It's a Nation of Pussies Thing

Dear America,

"Let a man then know his worth,
and keep things under his feet.
Let him not peep or steal,
or skulk up and down
with the air of a charity-boy,
 a bastard, or an interloper,
in the world
which exists for him."

Self-Reliance,
Ralph Waldo Emerson

so this girl is fit to be tied (what else is new, right)

and considering my general inkling to string one day to the next as seamlessly as possible -- and in spite of possibly a day or two or even a week in-between -- with that in mind, we will spin the last thing...the Open Castration of Glenn Beck into a one-sided discussion of a certain, and painful, squeeze happening throughout the land.

We are turning into a nation of pussies.

Too vulgar?
Possibly.
Did I offend?  perchance
Or is that just some Trump supporter screaming fuck yeah  heard as a fuck you?

Let me pause for just a moment so you can alert the media of my filthy mouth...
.....
.....
yeah, you're right, it probably won't even make the cut of concern, given the rude, lewd, crude, salacious nature of the general population.  The competition in that arena is huge, isn't it?

But what about this nation of pussies?

Let's begin with the brilliant idea -- masterminded by a cadre of left brained, doctorate toting, transformation activists --  to give every kid a trophy.

Wrong; way to chisel the art of competition down to a nugget of irrelevance, people.  If everyone gets a trophy, how does carving out one's personal ambition have a fighting chance? Where is the will to create an atmosphere of growing true courage... to dig deeper, train harder, overcome loss, and start over, if not for a real separation of winners and losers?

This is where 'taking one for the team' takes on a whole new meaning.

This philosophy of even-steven wreaks havoc on building a strong, able-bodied, independent mind and carries the strength to single-handedly destroy an entire generation.

Oh, what?  Too strong?  Too general?
...then congrats, you're a pussy, too.

Let's move on dot org to when these kids go to college -- and truly, they are still kids, having been wrecked, ruined even, by the upper echelon of teachers, coaches, collaborators, and worst of all, their own parents,  in the full-on take down of self-reliance;  for the very experience of failure, hunger, offense and strife of any kind, is a motivator!  Can I get another fuck yeah!?

Let's see, now where was I ---

right...when these kids get to college now -- what happens?  THIS: read it!  From Megaphones to Muzzles.  Or THIS:  read it!  as Tolerance and Free Speech Collide... And THIS..for students afraid to debate feminism....ugh what a bunch of pussies.  literally.

The protected, coddling of a generation continues!

...and somebody still expects us to fill the armed forces with this?  oh that's rich... what a farce in the fine use of force.

What has happened to us?

For a more discriminating observation reveals it isn't simply about getting out feelings hurt, now is it? Common sense tells us this thing is more about a clear and present danger to liberty.  It's a smack down, a squeezing of a certain belief system, an ideology that just so happens to run counter to the ever-evolving, rolling tide, of a nation.  And it is motivated, driven, to quiet the opposition by way of the Rules for Radicals, Saul Alinsky tactics of intimidation, and a full court press to oppress in order to fundamentally transform America from her roots.  [Early G thing was all over this...but you'll just have to take my word for it or go to vintage G to read all about it.]

Speaking of arming our forces...let's about face for a moment.

The United States of America is at a turning point.  The Blue Coats are not coming, they are here.  Can I get a 'oh no, we're fucking screwed' ?

THIS Commander-In-Chief ------  the thin-skinned, two-faced, ideological Leftist, who enjoys pina coladas with the Castros, un-diplomatic relations and negotiations with terrorists, diminishing and demolishing our armed forces,   and quite possibly, siding with an enemy if push comes to shove...  GO Here.   GO here  (THIS is a MUST READ, btw)    GO here ------ is a disaster!

But worse, when it comes to the international circle of weasels and wild cats and wolverines, oh my, Obama is demeaned and discredited as a world-class pussy, a child.

Hence, just one more reason
why Trump is WINNING

Americans don't like weak presidents.

And by the way, Mr. President
for now, anyway,
and just maybe
until the end of time.

And lookie here,
we go from an Open Castration of Glenn Beck to the Pussy-in-Chief fighting harder for his own ideologically driven, fundamental transformation WITHIN than anywhere else in the world.

And in utmost sincerity, we can blame it on Obama's childhood -- raised by wolves in sheep's clothing with a mission to take America to the woodshed, castrating the very things which have made us huuuuuuugh!

