It's a Chris Cuomo Day Thing

Dear America,

I have a Valentine's wish...
can someone please mail a copy of the Declaration of Independence to CNN anchor Chris Cuomo?

I regret that I haven't referred to my most favorite book on the planet, The 5000 Year Leap, lately...if not actually, months, years.  It was early G Thing.  And I spent much of my time deeply enveloped in what I liken to first cause mode;  the beginning of every thing in America.  But let's put that on hold for a minute and return to CNN:

Cuomo and Moore continue...

MOORE: I would call it the organic law because the United States code calls it organic law. It is organic law because the law of this country calls it the organic law of the country means where our rights come from. And if they come from there, men can’t take it away. 
CUOMO: Our rights do not come from God. That’s your faith. That’s my faith, but not our country. Our laws come from the collective agreement and compromise. 
MOORE: It’s not a matter of faith, sir. It’s a matter of organic law, which states, ‘We hold these truths to be held equal and endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.’ And the only role of government is stated in the next sentence is to secure those rights for us. The government starts taking those rights away from us, then it’s not securing and it is defiling the whole purpose of government.

BTW I'm merely choosing to print it in pink to pretend it's all pink unicorns and puppy dog tails -- struggling to preserve whatever sanity that remains so I can complete this task on the day.

So W.Cleon Skousen -- author of The Leap --  not only sets the record straight in simple terms, he highlights every good thing about why the Constitution, our Rule of Law, beginning with our Declaration of Independence, will NEVER be obsolete.


ORGANIC LAW, revisited

America began because --   "WHEN in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the Powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them..."

"we hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain  UNALIENABLE RIGHTS, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.  THAT TO SECURE THESE RIGHT, GOVERNMENTS ARE INSTITUTED AMONG MEN, DERIVING THEIR JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED..."

Now, we, the America-to-be-or-not-to-be,  were fighting immense oppression from the British and the Church of England.  And of course, things change; times change.   But as Skousen says, "anyone who says the American Constitution is obsolete just because social and economic conditions have changed does not understand the real genius of the Constitution.  It was designed to control something which HAS NOT CHANGED AND WILL NOT CHANGE -- NAMELY, HUMAN NATURE."

The American government was designed, organically, and thoughtfully, to control any future oppressor; and more importantly, to reform how all governments had been designed to date!  Our Declaration of Independence, our Bill of Rights, our Constitution were the first of its kind!  And they were designed to emphasize the rights of mankind, endowed by our Creator, to reign over a highly, limited government.   Man was not dependent upon a king, or a church, or a government in order to experience life, liberty, and the pursuit of our happiness.

Something Greater makes it so! [And true to this day...by the way]

And this realization, this belief held tight to our chest for centuries, set forth the best environment for the betterment of the general welfare, and wealth creation, the world has ever known.

And just look at us!
Stumbling over every good deed and ambition our founders ever re-imagined with such arrogance and ignorance.

From Sam Adams:

"It is the greatest absurdity to suppose it [would be] in the power of one, or any number of men, at the entering of society, to renounce their essential natural rights, or the means of preserving those rights; when the grand end of civil government, from the very nature of its institution, is for the support, protection, and defense of those very rights; the principal of which...are life, liberty, and property.   If men, through fear, fraud, or mistake, should in terms renounce or give up any essential natural right, the eternal law of reason and the grand end of society would absolutely vacate such renunciation.  The right to freedom being the gift of God Almighty, it is not in the power of man to alienate this gift and voluntarily become a slave."
Natural Law was, and is, the settled science that cements the exceptional components of freedom and liberty with a limited government, thereby allowing the power of the individual potential to raise and secure the power of the whole society...that being "the collective" that Cuomo speaks so highly of.

And in fine keeping, the Natural Law our founders designated to be the societal cornerstone, was reliant upon our Unalienable Rights walking hand in hand with our Unalienable Duties!  The Left likes to ignore these duties (hence, the absence of common sense and the common man being at such odds these days).

As Skousen points out, "[T]here are two kinds of duties -- public and private. Public duties relate to public morality and are usually supported by local or state ordinances which can be enforced by the police power of the state.  Private duties are those which exist between the individual and his Creator.  These are called principles of private morality.  The only enforcement agency is the self-discipline of the individual himself."  [Of course, for non-believers, that self-discipline is then 'self' talking to 'self,' considering the decision to make oneself his very own God.]


