It's Just G, leaving a little lowly mark on the day Thing

Dear America,

"It is not what you eat,
but what you digest that makes you strong.
It is not what you earn,
but what you save that makes you rich.
It is not what you preach,
but what you practice
that makes you a Christian!"
Francis Bacon

While Nikolai Lenin once said, "Religion is a kind of spiritual gin in which the slaves of capital drown their human shape and their claims to any decent human life."  and  "A young man or woman cannot be a Communist youth unless he or she is free of religious convictions."  and  "We must combat religion -- this is the ABC of all materialism, and consequently Marxism."

It's like, Oh my! -- the amount of propaganda ...created by communists and socialists... can fill the state of California; and why? perhaps because they were afraid of a greater power, a power that released the very potential to take a government's power altogether away.

And while some may say that, the Bible, Christianity as a whole, might be equally suspect, I think not...for it's a power of another mother.  Ever since the resurrection of Jesus, as governments and dictators and political movements come and go, Christianity has been the one constant throughout the world.

Some may think of it as an enigma, something to be figured out, and fortunately, science goes there --and probably, much of the time, with a jaded heart set out to disprove its roots, its stories, the truth; but alas, the Bible is continually being verified and scientifically validated in the everyday, right down to the rocks and rivers and rapture.

And framed another way -- history has proven that indoctrination by coercion has never worked; and government, no matter how much they feign  goodness and charity for all, can't even come close to what God IS and DOES among his flock.

And all of a sudden what some consider an enigma couldn't be any further from the truth -- for religion is an individual thing! Something our founders not only recognized, but glorified, by the way.   And that is precisely what the crazy commies were afraid of then and are afraid of now, for how else could they gain any momentum without the little people fully dependent upon government for all their needs?  [Read this for kicks, from Walter Williams in 2012.  And read this for giggles, from  The Patriot Post, from 5/4/2017.]

Now -- to current times -- Trump has been compared to tyrants, authoritarians, fascists, and even Hitler, himself.

So as America self-destructs in the face of the James Comey firing, all I really want to do is shake people, hit them upside the head, and call nearly everybody an enemy of the state in some form or fashion (and then, understandably, dumb ass comes next).

If this wasn't actually disturbing...this nonsense...how it pulls us all away from what is truly important, whether in terms of the macro or the micro worlds in which we live, it might actually be entertaining, almost funny.

But nooooooooo now we have people like Cory Booker saying things like this:
"I think it’s very problematic when you have a president and an attorney general involving themselves at a time in the firing of an individual that was investigating, asking for more resources to investigate, not only to Russia’s attacks, cyberattacks but also people that were part of the campaign — as Jeff Sessions was and, obviously, as candidate Trump was,” Booker said.
“And so, this really have to get back to the focus of what’s going on right now, which is really a moment in American history where we’ve had an unprecedented attack on our elections and how are we as a nation going to respond,” he continued. “Donald Trump clearly has not taken this seriously, and what should be a Paul Revere moment for our country, where people are talking about the Russians are coming, they’re not intending not only to attack this last election but intending to continue this behavior, what will our response be?  And right now, it’s been wholly unsatisfactory from this administration.

it's just so funny...Paul Revere moment...when truth be known, Booker probably couldn't give a product -- dispensed by a horse's ass -- about Paul Revere.  And not to mention, it's just too bad it so far from the truth -- this president does care about election integrity, with or without Russian interference coming into play.  As just yesterday, he announced a new task force looking at this very thing, election integrity (Or, better known as the systematically rampant election fraud going on...Which happens often in the state of California, and any other state that does not require an I.D. to vote.).   And finally, just where is Booker's concern with regards to Hill and Bill's collusion with the Russians --- for profit --- centering upon the outrageous "non-profit" activity of The Clinton Foundation?

------Now -- having said all this -- here's to the real thing for today  -------

And it is acknowledging the incredible insight back behind Greg Gutfield's post, The Prison of Two Ideas.

Here's a good summation -- and while this girl is just going to cut a fraction out, taking it out of the immediate context entirely, it is being done on purpose.   Just trust that my manipulative ways have just rewards.   Greg says,

"...Ponder this crazy, fantastic number.
Because it frees you
 from sticking to two sides.
It reminds you that you can think of anything."