Things like our true liberty -- free speech -- ambition to excel in everything!  -- our self-reliance -- our independence, not this fucking dependence on everything government doesn't have to give! -- our foundation of faith -- our traditions -- our competitive edge -- our free enterprising spirit and economy (not this fucking fake one from crony capitalism) that grounds us and sustains us to go out and DO Things, MAKE Things, even if we sometimes lose a few things in the process....

It's just that... in this moment... little g finds herself so very grateful, overcome in the realization that I wasn't raised to be a pussy.  Thankfully, having grown to excel at many things, at the top of that list is making lemonade.

I can make it pretty much out of anything, thank you, God...

And it's pretty fucking good, if I do say so myself.

Cheers everybody.

Make it a Good Day, G

And thank you, mama and papa, for little g was blessed with two really fucking good parents xoxo...and fetching the soap as we speak. tee hee

It's a Socialism Rising Thing

Dear America,

"I must study politics and war,
that our sons
may have liberty
 to study
 mathematics and philosophy."
John Adams

it's hump day and this is the day dedicated to the hump...the hump that has grown into a mountain of propaganda and lies and a government so out  of  control we can't see straight.  We've hit a certain altitude now, and the hallucinations are real; and not only that, they are capable of bringing what was once a full-fledged Republic, proudly dependent upon individual liberty and self-reliance and free enterprise, to it's knees.

Now Bernie's half-baked supporters don't get it; and they don't want to get it.   My knee-jerk response would be to blame the parents; but we all know the revolution we are witnessing today comes by way of a road paved and masterminded from the visions of intellectuals out of the sixties, complete with reforming education from kindergarten through graduate school (on the backs of federal loans and gimmicks and promises and teacher's unions and a department of education that has no business being involved, let alone in charge.......) that has, basically, brainwashed an entire generation (or two).

What's not to love this Valentine's week...
Free College
Free Health Care
and let's just
Stick it to the rich, the corporations....tax tax tax tax tax
and Move On dot org.

Isn't it great to live in the college bubble...

And these kids think they are being so cool, so libertarian,  so revolutionary, so Che....joining forces and raising voices with this anti-establishment/socialist chorus; it's remarkable how clueless an entire class of citizens can be...how they know not the fault of their own stars.  And yet, who am I to tell them the night sky is clouding their judgement and steering them in the wrong direction, right?

What really pisses off this primarily poised princess is the sad truth of the unbearable weight of combating this delusional, possibly drug induced, ship of fools -- the philosophy majors, the gender studies tribe, and the eco-fascist soon to be a lobbyist, alike -- is nowhere to be found.  It's almost as if a contrary opinion or alternative view doesn't even exist.  And wouldn't Adam Smith be shocked.

The right side of politics, the conservative voice, the pure logic and explanation of it all -- is simply not heard.   And it certainly can't be heard if it's not said.

What a bitch, isn't it?  These little revolutionaries have been raised with the freedom to resist and revolt by the very nature and nurture of this America, the beautiful, and the foundation masterminded by the likes of John Adams, Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson...and on and on and on....the original crew of one hell of a revolution and this is how they give thanks.

But here we are -- socialism rising...
The real thing is being replaced with a magnificent bang -- a fraud of new heights and depths that will make heads spin in a rainbow of colors and psychedelic paraphernalia.   Fundamental Transformation is the LSD of our time.

So time is a limitation today, for me, little g....hence, this girl is going to send you road-tripping around the web for a wee bit.

FIRST.  Let's start with some numbers.  (It's the real, real thing, baby)

U.S. Debt Clock.  A stop watch commonly referred to here on this g thing; but it's been awhile, so let's revisit it again, shall we?

Pay attention to the real total in UN-funded liabilities...101 Trillion Dollars!
or perhaps how many Americans receive government benefits...161,056,763 million people
or perhaps how many Americans are still UN-insured, sans Obamacare....41,047,808 million people.

Or just maybe go to the number of people in the workforce...150,613,363 million (while 23,863,899 million of those work for the GOVERNMENT! While another 94 million have simply taken themselves out of the workforce for one reason or another)

And now just imagine having a credit card with 2.5 TRILLION DOLLARS racked up in interest alone!

The president's new budget is just one bad trip, and hardly worth the high, even if it feels good right now. The Heritage Foundation breaks it all down, here, and it is mind-boggling-ly good and thorough, at least to the extent a quick analysis can be; but it will require a wee bit of concentration and possibly more than three minutes of your time, okay...

