starting at The Executive Branch.

oh it's not the gun's fault

God love Bernie Sanders, who just a few moments ago denounced the actions of one of his former campaign volunteers.  A damning, scathing response is just another place to start:

"I am sickened by this despicable act. Let me be as clear as I can be: Violence of any kind is unacceptable in our society and I condemn this action in the strongest possible terms. Real change can only come about through nonviolent action, and anything else runs against our most deeply held American values."

When I put my blog to bed yesterday, my intention was to go in the direction of how our nation's faith in God has been substituted with a deeper loyalty --  an allegiance to BIG GOV, the Rule of Law according to MAN, by MAN, and never you mind how America's origins were made and Divined.

Proof:  CULTURE deteriorating into a cesspool of mushy 'snowflakes,' flagrant lawlessness, no respect for human life, no respect for itself (the country), no respect for law itself,  and led by a government body equally corrupt in every possible way, generally speaking.

Where does the truth live anymore?  Does the truth even matter anymore?

Where does integrity have its being, if not firmly planted to impress upon every person it's essential purpose in living a life beholden to truth and goodness, from the inside out, individually and collectively?

Where does one turn to get a grip, when following rampant disregard for humanity -- be it at the hands of this shooter, or the Benghazi shooters, or the Umpqua college shooter, or the Sandy Hook shooter, or the Fort Hood Shooter, or the San Bernardino shooters, or the ORLANDO shooter (KILLING 49 souls.  God help us all.)

This morning, this girl can't help but notice all this shooting is being done at the hand of radicalized souls, one way or another.  And in the second thing -- not one of these shooters was a Christian.  That is just a fact.

This morning,
This gunman,
This shooting,
Those details,
This quote,
This morning...

This day is marked by such disgrace, there are not words.

God bless Rep. Steve Scalise -- and his two, plain clothed, armed Capitol Hill guards, also wounded -- who, without this detail, HIS DETAIL, who knows how many souls would have died this morning at the hands of a sixty-six year old leftist radical -- the only soul who died.

The significance of this response, by the plain clothed armed Capitol Hill police officers does not go unseen; for the shooter cased the field, and seeing no uniformed police on the sidelines, he made the conscious decision to shoot everyone every republican he could see.

Surprise!  Two somebodies had a license to carry  -- and thankfully, by God's grace, they saved the day.  A couple of good guys had their own gun -- and even after being wounded, they managed to  respond with gunfire, with great courage, saving the lives of many. [And imagine, for just a moment, if Rep. Scalise wasn't even there; they were his dudes; it was his security detail who were packing the heat that made all the difference in the world.]

After the news spread in the aftermath, what did the other team do when the rampage was over?

THEY PRAYED.

Oh it's not the gun's fault.
It's GROUNDS FOR THE GOOD GUYS
TO CARRY

This morning, this gunman, this shooting, those details, this quote, this blog, this response...it is finished; so let us close the day noting the one thing they all did that united the two sides of the same team:  THEY PRAYED.

I believe we can all do more of that.  Thanks be to God.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's a Blog Written with the Full Intention to Live Forever Thing

Dear America,

"I intend to live forever.
So far, so good."

indeed

ah intentions...

even with the best of intentions, humans are subject to a higher law --  and not to mention, a whole lot of human error, miscalculation, manipulation and all-round hi-jinx that is simultaneously seen and unseen, from origins within and with-out, and can come and go as it pleases.  Perfect for the popular phrase -- and rather splendid oxymoron that it is --  coming to mind:  holy shit.

If your intentions include something that is not part of the Divine Plan, it gets nixed; and in equal portion, planet earth is also home to dark forces, predators of the unkind kind and led by....

oh hell, for kicks and giggles, let's let Alinsky tell it:

"Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical:  from all our legends, mythology, and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins -- or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom -- Lucifer,"  -- Saul Alinsky

This is how the infamous Leftist's playbook, Rules for Radicals, begins; with an Alinsky-ism only fit for the purpose of setting the stage of rebellion and wreaking havoc, pure evil, upon American traditions large and small, Alinsky's intentions were made known before even meeting the Table of Contents.

oooh wicked is what wicked does.

so, I kid you not with what I'm about to say --

you wanna know how the Lord works in mysterious ways?  how my every intention to walk with the Holy Spirit right beside me works?  No.  Of course not.  But you know --  it is my blog...and you know how that lyric goes, sing it with me now.... it's my party and I'll cry if I want to, cry if I want to, cry if I want to, you would cry to if it happened to you....
but I digress.