And then Gutfield goes through a few examples....like this one:

Take immigration. Are you xenophobic for wanting a wall?
No, you can be for enforced, enhanced border protection, while welcoming grateful refugees and hard-working immigrants.  You can be for that wall, and that giant beautiful door. You see: Trump used a simple sentence to destroy the prison of two ideas. People remember the wall, but he also offered the door.
Oh my, I love what you did with the room, Greg.  It feels so open.  And look at that, I can actually walk between the couch and the coffee table without hitting the shin against an unsympathetic corner.

So how did we get here -- in America?  We are so polarized. [And yes, admittedly, this old girl is surely not immune).

Many times it's not even based with the truth of anything.  It's purely based upon a set of assumptions that are aligned with a party or ideology; or, it's based upon what we want to  be true.  But let's be clear -- this polarization isn't based upon what is honest to goodness truth, it's based upon a new paradigm of human dynamics within the culture of the United States of America, and just maybe the entire world.

So how did we get here?
Well, to get to my honest to goodness answer....

....drum roll please...

...the blame, in part, could surely rest upon the foot of Barack Obama presidency (for his Dreams From My Father collided and colluded with his own social justice dreams, with a little help from his anti-American mentors, and, there is no question, it has left a mark).  The anarchists and leftists have thoroughly organized under the Obama administration (college campuses are proof, no matter the student, faculty, or administration populations).

America took a turn, courtesy of the community organizer in chief at the helm.  Between the ghost of Saul Alinsky and his leftist playbook, Rules for Radicals.... combined with his years in the neighborhoods of Chicago, thrusting the social justice philosophy into the mainstream....not to mention another controversial  mentor, Reverend Jeremiah Wright, and a rather long list of other suspect associations all his life!  (Communists, Marxists, and radicals, oh my)....and last, but not least, the open door policy to the White House and the American Rule of Law to hundreds of associates/bureaucrats who happen to also be associated with the Muslim Brotherhood...and in the end, leading us to this crazy cat as the  new DNC chief.

America has been set up to self-destruct.

America has been set up to fight against each other, at every turn.

And in the simplest of terms and arguments, "The Prison of Two Ideas" gained a foothold upon the American landscape -- basic floor plan and all -- being fully cemented into the brand new foundation under President Obama.  Obama could very well have designed this prison in which we live all by himself, except for the fact he got lots of help.

Of course, this kind of treason is rather difficult to prove -- being the by-product of the politically correct culture, the one divined through leftists eyes and un-tethered souls and wearing boots up to their brown shirts and britches that un-apologetically begs to indoctrinate the entire lot, eventually.

Oh how history proves how patient they are; communists and socialists and radicals and terrorists have much in common, oh and they seem to believe they have all the time in the world, too.  They just put on the blinders and keep trudging forward, one boot to the neck at a time.

Now, if there could be some great unify-er of some sort, pulling us together, and at the same time, allowing for our differences to compliment the whole...

hmmmmm.......wonder what That could be?

In the olden days -- this unify-er  was God, pure and simple...even if that looked like we gave reverence to different  Gods, varied religions, or even no religion whatsoever.   The point is, we were guided, as a people, by a higher understanding, a higher connection, a higher purpose under heaven (Referencing Divine Providence was NO accident, hello!).

America was truly high!  And at this height, America not only prevailed against Britain, it created the most unique governmental foundation in the whole entire world (hence why we refer to ourselves as exceptional -- it's not that America was better than other countries, we were just the exception!).

Between the cornerstones and the foundation, between instituting the very precepts and laws and blue prints for the room to grow and expand,  no other country on the planet, up until 1776 anyway, understood this, let alone incorporated this knowledge into daily life for future generations.

That is just the truth.

Oh my,
"Better a dry crust
with peace and quiet
than a house full of feasting
with strife."
 Proverbs 17:1

This girl is so disturbed by the escalation of the propaganda by propagandists/ "Comey homey's" (left wing media at the door steps of a mansion full of left wing representatives/leaders) -- especially considering, none of these people were his true homey until the day he got shown the door.

And, oh how I wish President Trump would not continue to feed it, the frenzy; for these rabid dogs need to find a new porch.  It is uncomfortable to hear him speak of tape recordings over dinner, as if a veiled threat will keep Comey's mouth shut.  It's like, c'mon, Mr. President -- remember who you are and where you come from!  Don't fall for this; rise above it all and move on with being the leader of the free world (earthly speaking, of course).  If there is nothing there, there, then why be here, here?

[Now, if we are going to talk of things leaving a mark,
let's go to the Apostle Paul.   He is credited
to have written thirteen books of the New Testament,
some of it actually from within four prison walls.]