The thing is, the best LAW for man was already in place and proven superior.  The Creator's Divine Law furnished not only true justice for all, equally, but it also allowed for the real power to be in the hands of the people --  verily distrusting government and its central control in every way.

Studying the history of the world and the rise and fall of governments, the founders recognized the follies of human nature and devised a system of checks and balances and limited powers in order to protect the individual  -- to chain the bureaucratic powers that be, restrain the natural propensity to mischief, and fully bind government, not man.

Honestly, I don't know how the Left keeps getting away with it.  Their arguments based on lies and misconceptions, coupled with their unrealistic and idealistic platforms based upon a Utopian dream, are so anti-American.

The Left wants us to believe that we all need government for this, that, patty-whack.  Combining a whirlwind of social justice schemes and income redistribution policies, the America we live in today is the antithesis  of our founders intentions, by Divine Design, and stands to destroy whatever self-reliance that remains.

And speaking of idiots how statesmen change... how times change...  this is something.   The Left would have us believe this is no big deal, right media matters?   oh, okay.    Of course, it's the same president who went to bed the night of Benghazi in order to be fully rested for the fundraiser in Vegas; and the same president who played a round of golf after James Foley was beheaded.   Pattern?

It's a Thanksgiving Toast to America Thing

Dear America,

although enlivened fully by this little morsel,
discovered just yesterday on the world wide web,
the G that falls to tears so easily is immediately overwhelmed with how far society has crumbled.

We are like 300 million crumbs trying to hold ourselves together.

Clearly, the things America has inherently relied upon to do the work of the binding and  the blending -- for the sole purpose of uniting and  assimilating into One -- has been lost somewhere in the mix.

One culture  ----  prospering and glorifying in the freedoms and liberties for all, in equal portion.... under the Constitution, under Natural Law, under a Limited Government, and under God....and framed with individual duties and responsibilities working alongside the rights, like magical mystery beaters working in tandem ----- has tragically fallen prey to a method and ingredient re-do, supportive of a multiculturalism that will neither rise to the occasion or it's historical significance, let alone a future protective of our founder's best intentions set forth. 

[and yes, without hesitation and sticking a thumb in it --  it's directly linked to the current  anti-sugar, anti-bake-sale, anti-bacon, anti-butter, anti-extra-large-coca-cola, anti-anything-good stuff dictated by the little Mrs -- Michelle O. and the likes of a Mr. B (bloomberg-doomberg) -- but this very well could be just a wee bit of leftover post-election bitterness showing.]

But to put this into a perspective we might all understand this morning - - just imagine the iconic Thanksgiving side dish, the Green Bean Casserole, without the Campbell's Creamy Mushroom Soup holding it all together?
oh, you get it now?

What we have here is a situation.

Some liken it to a family feud between the have's and the have-not's -- the upper crust vs. the overworked ooey-gooey middle and the poor pasted to the bottom of the proverbial pan.

Oh, but we can't talk about it.
Nope.
What happens around the dining room table, stays at the dining room table. 

Case in point, Romney, who was recently flavor-blasted from all sides for uttering just a few words of tough love, a scosh of reality meeting up with a good hard dose of the truth and served with a mound of grace and compassion....because he truly cares a deep fried rat's ass about the family -- about AMERICA!

So, what we have here is a situation.

We are all essential ingredients; but it would seem we have the same people showing up for dinner that haven't contributed a thing...ever.   (While this demographic keeps growing, and is widely recognized to be on a trajectory that exponentially exceeds the revenues coming through the door.)

[AND NO -- just to be clear -- we are NOT saying those feeling ENTITLED to receive in WELFARE are the same as those fully deserving to receive through the entitlement programs truly worked for and fully paid into....okay.  These two groups are polar opposites]

Oh my.

So, what we have here is a situation.

"Bread and Water

Indeed.

And perhaps, now compounding upon my vulnerabilities (effervescent and ever present that they are)  and letting  my Pollyanna-pilgram imagination have her way with me  --  allow me to be so bold as to add,  it's this kind of sentiment that has carried us in America, for richer or poorer, all this time.