--- I opened A Super Upsetting Cookbook About Sandwiches by Tyler Kord (we've canonized this dude before, so forgive me if this girl chooses not to take up precious time and space on that again, in the here and now; you'll just have to take my word at my word, k.)  Any who -- what did I open to?  To a page showing a sandwich called Sympathy for the Devil,  and calling for four hamburger buns, 4 veggie burgers (recipe within pg, 136) and half cup avocado blue cheese spread (pg. 181), and half cup of roasted onions (pg. 172)... to which I must reply -- if you are one to need a recipe for roasted onions, shame on you.  Roasted onions, roasted whole bird chicken, roasted beets, roasted garlic, roasted just about anything and everything, should be in everybody's wheelhouse, for it is just about he easiest thing to learn to do!  just sayin.

Oh the devil is in the details, right?

(Oh I love you Tyler Kord.)

"Wisdom calls aloud in the street, she raises her voice in the public squares; at the head of the noisy streets she cries out, in the gateways of the city she makes her speech:  How long will you simple ones love your simple ways?  How long will mockers delight in mockery and fools hate knowledge?  If you had responded to my rebuke, I would have poured out my heart to you and  made my thoughts known to you.  But since you rejected me when I called and no one gave heed when I stretched out my hand, since you ignored my advice and would not accept my rebuke, I in turn will laugh at your disaster; I will mock when calamity overtakes you -- when calamity overtakes you like a storm, when disaster sweeps over you like a whirlwind, when distress and trouble overwhelm you...."  Proverbs 1:20-27
Wisdom or folly, the play things of the ages.

And perhaps, with a short pause, we might also note that the voice of wisdom, here, is personified as a woman...tee hee.  But not important;  the question before humanity, good intentions and all, is whether we take the path of righteousness, being guided by God's word, having given us the first law of mankind, as written in stone, by way of the Ten Commandments and handed to Moses somewhere around 1450 BC, OR choose the wicked ways of culture, fully corrupted from the inside out, having fully evolved, organized, and made rotten to it's core.

So here's a segway divined out of the ether of the moment and following along a stream on a theme -- just how does James Comey imagine Hillary's intent lacking, and thereby a stumbling block on further prosecution (when totally guilty of transmitting confidential top-secret government information, via email, upon an illegal, non-disclosed, secret, totally insecure server...)  --  AND YET, and now being ripe for umpteen calls of hypocrisy,  feels totally secure in leveling a guilty verdict of Trump's ill intentions, with possibly a mission to evade and obstruct justice (but then again, said he "could be wrong")  throughout the entire hearing last Thursday ??????

So the intentions of Comey ring loud and true and false and mischievous, yes?

Let's observe where we were at BEFORE the Senate testimony, shall we?

From May 3, 2017, a post by Andrew C. McCarthy, at National Review, is a perfect place to start.  HERE.   [Love that A-MAC....always good intentions, and always highly accurate.]

Here is the final paragraph:
Patently, Hillary Clinton was well aware of (a) the highly classified subject matter of communications that would inevitably be passing through the private e-mail system she set up for State Department business, in violation of statutes and government rules; (b) the fact that e-mails are stored on servers; (c) the fact that the communications facilities and devices used by State Department officials are routinely targeted in cyberattacks by foreign intelligence services and other hostile actors; and (d) the rules for the proper handling of classified information (and potential penalties for mishandling it). Consequently, her mishandling of classified information was knowing and intentional, as well as grossly negligent. Many reasonable prosecutors would salivate at the prospect of taking such a case to court, especially if they knew that Clinton was going to run with a “lack of intent” defense.
And then there's this, another piece leading up to the highly hyped testimony, and it comes courtesy of Breitbart.com, posted by John Hayword, and gifted to the world wide web just before the hearing started and going something like this:

Hans von Spakovsky, former Justice Department attorney and a senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, discussed former FBI Director James Comey’s upcoming testimony to the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday morning’s edition of Breitbart News Daily.
SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam observed that by Comey’s own account, he took notes during his meetings with President Trump but not President Obama, which would suggest “an element of prejudice that Jim Comey took into that relationship from the outset.”
“I actually agree with that. I actually think his opening statement is more of an indictment of him than of the president,” said Spakovsky. “If he thought that he was being asked somehow to do something wrong in his dinner conversation with the president, then his duty was to go back to his office, write a letter of resignation, and leave the FBI.”
Of course, there was another part of the post that made this girl go hmmmm:
“The other thing about the way he’s been acting, the CYA memo he put together – how much would you all like to bet that he’s already got his book in the works that he’s going to put together about all of this?” Spakovsky asked.
This is called intentions meeting more intentions and immediately receiving real world context; like, how could he publish a book now, right?  Who in their right mind would ever buy a book that you can't trust a single word but his own name to be true?  holy shit, it's like, you can't be serious.