Shut the door.  Just shut the door.
Find a good replacement, find a good replacement.

America needs a leader, not a follower; we need a prison breaker, not a prison maker and abide-r.

You live in the White House, and it is sacred space in more ways than one.

Make it a Good Day, G

P.S. Guess the links multiplied today...take some time or no time, it's entirely up to you...teehee

It's an Arab Spring, American Style, on the Catwalk Thing

Dear America,

dynamic

cut many things

cut so much your head will spin

nobody --  nobody on this stage that's done more for Israel

he's a liar

liar

liar

i will -- and i can tell you it will be 10 feet taller now

not going to have people dying on the streets

you'll have so many different plans

make America great again

Is this America's next president?  For real?

He says very little; and when he speaks, it comes out with an air of condescension, dribble, a finger pointing, personal attacks, and not a speck of substance.

Greatest line of the night was a tie:

"I watched you repeat
yourself five times just five seconds ago."
Rubio

and

"Can somebody attack me, please?"  Carson

so funny

Now, as soon as Cruz and Rubio figure out which one of them will settle for Vice President, we're golden, send in the crowns (wait. stop.  we don't make kings).

From there, Carson can be put in charge of Department of Health and Human Services, repeal Obamacare, and continue to do community outreach to heal, inspire, revive America from sea to shining sea.

And Trump -- he can start by building the "fucking wall"  and maybe even pay for it --- and when he's done, maybe dabble with commerce...job creation....and in all of his spare time in-between his need to tweet, he can make deals on trade...China...bringing companies and fortunes back to America; choosing to use only his strong suits to reform government, and leave his character flaws, his dirty laundry of adverse loyalties, and his worn out one-liners to explain his weak set of plans to lead an entire administration, in the closet.

And Kasich...well, let's just have him go back home, to Ohio, he does so well there, right.

One thing I DO NOT understand in this Day After the ugly, rather ignoble,  disgraceful affair aired in front of millions, is how The Drudge Report shows Trump having won that debate. It's like, huh?

You kooks have got to be kidding me.

If THAT performance is a win and shades of  GREAT things to come -- then I want NO piece of it, not even the lapel pin.

Trump did not win that debate.... unless of course, you are one of those followers who are simply blinded by the emperor's roar, his tower of babble, fully dazed by now from the shiny things that mesmerize and hypnotize and totally dismiss the things that matter.

This girl just isn't buying it; not seeing it either.

And even though I have said this before, I will say it again -- if push comes to shove, I will close my eyes and vote for Trump....please, Lord, don't make me.

At the very least, you can all be grateful this girl is not piling it on while in cahoots with Glenn Beck, right?

Can you even believe him?
Did you hear his latest?
NO, not that one, the other one...

“There is a storm coming of biblical proportions, a storm coming beyond your recognition,” The Blaze founder warned in a blog post on his personal website. “When the economy collapses, when our currency is worth toilet paper, who do you want, who do you want handling our nation? You want somebody who has divide us, who is grooming Brownshirts?”

having just crossed paths with a few of these "Brownshirts" and was so moved to characterize the Trump supporters as simply, “rude, vile, nasty.”

“I don’t want to say all of them. But there’s enough of them,” he added. “And the ones that I met that were nice, I don’t how you can stand in the same room with them. I don’t know if you look — how do you look at those people and say, ‘Wait a minute. That’s what my guy is encouraging.’”
so that's kinda funny, no?

In one breath he says he doesn't want to say "all of them," but in the next, he connects the dots and sews up the seams in such a way that completes the entire ensemble as one in the same.

Nice job, Glenn, nice job.

Did you happen to discover this displaced anger in the hamper alongside a lost smelly sock and pair of boxers?

This is so disturbing.

And by the way, just who's in charge of your wardrobe these days?  Sure -- it is neither here nor there about town -- but really, what's come over you?   Here's the Roosevelt shot.  And just love the intellectual, bow tied warrior mixing it up with the cowboy home on the range ....here.  One page, same guy, many different hats...
But it's this shift, this not so subtle sign of desperation in being behind YOUR GUY that has me befuddled.  For your approach to beating up and taking down the opposition is by taking the very same approach as the "rude vile nasty' Trump supporters, and even The Donald himself --  and that being, in a word, ridicule.

Makes me think that everybody's designer must be the same...

...oh darling, it's an Alinsky.