Think about it.

America created the opportunity for all walks of life to come to the table and make something -- be it a life, a purpose, a career, a wealth, a family --  and all in the pursuit of happiness.  But it was this kind of attitude -- making lip-smackin' lemonade out of our lemons and looking on the bright side of things -- that this nation has not only survived, but thrived!

Sadly, we are no longer breaking bread together or sharing the wine. 

We have taken perfectly cooked loaves and drowned them with false-truths -- masterminding division ripe with name calling, racial epithets that take us back centuries, promoting incivility between our brothers and sisters simply because we disagree on our politics and religion -- and thereby, in the end, producing the homegrown masses ignorant of our true principles and forever feeling separated more than ever before.

No.  It's possibly not more than 'ever before'.  We probably felt much the same way back in the days leading up to our Revolution; we probably felt much the same way back in the days leading up to the Civil War; we probably felt much the same way back in the days leading up to the RETURN of civil rights, rightly fought for and unconscionably taken away at the hands of bad government and poor policy and racial discrimination.

We may have a situation but we've been here before.

As a family, we get through it, together.

Words from Grandpa George [as in Washington]:

"Now therefore I do recommend and assign Thursday the 26th day of November next to be devoted by the People of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being, who is the beneficent Author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be-- That we may then all unite in rendering unto him our sincere and humble thanks--for his kind care and protection of the People of this Country previous to their becoming a Nation--for the signal and manifold mercies, and the favorable interpositions of his Providence which we experienced in the course and conclusion of the late war--for the great degree of tranquility, union, and plenty, which we have since enjoyed--for the peaceable and rational manner, in which we have been enabled to establish constitutions of government for our safety and happiness, and particularly the national One now lately instituted--for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed; and the means we have of acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general for all the great and various favors which he hath been pleased to confer upon us"

That was a day in the life of October 3, 1789.

Flash in the pan to today:

"Many Thanksgivings have offered opportunities to celebrate community during times of hardship. When the Pilgrims at Plymouth Colony gave thanks for a bountiful harvest nearly four centuries ago, they enjoyed the fruits of their labor with the Wampanoag tribe -- a people who had shared vital knowledge of the land in the difficult months before. When President George Washington marked our democracy's first Thanksgiving, he prayed to our Creator for peace, union, and plenty through the trials that would surely come. And when our Nation was torn by bitterness and civil war, President Abraham Lincoln reminded us that we were, at heart, one Nation, sharing a bond as Americans that could bend but would not break. Those expressions of unity still echo today, whether in the contributions that generations of Native Americans have made to our country, the Union our forebears fought so hard to preserve, or the providence that draws our families together this season....

On Thanksgiving Day, individuals from all walks of life come together to celebrate this most American tradition, grateful for the blessings of family, community, and country. Let us spend this day by lifting up those we love, mindful of the grace bestowed upon us by God and by all who have made our lives richer with their presence.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim Thursday, November 22, 2012, as a National Day of Thanksgiving. I encourage the people of the United States to join together -- whether in our homes, places of worship, community centers, or any place of fellowship for friends and neighbors -- and give thanks for all we have received in the past year, express appreciation to those whose lives enrich our own, and share our bounty with others...."

Let us give thanks and praise; let us reward the day with believing such sweet sentiments of God and Country from the soul of an American president is as true today as it will be tomorrow, both inside and out {for full text).

It's a Real Concern Thing

Dear America,

"You must strive with all you have 
and with true sincerity to make a difference in this country.  
By your life and words you must put to silence 
the voices of ignorant critics of the faith.  
Be bold to proclaim 
the name of Christ in this time 
when many who call themselves Christian 
are ashamed to speak the name.  
You may have greater impact on this nation 
than that of any politician 
if you make your goal to help restore 
the influence of Christian faith and raise a standard 
of our nation's morality."

so he's baaaack ....William Wilberforce here -- and he was speaking to his fellow Brits...with all hope and intent to restore a great injustice, and convince a nation to abolish slavery and totally extinguish the slave trade.

One of his early life influences was a man best known for having penned "Amazing Grace,"  John Newton.  As the story goes, the parents of a young impressionable William, thought of Newton as a "religious fanatic" and made every attempt to keep him far far away.   Not that it mattered really, the enlightenment was fostered and made real in an instant -- Newton's influence became a permanent fixture for a Wilberforce of every age.