NINE TIMES; there were nine times during testimony when James Comey not only intimated he could be wrong, but said so in no uncertain terms! [And thank you, Breitbart, for one more time.]

Not to mention, if this girl hears him disparage "common sense" even one more time, why I oughta... [And who knew there would ever come a time to quote The Three Stooges....right?]

But back to COMEY being wrong nine times during under oath testimony -- isn't that when we move to strike the entire answer?    His testimony, then,  becomes riddled with merely personal bias, built up by pure conjecture, using inconclusive evidence, with the intent to harm Donald J. Trump, now president of the United States of America.  Of course, this girl could be wrong.

All this being said,
all we arrive at is a situation
that can only be characterized as being
completely and absolutely ridiculous.

What a farce.  Is this really the best use of our time?
Remember now -- Trump was told three times that he was not under investigation (by Comey), that there was no evidence of collusion; while the obstruction of justice investigation just became the latest diabolical scheme, organized with every intention of bringing the Trump Administration to it's knees, if not beheaded.  [Yes.  I said it.  I said it for the express purpose of tying Kathy Griffin's antics directly with the intentions and actions under the deep state apparatus, clearly out to take out Trump.]

In one of my favorite books of all time, The 5000 Year Leap, by  W. Cleon Skousen -- Part II of the book focuses upon The FOUNDERS' BASIC PRINCIPLES....there are 28 of them, according to Skousen, if you so choose to take The Leap and read it.  It is the 13th one that we will concentrate on for today:   "A Constitution Should be Structured to Permanently Protect the People from the Human Frailties of their Rulers"

Oh woe is me to the force of power under the weight of good intentions...

As Skousen writes, "Every unconstitutional action has usually been justified because it was for a "good cause."  Every illegal transfer of power from one department to another has been excused as "necessary."  The whole explosion of bureaucratic power in Washington has been a result of "trusting" benign political leaders, most of whom really did have good intentions."  And then promptly quotes Thomas Jefferson:

It would be a dangerous delusion were a confidence in the men of our choice to silence our fears for the safety of our rights; that confidence is everywhere the parent of despotism; free government is founded in jealousy, and not in confidence; it is jealousy, and not confidence, which prescribes limited constitutions to bind down those whom we are obliged to trust with power; that our Constitution has accordingly fixed the limits to which, and no farther, our confidence may go....In questions of power, then, let no more be said of confidence in man, BUT BIND HIM DOWN FROM MISCHIEF BY THE CHAINS OF THE CONSTITUTION.

And for supplemental support, goes to good old George Washington, who once said:

"Government is not reason,
it is not eloquence -- it is force!
Like fire,
it is a dangerous servant
and a fearful master."
Might as well put a pin on the map that points out the obvious, "you are here."

Based upon a series of good intentions, and some bad, the overwhelming arch of truth tells us that after two hundred years of "gradual and silent encroachments of those in power" (James Madison), we the people are experiencing less freedom, less security, less dominion over our lives;  being guided by men of "human frailties" at every turn, the sad truth is, good intentions have the capability of being intrinsically and thoroughly evil, with the power to make more corruption, more doubt, and more erosion of our nation's basic precepts of Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness.

Thus --- making the entire case arguing on behalf of the INTENTION at the heart of the matter entirely subjective, nefariously revealing political party lines more than anything else, to the extent of making it totally irrelevant in most instances; the only thing that matters is the law!

Did you or did you not break the law?
Who really cares what is in your heart, as far as understanding your intentions, back behind the clear disregard of the law itself?

As a people, we used to recognize that when we chose to kill another person, it was not only a sin against God, it was breaking the law!  When we coveted another man's wife, or house, or horse and buggy -- to the point of stealing another man's wife, house, or horse and buggy --  it was not only a sin, it was breaking the law!

The thing is, there once was a day when the original law -- The Ten Commandments -- was all we ever needed; there is that.  That's just a statement of fact.

Huh, wonder why making MORE laws have not served humanity, as a whole, any better?  Wonder what is at the heart of all this madness, discontent, and lawlessness?

What were Comey's intentions when he decided to leak government memos to the New York Times -- Answer:  IT DOESN'T MATTER; it was illegal!   He broke the law!  GO HERE --  to RED STATE -- for a whole lot more on the controversy.

Oh enough of G for one day, huh?