[Rules for Radicals, see Tactics, see also the Thirteenth Rule]

But of course.

Now isn't that rich and aren't we a pair.

Beck Beck Beck Beck Beck
Let's pull it together, man.

The only reason why we are here now is because the GOP in Congress did not do what they were asked to do by the voters!  They kissed the ass of the king -- over and over and over again -- bending over to every whim and fancy --  and so this is what we get.

THE PEOPLE HAVE NOT ONLY HAD ENOUGH, they are desperate for a change, leaving wide open the very conditions for another con against America to take place.

But the thing is -- the thing that is truly vile  -- is the lack of duty, to God and to country, run amuck within the walls of Congress.  The people elected a body of representatives to control the Obama Administration, to restrain the abuse of power, to repeal the abomination of Obamacare, and for all intents and purposes, redress the nation.   And what did we get for our money?

There was no restraint.

There was no reform.

There was no redress.

The irony, Glenn, is in the fact that both Cruz (your guy) and Rubio were well aware of all of this angst within the party.  Oh sure, they both left a mark -- but what a calamity of errors, design, and approach; it wasn't a good thing.  And therein lies the rub, rayon against polyester; nobody associated, or even remotely associated, with the establishment could make the grade.

The thing is,
it's too late.

It's all too late; spring has sprung and the new line is fresh for the taking.

Americans can't seem to get enough of it.  They don't even care what it costs.

Blame it on the emptiness inside -- the shallow, the weak, the disenfranchised, the spiritually broken, the unemployed,  the pissed, have come together to stand in line, "Brownshirts" and all; give credit to the Want of Winning over substance, as the hole was simply there.  It needed to be filled with something.

We can thank this hopeless hollow... this short-sighted desperate nature of desire to look good, feel good, and display greatness, at any cost, to an overwhelming decline in general.  As a culture, we are lost -- growing more and more insignificant around the world, having systematically diminished the importance of the pillars of character and substance over the latest fad, trends, memes, facebook posts, immediate gratification, opinions of millennial billionaires, ping ping ping...

Individually and collectively -- acts of diplomacy, large and small, don't stand a chance.

Trump may have the capacity to win in New York City, and even win the nomination for the GOP -- but then what?  His label will immediately be trashed from the left, from the media, for the opposition just waiting in the wings, crossing their fingers for the chance to have at it on the easy pickings...send in the critics.

What we are witnessing, really, is our own little Arab Spring, American Style, on the catwalk.  [think about it]

And it's UGLY.  Violating to the senses.  We are so depraved.

Having destroyed our true identity, having reduced the natural born wide appeal of generations to come for all the right reasons, we have done nothing more than cheapen the brand in every possible way known to man and back again.  Fashions repeat, don't you know.

Wake up Kmart shoppers, it's a blue light special...America is up for grabs.

Make it a good day, G
 Epiblog

you know, a long, long time ago -- little g was campaigning for a Trump/Christie ticket.
Granted, it was circa 2011, if my mind serves me well -- but now, having grown into myself just a wee bit since, it makes me cringe just thinking about it.  Makes me also wonder what else messed with my good senses...tee hee.   But times change, right.

But just maybe I was ahead of my own time -- sprung for a season too soon...

Which should make us all wonder..........is this a sign of next season's vibe.....would he take him under his west wing as VP?   stay tuned...time will tell.

It's About Bold Character Derived from Stubbord Patience Thing

Dear America,

continuing on a theme for a nano-second, wonder how many trans-genders occupy the Putin Administration's military?  Wonder, too, how many rubles and rubies each one gets for a sex change?

ah, no bother, that was yesterday's news -- just one day in the life living in America.

Today might just be about a certain Bold Character derived from Stubborn Patience.  This could be describing many things -- America, Putin...me -- but it's origins came from a side of a bottle of wine.  A Paso Creek, Cabernet Sauvignon,  from Paso Robles, California, to be exact.  Can you say,очень вкусный, yummy good?

“Comrade @BarackObama,” so tweeted  Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, “what should do those who have neither accounts nor property abroad? Or U didn’t think about it?”

I'm sorry.
Creepy is seeing the address Comrade boldly inserted before our American president's name.

While in today's headlines, we get Putin, himself, chiming in with a reality check mate to you, comrade...  Highlighted @The Blaze.com:   "He said Western attempts to intimidate Russia with sanctions 'would be viewed as an act of aggression, and that Moscow would retaliate'."