While the Newton impression is not without real controversy -- having been a captain of a slave-ship.  But it was through this very experience -- as most fundamental transformation comes -- that led him to the grace of God, seeking forgiveness, and restore his own authentic Christian spirit within. And he changed.

But, for Wilberforce, it wasn't just about the righting of a wrong with regard to the slave trade -- it was deeper, much bigger than that, if you can believe it.  He felt as if the people of Great Britain were falling apart in nearly every way, and he just couldn't keep quiet about it.  So this remake, Real Christianity, as told by Bob Beltz, comes from the original source titled, A Practical View of Real Christianity, and,as I said just yesterday, was first published in 1797...and, in turn, reprinted countless times over the years and translated into multiple languages.

The thing is, much like the steadfast, fundamental, transformational, intrinsic nature of our written documents of faith in this country -- specifically, our Declaration of Independence and our U.S. Constitution -- it matters not that years ave passed by, or if, in fact, we the people "progress."  It matters not that ten years goes by, or four score and three days go by, or whether we enter a so-called "new age."  It matters not.

The fundamentals never change.

Wilberforce recognized this essential element of keeping the faith, encouraging people to take a look inside their own heart and take a hard look at their own lives. His book tears apart the differences between keeping a "cultural Christianity" and an "authentic" one, but not without making an awkward apology first.  (which, if you really think about that, it is funny....like why apologize, Willy, if you know in your heart of hearts that what you are about to do is basically the most compassionate thing you could ever do for your fellow man? right? but I digress)

So his apology runs from being about the quality of his writing to what qualifies him to go on record. And then gives us this:

"I would suggest that faith is everyone's business.  The advance or decline of faith is so intimately connected to the welfare of a society that it should be of particular interest to a politician.  Furthermore, the fact that I am not a member of the clergy might help people be more open to what is said in this book. No one can accuse me of writing what I write because I have been motivated by self-interest or theological prejudice."

"Faith is everyone's business."

And it is.  And this does not change over time.

Symptomatic of our raging cultural Christianity is the clear and present danger of losing face and faith of our authentic Christianity.  And just what should happen when in fact even the "cultural Christianity" gets attacked -- as it is now?   I mean, what kind of world are we living in when the Veterans Administration takes away all references of God in funerals?  seriously?  even when it is personally requested?  [That is almost as insane as the Harvard "study" deciding that Fourth of July Parades are "right-wing propaganda."]

Hold up while I pause to click my glittery red shoes....melting into one, melting into one, melting into one...

For America, the premise of growing a nation was built upon ageless, fundamental, universal beliefs (most of which started with the Bible!!!)  It is true.  Look it up.  Our founders described our destiny as "Divine Providence" for Pete's sake -- do you think that is just superficial poppycock to sway the populace and control the masses?  This DIVINE PROVIDENCE was for real. The natural law, or Nature's Law, was rooted in certain truths of God, humanity, along with our responsibility and duty to uphold clear standards based on the Absolute -- as it pertains to ALL people, of ALL faiths, for ALL time.

Nothing in our heritage is date stamped, marking it's obsolescence.  We do not grow out of wearing our true colors -- whether it be our true faith or our Nature's Law -- just like we do not one day grow up no longer needing to say our prayers.  No matter the age, we still line the streets waiting for the parade to come down the lane, because the celebration of our independence is a celebration for every American. [which leads me to believe, if the very thought of  watching a Fourth of July parade brings a frown -- whether someone from the left or right or somewhere in between -- then perhaps one should consider changing one's local, country, allegiances, etc...just sayin'] 

It is one day out of 365 to celebrate melting into the one American body.  One day!

When in fact, the truth is -- EVERY DAY should be spent celebrating our faith, our country, our Divine Providence --  every single mother lucky day.