What is a riot is how the Senate Republicans are beginning to send emails alerting the masses, like me, to the great bureaucratic mess that is Obama's new 4.1 Trillion Dollar budget.  Sounding the alert is one thing; it's the pitch that comes next that is highly questionable.

For the second paragraph asks for money to fight it!

It's like, are you kidding me right now?

Isn't that what you are mandated by the voters to do -- actually paid to do -- just by being a republican in the Senate?!?  Why do we need to pay you anything when this is just your freaking job?  You are being paid to put a stop to this nonsense and you are pan-handling to the lowly taxpayer to help you fund a task written into your job description?  How about you all reach down inside and find a little courage...and you find that right next to a pair of your huevos rancheros.  And after that --

I believe a return to any basic Political Science/US History class is in order (scratch that -- see if you can find one prior to 1979); and just to be clear -- no, you are not getting one damn dime.

"I must study politics and war,
that our sons
may have liberty
 to study
 mathematics and philosophy."
John Adams

The kids today have no idea what they are doing for various short-sighted, misguided, independently-challenged reasons; but what excuse do the members of the Senate have, for Pete's sake?

America is experiencing two revolutions in direct conflict of one another; and it is not an hallucination -- it is a clear and present danger.  If it weren't so mind blowing important, it just might be fun to watch.

The thing is, we are not at liberty to watch; we must participate.

Get involved.  Be engaged in the debate.  Educate your neighbor who isn't paying attention, talk to friends, explain it to your children, support a worthy candidate in word and deed, write your congressman, call your Senator, read America's history and understand her foundation, contemplate what future is best, what future America can afford, and what future we intend to hold dear and close to our heart for the next generation.

Make it a Good Day, G

Dear America,

happy monday

The weekend is a blur, as I was completely entrenched into a softball tournament -- which was nearly entirely under drizzle; not enough to call it off, but just enough to make those of us sitting on the sidelines a bit damp, cold and chomping at the bit for a hot toddy and a fireplace back in the comfort of home.

Of course, sitting there day dreaming between games, my mind went whirling into a two column expose of the differences between the Nanny State vs. Mother Nation, and that was all it took -- still in the midst of unseasonably moist weather conditions -- to provide this morning's inspiration.

So consider the boundaries like this:

The Nanny State, left.
Mother Nation, right.

Simple enough.

Nanny, Liberal.
Mother, Conservative.

See how it flows so easily.

The thing is, in this age of big, bad government, what we are seeing under the current Obama Administration, is a deterioration of our inherent civil liberties and a pure nullification of our founding principles, as they continue to inch their way into our lives in unimaginable ways; the constant indirect, and sometimes blatant, display of "we know better than you", as if the government really can cure all societal ills, along with it's huge price tag, is unprecedented.  While to question their authority to do so, or wonder if any of it is even Constitutional, is considered unamerican, racist, bigoted even, and simply cast as out of control right wing extremism in action.

America has changed over the course of the last forty or fifty years, indeed; but the greatest difference is our growing indifference to how we define and grow beautiful families, ones that when lined up all together, hand in hand across the country, personify a loving, strong, healthy and vibrant nation.

You can believe what you want, but in these days following the recent death of Barbara Billingsley, one of America's first moms portrayed on TV for all the world to see and model after, we haven't entirely done the family thing very well -- over the last couple of decades especially; sure, we have more women advancing in careers, more women bringing home the bacon and frying it up in the pan, more women still shouldering the household duties while holding down a 9 to 5 job, more women reaching their personal dreams of having it all -- but at what price?

No, now before you all jump on my little butt -- yes, I wholeheartedly believe it is possible to have it all as women, if that equates to having a little bit of everything; there is no question in my mind about that; while, there are many women who make it look easy; yet, even still, there are many more who fail miserably at it everyday.

But when we look at our children, and the next generation or two in the pipeline -- coupled with an honest observation of the very issues we used to excel at pretty much across the board, as in education, morality, self-reliance and the individual pursuit of happiness -- we are breaking down somewhere; and I believe that somewhere is not over the rainbow but right here, right at home.

The thing is, if we are really brave enough, and open enough, to have a real conversation about this -- and look deeper into this relationship of the family unit, and the country's future prospects to create happiness and liberty and freedom for all, then we must face some heart wrenching truths about how we are doing at this; and the place to start is at the heart of the home, mom.