An act of aggression, you say?

Cause for retaliation, you add?

Say it isn't so.

What do you mean Putin is hardly intimidated, not even a smidgen?

What do you mean Putin feels emboldened to hold his own red line, tie it around America's feet, attach a brick off the Kremlin, throw us into the drink, and then toss back a shot of vodka with glee?   Who's your daddy, I mean prankster, I mean fearless leader, now?   #comrade-stupid-americans....

And if, by chance, Russia can control it's own destiny and make up happy endings on the fly, would not the "settled science" of "global warming" counter the measly freezing of a few Russian assets?  Where's the threat?

Economic sanctions seems to be the go-to diplomatic means for peaceful ends; it's just too bad it doesn't seem to work.

[Gotta love the addition of various bios of the Russian elites with assets, courtesy of ABC News...in case you missed it, just a quick page up to the Dimitry Rogozin link]

Oi vay.
It's Obama's war now --  I mean, grim Lenin's fairy tale with puppy dog tails between the legs, is it not?  Bold character with stubborn patience, not.

The good news.
In theory, Obama has just as much power as Putin to make it up as he goes along, no?

ah, you laugh in the face of danger.
But in reality,
isn't that what being a leader and having a real plan -- one fortified with military and diplomatic strateeeguries and everything -- is all about?  All the world makes it up as it goes along.
  • Having a plan, boom.
  • Understanding the enemy, boom.
  • Recognizing the weaknesses, boom.
  • Contemplating the unintended consequences, boom.
  • Follow through with all threats, boom.
  • Seeing a multitude of scenarios play out BEFORE anything happens, boom.
  • Going for the win, boom.
  • Being a Commander in Chief, boom.
Obama is truly exceptional at making things up as he goes along.  History proves it:

He made things up in Benghazi.

He made things up in the IRS scandal.

He made things up in Libya.

He made things up in Egypt and the "Arab Spring".

He has made things up throughout every ugly facet of Obamacare -- and even then, if at first you don't succeed, try, try, again.[aaaah, scratch that, didn't mean it ...so says the father of the failing, freaking, fiasco that is responsible for breaking the American health care industry, constituting one-sixth of this nation's economy, to infinity and beyond].

I mean, economic sanctions are powerful things.
Talk about economic sanctions...

Domestically --  we are in the midst of sanctions so great -- the low information voter and all those otherwise tied emotionally to this current regime are fundamentally immune to recognizing the total economic collapse laying in wait.

Now to the cut and paste elements of today's news -- and it's plucked out of an email from a trusted source -- my papa xoxo:

How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:

There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.

1) Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people

2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

4) Gun Control– Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)

6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.

7)Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools

8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

What is so different?
Seriously.

What is so different from the actions of a President Putin, in the specific, and a Russia, in general,  and a fellow world leader and comrade, President Barack Obama?

Welcome to America --  a nation whittled down to nothing more than a project of progressives and elitists,  undermining the natural state of everything under the sun, where the ends justify the means, a place where pranksters lead and a police state -- with origins of the State --  lives outrageously.

And finally, call in the big guns (if we have any left)  -- for America also happens to be the nation leading from behind as the international laughing stock.

Is this a great country, or what?

Hail to the bold character derived from stubborn patience not lost.

Make it a Good Day, G

It's All About What is Essential Now Thing

Dear America,

upon morning light, the flag is still flying...

anyone who watched the final hours of the Cruz filibuster, would be able to connect the stars and stripes on that opening line.

It's going to be okay, folks.

This fight is over government spending on a spending bill.  If not now, when?

The Senate couldn't even muster the decency to take away their own cushy government health care insurance package -- one that is also 75% subsidized by the American taxpayer --  and fall into the Obamacare exchanges like everybody else.

The Senate couldn't even muster the courage to take away the medical device tax -- a debilitating tax intended to help pay for Obamacare that an overwhelming majority, in both Houses and the general public, dislike -- in a last ditch effort to at least appear like a body politic that is able to compromise with the other side.

Oh, and the president is going to come out to speak to us.    Goodie goodie, let the spin-doctor begin.

Let me guess --  he'll be standing there in the Rose Garden, with a backdrop of security guards and museum tour guides who just lost their mission in life and have no where else to go today, and he's going to lash out against that "one faction" of unruly republicans again...

Let's reboot what he said just yesterday, with thanks to NewsMax:

"...but one faction of one party in one house of Congress in one branch of government doesn't get to shut down the entire government just to fight the results of an election."