When we are dead, how will our children keep things together?  You think such things as 'the stimulus', or nationalized health care, or the Dodd-Frank Wall Street legislation, or the open border, is going to save them? Will 'youth activism' and left-wing Organizing for America save them from themselves?  Will the playground of left-wing billionaires, destroying our currency and disgracing a free market America, while indoctrinating followers of a new god, popularly recognized as just SOROS, fill the real void -- will it raise the betterment of the general welfare or simply the welfare of the Power Elite?  (go to The Daily Bell for further explanation on what is the Power Elite)

Soros is a non-believer, and makes no apologies for it.  And it makes me wonder, just where is all the deep pocket funding coming from in the fight against one of this nation's fundamental beliefs... 

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peacefully to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. [Amendment I]
Our Constitution was written to restrict government, not people.  We are a nation of people; we are a people in constant building of a nation.  It doesn't just happen by accident, by default, by inheritance, osmosis, or without effort.  And just as atheists have every right to not participate in a founding belief, they cannot restrict the free flow of "free exercise thereof" of other people's beliefs -- in any way.  period.  Just where do you get off, just because your 'universal god', namely "you," rests in a belief system without God; how selfish of you!

As I have said before, I don't know how one "expresses" their "higher Atheist" -- just have no idea how it is done; but if it has anything to do with restricting my free expression, then they are in no position, and have no law, supporting it.

In the last couple of weeks we have been wrestling with the ideas of nation building, child raising, allowing the conversation to include God, both in the public square and anywhere our "free expression thereof" deems appropriate.  So let me conclude today with words from our president -- taken from the conclusion of his address to the nation following changes in the Afghanistan war, he said:

"That's a lesson worth remembering -- that we are all a part of one American family. Though we have known disagreement and division, we are bound together by the creed that is written into our founding documents, and a conviction that the United States of America is a country that can achieve whatever it sets out to accomplish. Now, let us finish the work at hand. Let us responsibly end these wars, and reclaim the American Dream that is at the center of our story. With confidence in our cause; with faith in our fellow citizens; and with hope in our hearts, let us go about the work of extending the promise of America -- for this generation, and the next. May God bless our troops. And may God bless the United States of America."
tell me this isn't just lip service, giving the majority what it wants to hear; tell me this isn't just a conviction of an age gone by; somebody, please, tell me these words really mean something, still.

Here's a couple of real concerns:

Will we get to a point when somebody will tell our president to stop invoking God into his national addresses, to cease and desist speaking God's name, and in every way, admonish our country's inherent beliefs?

Will we one day grow to discredit, disavow,  "the creed" that binds us, as "written into our founding documents?"

After all, these ideas run part and parcel of "a lesson worth remembering," right?

After all, we are just one big American family, tied together by faith and Divine Providence, just melting into one...melting into one....every day, not just the fourth of July.

So, in this moment, if I may be so bold, we will see it when we believe it; and, seconding a sentiment of Wilberforce himself, who from the get go gave us:

"I'm not going to attempt to either convince skeptics or answer the questions unbelievers always seem to ask, but rather point out some of the problems with the beliefs and actions of those who already claim to be Christians."

It's an Obedient Drudge Sort of Thing

Dear America,
"This day, I trust the reign of political protestantism will commence. We have explored the temple of royalty, and found that the idol we have bowed down to, has eyes which see not, ears that hear not our prayers, and a heart like the nether millstone. We have this day restored the Sovereign, to whom alone men ought to be obedient. He reigns in Heaven, and with a propitious eye beholds his subjects assuming that freedom of thought, and dignity of self-direction which He bestowed on them. From the rising to the setting sun, may His kingdom come."

this is Sam Adams addressing Congress, August 1, 1776;  the house was nearly ready to sign our Declaration of Independence.  and so begins a happy tuesday morn.

"Having been a slave to the influence of opinions early acquired, and distinctions generally received, I am ever inclined not to despise but pity those who are yet in darkness. But to the eye of reason what can be more clear, than that all men have an equal right to happiness? Nature made no other distinction than that of higher or lower degrees of power of mind and body. But what mysterious distribution of character has the craft of statesmen, more fatal than priestcraft, introduced?

According to their doctrine, the offspring of perhaps the lewd embraces of a successful invader, shall, from generation to generation, arrogate the right of lavishing on their pleasures a proportion of the fruits of the earth, more than sufficient to supply the wants of thousands of their fellow-creatures: claim authority to manage them like beasts of burden, and without superior industry, capacity, or virtue, nay, though disgraceful to humanity by their ignorance, intemperance, and brutality, shall be deemed best calculated to frame laws, and to consult for the welfare of society.