Time to go make a sandwich; so hungry I could eat my neighbor's horse (but I won't -- that would just be gross.....and WRONG!  Vewy vewy wong in more wong ways than one.  teehee)

Make it a Good Day, G

please note: when this girl signs off, saying the exact same thing every single day: MAKE IT A GOOD DAY, G --  it goes without saying that the intention, the  first thought, of going in the direction of making it a good day comes before actually making the good day.  The thing is, if we intend to have a good day no matter what happens, taking everything that comes our way with an attitude of gratitude, there are no bad days.  Not to contradict or discount anything said here today, everything begins in the heart and mind with a single thought, for an intention truly lives there for better or for worse.

It's Just a Clear Day to Play Thing......huh, James Brien Comey Jr...

Dear America,

happy valentine's day....

“I hope you can see your way clear
to letting this go, to letting Flynn go.
He is a good guy.
I hope you can let this go.”
Trump,
alone, all alone in the Oval Office,
 with Comey

this quote, now famously canted and recanted throughout the hearing this morning...merely speaks of The Donald's natural gift of negotiating, and nothing more.  No.  Wait.  Perhaps it also speaks to The Donald's inexperience within the gates of the government bureaucracy and protocol, as in making a case for ignorance is bliss...but that's about it.

The investigation was creating not just a cloud,
-- but a category 5 funnel cloud whirling through the District of Columbia -- capable of pulling up the Capital Building from its very foundation, if not also undermine and place direct interference between the mandate of the people (aka the outcome of the 2016 election) and the explicit call to duty of the Trump Administration with the real obstructionists at the core of this controversy -- the Leftists large and small.

What we know --- things COMEY confirmed -- THIS MORNING:
  • Trump asked for Comey's loyalty... to which Comey promised to be "honestly loyal."
  • Trump said "I hope you can see your way clear...He is a good guy..." to which Comey "replied only that 'he is a good guy.''
  • Trump "repeatedly told me, 'We need to get that fact out.”'" [THE FACT that TRUMP was not under investigation.... to which, Comey  -- under oath mind you -- repeatedly confirmed all morning long, Trump was never under investigation.  And yet, Comey chose to keep under the cover of cloudy with a chance of meatballs never to say so publicly; which is a total reverse of policy, by way of Comey's personal and professional interference, not once, but twice, on behalf of clearing the air on Hillary Clinton's emails]
One thing's for sure:  Comey is NOT synonymous with credibility.  This is just a fact based upon the number of times we've been punked by this man.  He never told the president that his broaching the subject of leniency on Flynn was ever inappropriate; he never documented his grievances to White House Counsel of any inappropriate conversations with the president; he never actually found evidence of Trump's collusion with the Russians.

All Comey has is conjecture, at this point; he's speculating lies simply based on gut feelings; he's inferring possible guilt, but can't say so in public; he's flirting with the way media works and thinks and has their being -- and that is enough to fuel a big fat payback opportunity for a big fat firing.

From one of my big fat favorite websites, The Patriot Post  -- Thomas Gallatin writes, "Comey's Coy Testimony Indicts Himself, not Trump"
It's all you really need to know.

But if you need more, Alexander's column, just yesterday, was also quite good -- The Smoking Gun -- There WAS Collusion..

IF THE RUSSIANS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOME OF THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION, then this presidency is legit!  Somebody, anybody, alert the media!

And what's with the selective memory  (aka blatant hypocrisy) of international election interference, huh?

So, what, where are we now --
it's a fact Russia interfered; it is not a fact that Trump, or any of his "satellites,"  was ever involved.

Isn't it interesting, after all this time, the one fact that was never announced -- the one that completely vindicated the president and his campaign --  was the fact that Trump repeatedly called for Comey to make known that TRUMP was never under investigation; it was never announced.  It was manipulatively kept under-wraps -- pointing to the reason things escalated rather quickly between the two... to the extent of Comey being the one to be let go... oh, the irony.

How could a president trust him to do what is honorable, to operate the FBI with full integrity under this administration, when Comey continuously CHOSE to slap the president in the face with his own masking of the truth?   And furthermore -- given Comey's opening statement this morning -- Comey is not afraid to show that he holds a certain disrespect of the office of this president, harboring a deep-seated mistrust of the man, while using the platform to make a series of disparaging remarks right from the start.  There is no love lost between these two...Their relationship was sealed with a big fat kiss in the ass, both ways.

So flash forward to this morning's hearing:  Comey angled for leaving the impression of feeling intimidated, afraid to speak up, feeling completely "stunned" half the time, with some kind of inability to think straight under a perpetual veil of confusion and the constant pressure coming from the president to sway him to let some things go ... to which this girl must say, nice try big guy:

PULL leeeze
Seriously?
Make no mistake --
 He  spoke!  Oh he spoke!