For California, nannies are common place -- and that should tell you something, as we are failing everywhere you look; a huge segment of our population just waltzes along with their heads in a salon, complete with cucumbers over the eyes, and all.  Of course, overtly generalizing here, but let's face it, many mommies in California are simply no longer hands on  -- they are above it, have no time for it, are completely frustrated by it, or economically challenged to have that privilege -- and it shows.

It may sound like I am beating up on my own people -- and maybe I am -- but can we get real? Can we not talk about the reality housewives era we are living in, or vicariously living through, and realize the waywardness of our own ways -- or is that no longer politically correct?  And sure, why stop there -- it's not just a so cal thing, a hollywood thing, or an elite Senator from Northern California thing -- this is a national epidemic.

While I can almost applaud the Angelina Jolies's of this world, the truth is, the importance of motherhood is being all but ignored these days -- while we continue to sit idly by elevating the federal government to evermore control over our lives like in a warped 'who's your daddy' kind of way; it's a strange marriage of ideologies, to say the least.

It's not just about the restrictions of salt and sugar and soda, that this nanny state merrily tramples all over; it's not just about happy meals being villainized, and the maker of such as simply corporate greed at the expense of our kids; it's not just about over zealous regulation in everything from what we eat to what we drive, to how we fuel it, to where we bank, how we spend, to what we buy and why --  it's deeper than that --

We've changed how we do mom --
  • it is the nanny being home after school -- and probably, in broken English, making sure they do their homework (hardly the perfect candidate to offer help with writing the review of The Odyssey).
  • it is the nanny preparing the home-cooked meals -- or family dinner broken up with band practice, soccer games, working through dinner, business travel and take out.
  • it is the nanny spending the quantity time with the children, with returning parents feeling guilty -- making up for it with presents, cell phones, and cars -- with no real parental supervision or care until basically bedtime.
If you add the element of a little money for life in the left lane, we extend the nanny state mentality to include private school and quite possibly, boarding school -- other people raising the kids, spoiled little rich kids raising other spoiled little rich kids, and simply parents being out of touch and out of sight, out of mind ; the anti-thesis of the mother who is there by the time the kids return home from school -- or the mom who is hands on and home schooling the kids all day long.

If you add the element of religion, the prevailing attitude is one of dismissing the importance of worship altogether; or it takes on a whole new meaning under the mindset of  a new age hierarchy of  a "collective salvation" -- almost acting as if God told them this is the way it works, basically ignoring the principles upon which America was made, while having the audacity to redefine the entire premise of  Christianity at the same time; under the mommy state, we simply go to church, and if we can't do that, we teach the golden rule and try our best to live by the same, and lead by example.

If you add the element of common sense and self-reliance, under the nanny state, "the little people" have none -- the government can better manage your money, your diet, your business, and seemingly every one's needs under the sun through the relentless and reckless actions of breaking one glass ceiling after another by ruthless taxation; quite the contrary, the mommy state believes in individual responsibility, individual liberty, and that less government intervention the better -- thereby allowing for real growth in the private sector and creating the opportunity for real wealth for all, just the way our founders intended.

There is a possibility we could reduce the state of mommy dearest we are currently living in by simply realizing that many of our maternal issues stem from being deficient in a single attribute, that being able to utter the word "NO!" -- as if a whole chorus of mamas and papas heard round the world piped up all at the same time.  But then again, maybe that's just too simple minded of me; what do I know, right?

But then I realized something, as a gazed over the umbrellas yesterday, there is not one family on the team with a nanny; every mom or pop on the bleachers is hands on, whether it is a Sunday afternoon, a Monday morning, or smack dab in the middle of the week.  Now, even though I carry a special fondness for the beauty of 'less organized' activities -- thinking of days dating back to The Sandlot era and Leave It to Beaver -- I must say I get a special chill up and down my leg knowing I share my experience raising a family with at least 14 other families close to me; it is a feeling I can build on, at least, and feel good about.

Our modern world makes a whole new June these days -- and that's okay as long we remember how we make good kids; they don't just happen, you know.  A nanny can never take the place of what our children truly need; they require undivided attention, hands on care, and unconditional love, from an actual parent, whether we want to admit it, or not; our nation was built, generation after generation, making a point to make it a priority -- that is until we took the shaping of our kids, and our families, and ourselves, for granted, leaving the duty in someone else's care.