It's not about you! Mr. President, you narcissist freak.  Have you taken your meds?
I'm sorry.  Not sure what came over me.
It must be the crazy in me talking.

But if you wanna go down that road -- let's go back to look at the midterm elections of 2010 real quick --  you know the results; they are reflective of the immediate response to your free radical meets liberal elitist love child, Obamacare, becoming the law.  Of course, masterminded behind closed doors and consummated in a typical, congressional burning of the midnight oil kind of way (and on Christmas Eve of 2009, no less, it was so romantic, even Hollywood couldn't envision it more beautiful).   See Real Clear Politics page, here...hmmm in the Senate, GOP up 6, Dem's down 5; House GOP up 63, Dem's down 63; State Governors, GOP up 5, Dem's down 6.

This is about another entitlement package that is already disproving every promise the president ever made about it; one that also jeopardizes every facet of our once stellar American health care system.   This is about protecting the American people.

This obscene law --  this requirement of the federal government mandating the American people to buy something -- never had a mandate of the people.

One of Cruz's favorite filibuster phrases included this one:

"Good enough for thee, but not for me."

Do as I say, not as I do...right?

Bottom line, I believe this push back from the House Republicans is a good one.  For the first time in months, maybe years, they are standing on principle no matter what comes, no matter what Krauthammer says.

Last night, here's Charles:
So why would you stake everything on something where Americans are hugely against you rather than get something easy on the C.R. and get the hard stuff, the spending cuts, the pipeline, stripping -- delaying Obamacare a year on the debt ceiling, where America is behind you?

This is a question of simple application of intelligence, it's not about a commitment to principle or a belief in conservative ideas

Or, why not take advantage of both occasions?  The Continuing Resolution and the Debt Ceiling are equally fit for fighting, and making a course correction through eliminating programs we cannot afford is merely something little g would consider a good start.

Let's use both situations to fight against the spending sprees of this administration.  Remember, beginning with a stimulus package to nowhere and continuing with an entitlement program to lala-land, and not stopping for anything in between and taking existing entitlement conditions to extremes (i.e. food stamps), this nation runs on trillion dollar deficits!

Let's keep it going non-stop; pray without ceasing; and fight the good fight until the bitter end, if that's where things end up.  Let's beat them at their own game:  pick a target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it.

You're right, dirty Harry.   This is about a fight to a return to sanity -- on behalf of individual freedom everywhere and making way for the limited, smaller government that remains, as this nation was founded.   And for back up, go here... and thank you Heritage Foundation.

But here's more from the president yesterday --

Congress needs to keep our government open, needs to pay our bills on time, and never, ever threaten the full faith and credit of the United States of America...

Unfortunately, right now, House Republicans continue to tie funding of the government to ideological demands like limiting a woman's access to contraception or delaying the Affordable Care Act, all to save face after making some impossible promises to the extreme right wing of their party.
Oh, like the ideological demands that include not paying for somebody's abortion?  You referring to that one?

With regard to operations that will continue: If you’re on Social Security, you will keep receiving your checks," said Obama. "If you’re on Medicare, your doctor will still see you. Everyone’s mail will still be delivered. And government operations related to national security or public safety will go on. Our troops will continue to serve with skill, honor, and courage. Air traffic controllers, prison guards, those who are with border control--our Border Patrol will remain on their posts, but their paychecks will be delayed until the government reopens.   [Read more at CNSnews]

So Yosemite and the Statue of Liberty might have to close for a wee bit in order to settle this make or break moment in American history.   And the problem is?

Regarding the LAST TIME the government shut down -- along with some surprising trivia -- go to NPR here.

This is about the people's LAST STAND on Obamacare.  It's as simple as that.

Perhaps, every day for the next couple of weeks, the GOP should parade around the failures of Obamacare, large and small, in front of the American people -- much like Mark Levin did all during his radio show yesterday; maybe that reality might seep into the cracks of the American Senate.

To be sure, the mainstream media hasn't an interest in doing so.   Who would have thought -- the MSM Trojans, the condom of corruption and fundamental transformation, protecting this president and this administration from a full Monty failure upon every progressive push..   Where is the shame?

In America, it is not winner takes all, and taking full advantage of it all along the way,  once you gain power in the Oval Office.   And once again, shame on John McCain for giving this notion any credibility whatsoever!