Oh my, that weenie testimony approach, often playing the victim, not to mention, posing as the only measured man in a room of two...Oh that was good.  Did you practice all that in the mirror?  Very entertaining; thank you for playing.

Make No Mistake

After all the months of silence, now we know.
Comey made it perfectly clear, all the while, NOT saying a word!

He spoke volumes just by keeping Trump's clearance of wrongdoing something of a non-plus event, making confusion reign, and thereby keeping the truth off page one for as long as he could.
Who loves the power, baby?

That practice is not only calculating, but a significant detail that all Americans should wonder why.

The country has just witnessed an entire panel of Senate Intelligence officials declare there is nothing more to talk about, other than ratchet up the political posturing, supported solely by throes of corruption under the rather highly evolved, upper echelon level speculative derangement syndrome, which we see now as having fully infiltrated the nation's capital and into the people's house.  Under Mine 101 and 2.0 in one course.

And as far as proving any obstruction of justice -- that would be a big fat no, too. Comey even agreed!

The thing is, we should all be fed up by now -- literally and figuratively; and that is precisely the point, isn't it?  Trump is in office -- legitimately -- because WE THE PEOPLE put him there!

The country was fed up with being manipulated by false narratives.

The country was fed up with the establishment --  electing the quintessential outsider, as president.

The country was fed up with the slow erosion of America's sovereignty, calling for a big fat wall on the southern border, protecting American interests and American citizens and American security.

The country was fed up with the continuing redistribution of wealth under the previous administration -- be it of global significance in the Paris Climate Accord or the pure domestic abuse of the hard earned tax dollars upon the backs of the American people who were completely deceived by the lies of Obamacare and the Democratic party who created it.

Oh for the love of pete, this country is twenty trillion dollars in debt and fed up!  Are only the Russians listening?

The Russians had nothing to do with any of this -- for the 2016 election was all about a reality check on Washington D.C..

And this hearing?  This hearing confirmed three things -- the fact that not one single vote was changed/altered/added by Russian tampering; that The Donald and his team had nothing to do with the Russian's interfering with the DNC -- the hacking of emails and such; and finally, that even though standing tall at 6'8, James Brien Comey Jr. is a big fat weenie, now reduced to a political hack.  [and by the way, LEAKERS never prosper]

And such a shame, too, after all his fine years of  impeccable service (maybe its just me, but how do we really know if that's ever true....Can you say, Putin, Uranium, Hillary, Foundation, Lynch, Bill, Medvedev, Obama ...One Voice, multiple faces of corruption.)    So sad.

It's just a clear day to play, huh Comey....

So what else?

ummm nothing

ahhhh  nothing

hmmm guessing nothing

Trump IS the new guy,  get over it!
Just because the two  -- T and C -- were somewhat still together on Valentine's Day, doesn't mean things can't change, and change rapidly.

He loves me.  He loves me not.   He loves me.  He loves me not.

Ask me how I know...
(No.  Wait.  Don't ask, cuz I won't tell.  xxx)

ah love is a many splintered thing

Make it a Good Day, G

It's a London Bridges Falling Down Thing

Dear America,

"Courage doesn't always roar.
Sometimes courage is
the quiet voice
at the end of the day
 saying,
 'I will try again tomorrow.'"
anonymous

this morning greets me with an array of messages, as forces of heaven and hell stature catapult me into grief and then almost as quickly, subside...
I am here, alive, by the grace of God; and with that understanding know,  deep in my soul, that everything under heaven  --absolutely every living and dying thing --  that this material world reveals to us in the every day, gives us an opportunity to choose better.

That even goes for the sorrow-filled community of the  United Kingdom upon the Pentecostal morning; you can choose better.  And quite possibly -- now, making a rather provocative projection --- your peace, security, and life depends upon it.

4 June 2017
Today concludes the Easter season, the fifty days that, from Jesus’ resurrection to Pentecost, are marked in a particular way by the presence of the Holy Spirit.  The Spirit is in fact the Easter Gift par excellence.  He is the Creator Spirit, who constantly brings about new things.  Today’s readings show us two of those new things.  In the first reading, the Spirit makes of the disciples a new people; in the Gospel, he creates in the disciples a new heart.
The marking and the making of this day, according to church liturgy, is all about the unmasking of the Holy Spirit inside each of us --  our talent and our gifts; things given to us, by the grace of God and through the workings of the Spirit of the Almighty Lord.  In short, Pentecost Sunday claims a victory of sorts, celebrating a day long ago, when the Holy Spirit came down from the heavens and showered a gathering crowd with the gift of tongues, allowing for St. Peter to give a sermon, and miraculously allowing for all in attendance to understand him and each other.   It was a certain community communion with one another and made possible only through the Holy Spirit.