Long has it been understood that the hardest job in America -- and the most thankless one to boot -- is that of being a mother; and I have to say, indeed.  Having a little money can make it easier; throwing more money at it might turn things around for awhile; but buying the kid a car when they really don't deserve it, hardly ever works -- and only real moms and pops know that, through and through.

Our country is having a mother of a time finding itself again; perhaps, breaking it down in ways we can easily understand is where we need to begin -- starting with some of the first words we learn, "mama"... "dada" ...and "no"

...sure, it sounds a little juvenile,
simplistic...
a far cry from showing any sign of an Ivy league education, right....
there was no study taken, publishing a decade of research...
I am, as you know, just a girl -- what do I know, right...

but please, feel free to question -- feel free to come up with your own argument of the nanny state vs mother nation; go for it.  But like a pop fly meeting up with the inside of the glove like it was second nature, we are bearing witness to a pop culture uniting with the nanny state without thinking twice about it.

It may feel like a rush in the moment, but experience tells us it will fade into the reality of having to be ready for the next play, being prepared for whatever life dishes out, a future that anything could happen, at any time -- which unexpectedly, then, hits us in the face with the very prospect that the kids today may want to have kids of their own someday... an idea which very well might, for a few of us anyway, sound utterly frightening, considering the way they are being raised...and if we think Social Security is in trouble now...just you wait.

Isn't progress just wonderful.

And on that note, all I want is my mommy wahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Make it a Good Day, G

Dear America,

Aw, poor Shepard Fairey; his hope is springing nocturnal.

He says, because I guess he's the national spokesman on the subject now, that we have lost our hope;  yes, the unprecedented amount of hope that only came from the fountain that sprung up and over-floweth in 2008 -- with the rising of a new age, harnessed by the flood of enthusiasm and social justice ideology featured in a really cool president who had it all, is all but gone, folks.

Yup, that hope.

Oh kids today...for what they lack in patience and longevity, they sure do a number on instant gratification and the complaint department.

Well, take a number and sit tight.

While Shepard boy is all of about 40, the Commandeer of Hope is really not a kid anymore; but he speaks for them, strangely enough, as if the artist can't help himself but to unplug the i-pod cord from his ears just long enough to answer a few questions -- of course, that is in between dealing with his on-going lawsuit over what else, the infamous HOPE poster.

In the article for National Journal, Aamer Madhani quoted HOPE Man as pointing out the dilemma for us,

"There's a lot of stuff completely out of Obama's control or any of the Democrats' control," Fairey allowed. "But I think there's something a little deeper in terms of the optimism of the younger voter that's happening. They wanted somebody who was going to fight against the status quo, and I don't think that Obama has done that."

Oh, what are we back in the sixties?  Is that what happened?  WE all hopped aboard a yellow submarine and fancied into a time warp, singing to the Beatles, because we are fighting against "the man" still?
Really? really...

You kids got us into a lot of trouble, man; and you have no idea what you have done. Now go to your room, I'll be up in a minute.

You know what the "status quo" is for America?

LIBERTY.

That's it.

LIBERTY,
now say it with me.

Without lady liberty, we got nothing; and you know what these policies are doing right now to our lady of grace, bella Liberty?  They, the new man, are breaking her down into little itty bitty pieces, starting with her self-esteem -- as she is slowly being deteriorated into a something unrecognizable, even to herself; as she gains just enough courage to look into the mirror, she weeps, for she does not know who she is!

Our personal and collective liberties is what has made us great; it is what has allowed free thinkers and free enterprise-ers and free speech-ers and free spirit-ers to say, do and believe they can say, do and believe absolutely anything they want, and get away with it.

In Venezuela, no can do.

In Iran, absolutely forbidden.

In China, questionable, at best.

Shall I go on?

We can't keep lady liberty happy with an over zealous government breathing down her neck.
WE should ALL want to live and let live in this country -- and that goes for the old folks, to the youngins' who don't know any better, and all those in between.  WE must come together, right now -- singing the song, and just imagine it, if we try -- and realize the effects of our cause; and more importantly, what is at stake if we don't.

According to Fairey man, the country has grown tired of the "status quo" in terms of the Harvard law definition, because, hey man, the man has messed us up (oh and you have no idea...)   This is where I might actually say, I agree.  Absolutely.  The man, if that is government obsessively taking over our lives, is whack. THAT kind of man is not working to it's best and it's brightest.