It's not like all compromise comes to a screeching halt and ceases to exist; two sides of the aisle remain no matter how lop-sided it may seem.   Take, for example, the libertarians; they have never had the majority.  But do they sit back and throw in the towel?  Tell that to the Ron Paul entourage.

At this moment, only the essential government departments are being paid.  Ergo, this is a chance to look at what is truly  ESSENTIAL, for Pete's sake.

Is it really all that extreme to demand our government be fiscally responsible?

And another thing!  It's certainly not about the opposing ideologies between the liberals and conservatives.  Hardly.  This is about the rise of a serial rapist that comes in progressive clothing, left and right, what difference does it fukeen make?

And so what?  I'm the crazy one?  I'm the extremist?  The silly little tea party girl who loves party dresses and the color pink?   Seriously?

This is about Old school meeting up with New Radicals, with thanks to the teachings of Saul Alinsky...

Ridicule.

Pick a target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.

Bombard the opposition.

Marginalize tradition.

Divide and conquer...absolutely everything.

Use that Middle Class to the progressive advantage...over and over again.

and LIE, yes, lie, lie, lie --
and tell lie to cover a lie.

and no matter what, keep the pressure on...

like right now, as the Chosen One is speaking right now.

If elections have consequences -- the curtains must be at the cleaners, for we can see everything.

The true Barack Obama is revealing himself as we speak, as his "ideological crusade" marches forward, smug as ever,  fundamentally aiming to change everything.    Scam on.

must go now,
but make no mistake --
at 17 TRILLION dollars in debt,
with 90 TRILLION in UNFUNDED liabilities --
this is about what is truly essential now;  heaven forbid, we allow the progressives to decide for all of us.   As it stands now, we cannot afford any of it -- individually, collectively, upside down and backwards.

It's a Coordinated Red Thread of Radicals to Fundamental Transformation Thing

Dear America,

did you really think "fundamental transformation" would look any different than this?

In order to get to the place that is thoroughly and fundamentally transformed, whatever operates in conflict with such a transformation -- either directly or indirectly -- must be removed, eliminated; all opposition must be taken out and become the new  non-event,  deemed obsolete and totally dispensable for the common good, and basically ridiculed, harassed and demonized until its gone.   poof!

Oh Alinsky rules, doesn't he?

What a brilliant, brilliant mind.

On the back cover of my edition of Rules for Radicals, A Pragmatic Primer for Realistic Radicals, a quote is offered up as enticement:

"Alinsky's techniques and teachings influenced generations of community and labor organizers, including the church-based group hiring a young [Barack] Obama to work on Chicago's South Side in the 1980's....Alinsky impressed a young [Hillary] Clinton, who was growing up in Park Ridge at the time Alinsky was the director of the Industrial Areas Foundation in Chicago."
-- Chicago Sun-Times

oh really?

What is happening within the IRS is not an anomaly of this administration, or the teachings and workings of Saul Alinsky -- or for that manner, the tactics and teachings and workings of a "young [Barack] Obama."

"I have no patience with it. I will not tolerate it and we will make sure we find out exactly what happened on this."  said the aged President Obama yesterday...“If you’ve got the IRS operating in anything less than a neutral and non-partisan way then that is outrageous, it is contrary to our traditions and people have to be accountable and it’s got to be fixed."
Earth to reality check:  "lower level bureaucrats" don't just shoot from the hip and out their paper pushing-behinds pursuing 'fundamental transformation', funneling their energies by attacking organizations formally supporting "the other side" without a directive from somewhere else.   That kind of thing comes from a coordinated effort somewhere higher up in the chain of command.

While a report this morning completes that thought -- to a degree, anyway -- by claiming management is to blame.

This didn't just start like last Friday, folks.  It isn't an isolated incident in and around "Cincinnati," okay...

A caller on today's RUSH LIMBAUGH reminded all of us how Joe, the plumber, was targeted by the IRS immediately after his brush up with the president in the 2008 campaign.   How dare you, Joe, speak to [Barack] Obama like that...questioning redistribution and all...we'll show you....and promptly plastering Joe's financials all over the place.

And check this out from Breitbart;  it details outrageous allegations against the Obama camp, returning to an issue that became campaign fodder over a year ago:

"NOM [National Organization of Marriage]   announced Tuesday that it will sue the IRS for this alleged leak. Under immense political pressure, Attorney General Eric Holder launched a criminal investigation into the IRS's actions. Congress will conduct its own investigation.