It is now widely known and honored as being the Birthday of the Church of Christianity.

Oh happy birthday, oh Happy Birthday, to you!

PLEASE READ THIS, from Christianity Today....Happy Birthday, Dear Church, and posted by Carolyn Arends, May 31, 2017. [You will just love the story of the "spooky handshake," too]

The Holy Spirit makes all things new....even after a total loss, even after total devastation, even after total tragedy, even after someone breaks your heart, even after losing the fire in your belly to keep on keeping on.  There lives inside all of us something dynamic no matter what the day brings; that ping of life, nestled deep into our soul and often disguised or buried or teased or traumatized, is really a spark to go on and do something solid, bold and beautiful with ourselves.

To become something anew, this is what our days should be made of, and fixated upon, with every ounce of our being.

Speaking of which -- my darling girl just sent me a photo from across the miles....It's a pic of my papa holding up two fists full of a chocolate shakes -- yes, one in each hand with a smile 10,000 waves wide.  It's his birthday today, too.  God love him; eighty years freaking fantastic and a man of distinction in every possible humanly way.

To the man who made all of me possible -- powered by the Holy Spirit, of course, and a righteous purpose under heaven (with some help from my little mama, too, teehee);  my gratitude is not enough whether by word or by action or by sentiment.  All I truly know is, you were made for me and me for you; the Lord tied us together long before the stars took their positions, long before the sun began to shine, long before the moon turned out the lights at the end of a day. It is all splendid, in good days and bad; AND every day we are alive on this mother earth should remind us of this glory.

This morning, Londoners and their lovely London Bridge were all falling down in spirit, in the wake of a night gone terribly wrong.  And I got to thinking -- even though I firmly believe that God loves ALL His children,  the reality is, there won't be any terrorists in heaven; for none of them believe in the Trinity -- the Father, Son and Holy Spirit  (let alone celebrate Pentecost Sunday).   wooooo whooooo and yippee ki yay!!! And won't that be some kind of day to look forward to in every possible way.  amen amen

This is a day to meet sorrow with the grace of God and realize the ability to harness a Power that can do great things with the misery made manifest on earth by the evils of man.  It starts with first recognizing where this kind of power comes -- THANK YOU, GOD; and in the second, fully recognizing just what this earth and its inhabitants are up against -- the clear and present danger of dark souls who live within the community everywhere. There is no place immune to the forces, whether we are speaking a force of one or three thousand or 300 million or a billion and one.

Having said that, here's a question:  how can President Trump be castrated across the pages of the web and twitter for "exploiting" the situation in London, after he emphasized the importance of his travel ban, if, in fact,  his reactions to the terrorist events of his presidency are tightly interwoven with his actual platform from day one of  his presidential campaign??

He has been nothing but consistent!
From posing a temporary travel ban, to being woefully specific, if not also, honestly refreshing, even brave, by calling out terrorism for what it truly is, radical Islamic terrorism -- the reaction from a sitting American president only serves as pure evidence that he has ONE CHIEF CONCERN, and that concern is aligned squarely with his purpose as it stands right now; and that purpose is all about protecting America, America's interests, the safety of the American people... be it at home or abroad!

The thing is, this is a president choosing NOT to lead from behind, as his predecessor.

This is a president who, by all appearances, is all about the world UNIFYING against evil!  We can choose better in the course of protecting the world against this kind of evil; and yes, there is cause to be alarmed when their is a stronger police presence in the middle of the town square, on a not so quiet Pentecostal Sunday morn.   Mayor Sadiq Khan, is this your idea of welcoming in a new norm?

Clearly, the proverbial bridge that crosses the pond is in need of some repair; perhaps we can meet half way and discuss some options, including that which is not negotiable, and ultimately part waters over a warm beer and a 'trinity handshake.'    Or not....can't ignore the history, right; we've been here before, haven't we UK?

President Trump is NOT WRONG; and more than that, he is carrying the torch for all of us who recognize that heaven and hell on earth have no boundaries or borders!

This is a day to wear red, in Pentecostal flair; this is a day to light the candles on a really big mother of a cake; this is a day to make it known to the world that we -- true believers of Something truly Great and Not of This World  -- are not afraid ------ that we are part of the Living Water that flows over the hills and valleys, choosing good over evil to the best of our abilities, in every small way and in every huge gesture.   And we will protect our own, believe you me, believe you me.  And we just might even try to convince you in your darkest hour to cross over and join us....teehee....there is that.

This girl, on this morning, just wants you all to know as London Bridges all fall down, that I STAND WITH OUR PRESIDENT.  God bless you, Mr. President and the United States of America.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's Sermon 868 Thing

Dear America,

calling this Sermon 868, as inspired by...