But if you mean, going against the status quo from which we rode in on, then Houston, we got a problem; if I understand you correctly, "status quo" is similar to like calling the government a bunch of racists, to go along with the prevailing winds and tides these days... right out of the rules for radicals handbook...ridicule, ridicule, ridicule.

Well, mother Earth to homeboy, we need to talk:

America has never been about status quo, unless you are talking about our ability to align with liberty and nothing else -- and I do believe this is where our founders would get up and shake their booty with me.

The loss you are feeling, dear Shepard, and lamenting how the hopey changey thing hasn't turned out the way you hoped, is that you, my dear boy, are growing up.  There is no such thing as 'the man' -- any man -- even Barry -- swooping in to save the day; Santa Claus may be golden, but Superman is not real.

And ever since the age of entitlements became en vogue here in the states, we have gone more and more down the tubes; and quite frankly, we can't keep it up. The SS More Government ship has sailed, my son.  The reality is, if you so choose to go there someday, is that we must live within our means, we must rely on our own two feet, and stop being a burden to society -- all of us. No one is going to buy us the boat, set us up on a tropical island, bringing us pina coladas and free gas on weekends.

I know, I know, it's a nasty bitter pill to get down; but here's a spoonful of sugar, just think of it as a bit of ecstasy, and before you know it, you will come to your senses.

"To say I feel disappointment is within the context that I know he's very intelligent, very capable, very compassionate," [now here, picture this, he is speaking of the President of the United States, okay]   Fairey said. "I think he has the tools, and he does not trust his instincts in how to apply them."
Oh, Shepard, that is kinda funny coming from the artist du jour, but let's run with that.  For you have the tools, too, buddy -- all of us do; like you ask of the president, we just have to "trust [our] instincts in how to apply them."

Now, what would be a big help, is if you could stop dispensing hope and maybe started spreading the word.

Perhaps a new poster is in order... I'm thinking, maybe, Uncle Sam.  Yeah, yeah.  Uncle Sam in a rainbow of colors, saying "We want you, to GROW UP"  --  oh take from it what you will, think of it as just a plank to jump off from, you're good at that.  The ideas worthy enough to bring to the surface should include, but are not limited to:

  • stop protesting and start doing
  • stop pretending and live in the real world.
  • find your own self-reliance and teach others to do it, too -- paint by numbers might help
  • stick with what has worked for over 200 years -- status quo with a punch of red, white and blue
  • we wouldn't be here, as starving artists one and all,  if not for this incredible overhead -- lose the fancy schmancy galleria of yahoos in government, who merely sip champagne and tell us what's wrong with this picture
  • have the guts to break out on your own, bust out from the elitists and their cohorts, and do your own thing -- it might be hard in the beginning, but in the long run, it will be the best thing you ever did.
The lifestyle prescribed here is free for all, yes, you heard me, FREE; free for the taking (along side the blood, sweat and tears).

But in order to get back to this skinny dipping freedom, we have to take drastic measures; and that seems to be the rub, as no one really wants to punish the kids (am I right?)

When we have erred on the side of bad judgement or stupid behavior, sometimes all it takes to snap out of it, is simply a good talking to; but unfortunately for most things, a grounding is more like it...maybe a week, a month...if the crazy kid was really bad, it might even take the duration of high school, or until the next election.

In any case, from Woodrow to Woodstock, this America has been grappling with the same old, same old conundrum of good governance in fits and starts, as if we haven't really learned a thing; as if we have put on the ear phones and drowned the folks out, never paying attention to our own devices.

If only we applied ourselves...  (ahh music to a parent's ear...hearing 'i cudda been a contenda' chiming in)

We have the tools, the instincts, the dreams and, of course, plenty of hope; there is more than enough of that stuff to go around.  Our mistake was taking it all for granted, as most kids learn the hard way; our error of our ways, was not keeping it up; our life as we know it, or wish it to be,  may question the status quo worth living but in actuality, what we are witnessing, according to the school of hard knocks, is that ignorance can be anything but bliss, indeed.   Oh the irony.

Liberty.  Freedom.  The Pursuit of Happiness.  Status Quo of 1776.

Don't mess with it: Bring it!

Then, we can talk.
Then, and only then, will we have a status quo we can be proud of, worthy to make banners and posters and maybe even a flag -- just think of it, we can hang everything around the quad, like, you know, it's gonna be so cool, I can hardly wait, like oh my gosh,  what should I wear...

Make it a Good Day, G