In early April 2012, NOM published documents which it said showed this leaked confidential information did not come from a “whistleblower” but “came directly from the Internal Revenue Service and was provided to NOM's political opponents, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).”

The Human Rights Campaign's president at the time, Joe Solmonese, "said in the release he felt Romney’s 'funding of a hate-filled campaign designed to drive a wedge between Americans is beyond despicable.' "  Oh right, because those of us who want to simply support traditional marriage are "hate-filled" bigots.   But the leveling of fundamental damage was in motion; in splendid liberal turn -- in perfect, synchronized coordination --  the full story was planted upon the pages of The Huffington Post with pride and prejudice.

And Joe -- Joe Solmonese --
oh he left the HRC and went on to work directly with the re-election campaign of [Barack] Obama the very next day.

"'After software removed the layers obscuring the document, it is shown that the document came from the Internal Revenue Service,' NOM asserted in its April 2012 release...Only the IRS would have the Form 990 with ‘Official Use’ information'....'The American people are entitled to know how a confidential tax return containing private donor information filed exclusively with the Internal Revenue Service has been given to our political opponents whose leader also happens to be co-chairing President Obama's reelection committee,' said [Brian] Brown."

“It is shocking that a political ally of President Obama's would come to possess and then publicly release a confidential tax return that came directly from the Internal Revenue Service," he declared. "We demand to know who is responsible for this criminal act and what the Administration is going to do to get to the bottom of it.”

Indeed.

Shocking.

Outrageous, even.

But you want to know what's even more outrageous?

What's outrageous is allowing Eric Holder investigate it.   We, the people, should feel secure leaving a political appointee of this regime in charge of investigating this crime?  Are you kidding me?

Do you even remember what [Barack] Obama calls the Tea Party?

He often refers to the genuine, grassroots efforts by everyday citizens generally recognized as the Tea Party, as Tea Baggers -- a gay slur -- forever linking the derogatory, vagrant, seedy slip of the tongue with the Tea Party.

And now remember how quickly it became cool to make fun of the Tea Party Patriots from coast to coast.

Ridicule and delegitimize opposition;  it's simply brass tack tactics for the typical community organizer.

And then there is this --

Oh, but first, one itty bitty caveat -- we can't prove it -- but the story about what happened to Larry Conners  is something to talk about...you know, given the timing of it and all...Reporter: IRS Pressured Me After I Asked Obama Tough Questions

pretty outrageous, no?   And thank you, BuzzFeed Politics, for that.

The new targets --  anything and everything opposing the rosy red regime.

See here.

And here.

And here.

[and thank you, Drudge, for a little help]

Have we fallen down a rabbit hole?  Are we in some kind of parallel America that really lives on the other side of the world, the other side of sanity, the other side of liberty, sitting fundamentally transformed  yet suffocating under a pillow of goose feathers and soft tyranny?

We can't ask tough questions of a president now?    Thank you, Larry.

We can't make our own video and post it on YouTube?  Thank you, one guy who made a video against the prophet Mohammed.

We can't even run a fair and balanced campaign running on the merits.

We can't bear arms?  Thank you, knee jerk reactions following the horror of Newtown....Oh, unless it's bearing arms for Fast & Furious or gun running in Benghazi.

We can't freely exercise our religion?  Thank you, Obamacare, just for starters.  Oooh and this reminds me -- MUST READ THIS:   Religion and Public Life in America, R.R. Reno, Editor of First Things, essay adapted from a speech for Hillsdale College National Leadership Seminar.

The outrageous things this shadow government stands for are finally coming to the surface.  The smudges are glaring, catching our eye no matter where we turn our heads.

But none of this should surprise any of us.

A sinister, creepy realization has come to light.    The uber-coordinated efforts to attack and eliminate opposition in order to FUNDAMENTALLY TRANSFORM AMERICA through deep background and bureaucracy -- through any means possible and available -- even if it's illegal -- thank you A/P -- is hardly outrageous for a community organizer.  It's all in a day's work, and the more under-world the better.   Thank you, Chicago.

There is a coordinated, red thread chaining together each and every dereliction of duty -- whether it be from the Department of Justice, the State Department, the Executive Branch and the Office of the President of the United States.

The only thing really intolerable, inexcusable, and outrageous to the community organizer is getting caught.

That is what we see on the face of our president -- shame.  The shame of getting caught.

This is a sad day for America.

Outrageous and so sad.

Make it a Good Day, G