"RELAX IN MY HEALING, holy Presence.  Be still while I transform your heart and mind.  Let go of cares and worries so that you can receive My Peace.  Cease striving, and know that I am God.
Do not be like the Pharisees who multiplied regulations, creating their own form of 'godliness.' They got so wrapped up in their own rules that they lost sight of Me.  Even today, man-made rules about how to live the Christian life enslave many people.  Their focus is on their performance, rather than on Me.
It is through knowing Me intimately that you become like Me.  This requires spending time alone with Me.  Let go, be still, and know that I am God."
Jesus Calling, daily devotionals by Sarah Young, June 2, page 161

as many of you can imagine, this message speaks to me; this soft-spoken, yet raw honesty, aiming for redirecting our hearts and minds, calls upon us to basically cease and desist -- stop the nonsense that gets in the way between you and the most important relationship in the world, God. Stop the chatter, stop with the distractions we label as responsibilities, enough with the remaking of His World, His Word, our way.

And of course, what comes to mind, is what our fine president did yesterday, while standing in the Rose Garden, about mid-afternoon, with the sun shining down upon him and a posture revealing nothing but Peace.

President Trump pulled America out of an imaginary accord, of merely hypothetical trajectories, under the guise of stemming the tide of Climate Change, that in reality was nothing more than a global hostile takeover of AMERICA's best interests and ECONOMIC good standing -- mind you, all of which is carried on the backs of the American Taxpayer!!! [Remember now, government produces nothing but regulations, alongside wanton control of American assets, via tactics of collusion, corruption, and crony capitalism.]

It was a great moment for America.

And how do we know that?   -- call it a good hunch --  you know, given the world reaction to the nothing burger kind of announcement that it truly was; given the ratcheting up of sounding the alarm, at all levels, with tactics of intimidation  and ridicule right out of the old Alinsky playbook.   (And surely directed by Barack Hussein Obama, himself, through back channel communications, with the help, of course, from large scale organizers and think tanks, like Soros' Open Society and Podesta's Center for American Progress, and lest we forget, Angela Merkel xox)

President Trump courageously put a stop to a non-binding, feckless, imaginary, accord that only promised to reduce the carbon footprint by a whopping  0.02 %.   HERE, from the DAILY SIGNAL, is a post, 4 REASONS TRUMP WAS RIGHT ABOUT PULLING OUT OF THE PARIS AGREEMENT.

But never you mind all that, let's go to the source!  Let's pull out my favorite excerpts from the president's Great, Earth Shattering, Pull Out of a Non-binding Accord from the Rose Garden, shall we:

This agreement is less about the climate and more about other countries gaining a financial advantage over the United States.  The rest of the world applauded when we signed the Paris Agreement -- they went wild; they were so happy -- for the simple reason that it put our country, the United States of America, which we all love, at a very, very big economic disadvantage.  A cynic would say the obvious reason for economic competitors and their wish to see us remain in the agreement is so that we continue to suffer this self-inflicted major economic wound.  We would find it very hard to compete with other countries from other parts of the world....
The agreement is a massive redistribution of United States wealth to other countries.  At 1 percent growth, renewable sources of energy can meet some of our domestic demand, but at 3 or 4 percent growth, which I expect, we need all forms of available American energy, or our country -- (applause) -- will be at grave risk of brownouts and blackouts, our businesses will come to a halt in many cases, and the American family will suffer the consequences in the form of lost jobs and a very diminished quality of life.
Even if the Paris Agreement were implemented in full, with total compliance from all nations, it is estimated it would only produce a two-tenths of one degree -- think of that; this much -- Celsius reduction in global temperature by the year 2100.  Tiny, tiny amount...
... As the Wall Street Journal wrote this morning:  “The reality is that withdrawing is in America’s economic interest and won’t matter much to the climate.”  The United States, under the Trump administration, will continue to be the cleanest and most environmentally friendly country on Earth.  We'll be the cleanest.  We're going to have the cleanest air.  We're going to have the cleanest water.  We will be environmentally friendly, but we're not going to put our businesses out of work and we're not going to lose our jobs.  We're going to grow; we're going to grow rapidly.  (Applause.)
... I will work to ensure that America remains the world’s leader on environmental issues, but under a framework that is fair and where the burdens and responsibilities are equally shared among the many nations all around the world...
...No responsible leader can put the workers -- and the people -- of their country at this debilitating and tremendous disadvantage.  The fact that the Paris deal hamstrings the United States, while empowering some of the world’s top polluting countries, should dispel any doubt as to the real reason why foreign lobbyists wish to keep our magnificent country tied up and bound down by this agreement:  It’s to give their country an economic edge over the United States.  That's not going to happen while I’m President.  I’m sorry.  (Applause.)

... Beyond the severe energy restrictions inflicted by the Paris Accord, it includes yet another scheme to redistribute wealth out of the United States through the so-called Green Climate Fund -- nice name -- which calls for developed countries to send $100 billion to developing countries all on top of America’s existing and massive foreign aid payments...
... Of course, the world’s top polluters have no affirmative obligations under the Green Fund, which we terminated.  America is $20 trillion in debt.  Cash-strapped cities cannot hire enough police officers or fix vital infrastructure.  Millions of our citizens are out of work.  And yet, under the Paris Accord, billions of dollars that ought to be invested right here in America will be sent to the very countries that have taken our factories and our jobs away from us.  So think of that.
... Thus, our withdrawal from the agreement represents a reassertion of America’s sovereignty.  (Applause.)  Our Constitution is unique among all the nations of the world, and it is my highest obligation and greatest honor to protect it.  And I will.
... As President, I have one obligation, and that obligation is to the American people.  The Paris Accord would undermine our economy, hamstring our workers, weaken our sovereignty, impose unacceptable legal risks, and put us at a permanent disadvantage to the other countries of the world.  It is time to exit the Paris Accord -- (applause) -- and time to pursue a new deal that protects the environment, our companies, our citizens, and our country.
Thing is, this morning, this girl is pretty confident that the sky is not falling, the ozone is still intact, the planet will continue to do its thing -- right on cue -- no matter what mankind agrees to do under the cover of darkness or the light of day; no matter if it comes sealed with an international handshake, a wink, and a free croissant.   This "accord" strangled the American economy for the next hundred years and then some; it was crafted out of wish-craft of leftists and globalists and elitists, large and small, using a man-made hoax to place a hex upon all of U.S. -- the United States of America.

My only request is that this administration begin RENEWABLE ENERGY EFFORTS entirely focused and fixated upon MESSAGING, as in, like, yesterday.

CONTINUE TO EXPLAIN THIS TO THE AMERICAN PEOPLE -- this isn't just a one day jump to pump the podium in the Rose Garden and you're done, K?

Take this old accord and mock it; and repeat! repeat and repeat the positives of pulling out day in and day out; don't renegotiate now...make the rest of the world sweat it out; matter of fact, put a czar in place to explain the climate change political agenda, which is really merely unmasking a crime underfoot --  the re-distribution of American wealth on the backs of AMERICAN families.  Take a message of conservative principles, combine with ecological and environmental and economically sound standards, and STIR......And Don't Stop.

Return ridicule with ridicule, because clearly, this is World War III, all hands on deck.

Welcome to the new world; a world ringing in an insane global governance, sensing it has an international mandate to wage war against this president and the United States of America from all points, emboldened from an axis of certain, illogical, non-binding, evil (this time, anyway), for it is an attack upon OUR PEACE!  Our sovereign right to do what is best for America,  Americans AND this beautiful land!  is what's at stake.

Well done, Mr. President.  Well done.
That speech and your pose was well done and over easy.  It was a Rose Garden reminder to the world of our sovereignty, from a position of strength;  it took great courage, knowing how the message would be received.

However, having said that, it wasn't really a message to the world, was it?

In my mind, it was more a heart to heart with the American people, countrymen from sea to shining sea; it was a Rose Garden reminder to AMERICANS of our sovereignty, our strengths, our environmental supremacy in regulation and in kind,  displaying a certain economic leverage that has been hard won and hard earned by Americans for Americans. [After all, we hired him to renegotiate everything, right?!]

And all the while, we aim to remain a shining city on a hill while we monitor and defend all democracies across the globe; we do so, graciously and generously, supporting human rights and relief from oppression, freely giving the entire world whatever resources it needs, anywhere and everywhere.  That is who we are, isn't it.

So  maybe just for today, let US --  that which is you and me and the Great Me all rolled up together --  let us not forget from where that Generous Open Loving Peaceful Spirit comes.  Can we do that for just one day, no?  And then, with every hope, maybe we can be open to the idea of trying it again tomorrow.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's my 868th blog; which in and of itself is no big deal.
But since this girl is into numbers and their significance  -- this combination of  8   6   8  means something to me, and to me alone.  Only one other person in the world might recognize it's importance; but no matter, he's not talking.  On this day, as my mind wraps her little head around a numerical connection to my heart and soul --  as accords come and accords go ---- this girl chooses to remember only the good things.  And for that, all I can do is give thanks x