Were the talents and virtues, which Heaven has bestowed on men, given merely to make then more obedient drudges, to be sacrificed to the follies and ambition of a few? or, were not the noble gifts so equally dispensed with a divine purpose and law, that they should as nearly as possible be equally exerted, and the blessings of Providence be equally enjoyed by all? Away then, with those absurd systems, which, to gratify the pride of a few, debase the greatest part of our species below the order of men. What an affront to the King of the universe, to maintain that the happiness of a monster, sunk in debauchery and spreading desolation and murder among men, of a Caligula, a Nero, or a Charles, is more precious in his sight than that of millions of his suppliant creatures, who do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with their God! We have sunk so low, haven't we?

Today marks the day in history where our lawmakers will vote whether or not to allow for an increase in the debt limit without applying spending limits or restrictions first.  It is expected to be rejected....  and what an affront to the blessings of Divine Providence, if it were decided such, in unequal portion, if only to gratify the wayward ambition and folly equally dispensed, if we were to find, a fearing to rise above the common sense solution...

Just where is our Sam Adams today...oh where oh where can he be?

There is a fabulous website available, if in search of the truth, the way and the light, of America's history.   This speech upon one August morn, and a rather long one, at that, is made available in it's entirety and well worth the lending of your eyes, if such the leveraging of the sanctity of one's time against the value of timeless, if not priceless, snippet for all posterity, is deemed all that important.  Go Here for the whole thing.  If not, here is a bit more:

Our freedom is living paycheck to paycheck -- increasing in depth and breadth of debt, following each and every tax year -- from here to Kingdom come.  Every original intention has been thrown by the wayside, and likewise, subsequently buried by unseemly governance, fodder of political folly, and utter ignorance of the words set forth, of their fullest intent indeed, made known and absolute within the people's Declaration of Independence and the nation's Constitution.

Blame, in equal portion, has been spread throughout the land -- ourselves included.

Perhaps this would be a good time for our leaders, and ourselves, to return to the eloquence and sophistication of an era gone by; perhaps this would be a good time to re-read our first intent, and re-acquaint ourselves with our founders, the enlightened minds and true statesmen, who with every breath, projected our highest and best good.

Neither shift of blame, nor the point of finger, will secure a reasonable, manageable future without the loss of face; we must therefore look in the mirror and reflect the truth we know within our hearts...as a people, either way --  to be thrust into austerity, or falter -- so essential is the need to suffer the consequences, for we must own this.

This is no time to play political games, twenty first century style, waging war upon the airwaves, feasting upon plain commercialism of untruths, using gluttonous attacks of character and virtue in thirty second fits of fury.

This is the time to be statesmen, and women, in order to unite together in the town square for a common cause.  Not only must we fight to preserve whatever it is we have left, but we must salvage the intricacies of our story and history, the background and context of a past long forgotten; a story thoroughly and completely scrutinized and scrubbed, by the same colleges who once stood for the glory of God,  bestowing every gratitude and thanksgiving and praise upon Him, and taught within that very framework, endowed by our Creator and made man, making available to generations of rising countrymen the continuation of God's grace upon this land...so that they too, would learn and grow and reflect that Magnificence back upon their fellow man, to make good. 

Culpable is the system rising out of ignorance, flamed by social justice, and guilty of blind allegiances to an elite crowd of learned men and women to false gods -- forgive them, for they know not what they do.  Or, do they?  why of course! that is the answer to end all questions of Divine Providence and grace be to all in equal portion!  TO end the era living freely under The Divine, that becomes the means to the ultimate end!

This morning begins a jaded G meeting up with the remains of a day gone by.  Can you tell?

Dear America,



Atheists need to get a hobby.

Tragic news is coming out of Hawaii, the state senate there is no longer starting their day with poi and a prayer; trying to beat the ACLU to the punch, their own throw down is self-inflicted -- simply giving up the fight before it even makes it to court.

According to the writing on the palm frond wall, the citizen complaint picked up by the ACLU was just going to win anyway, and they simply decided to cease morning prayers before being told they had to.

What?


Here in beautiful southern California, a long time atheist and activist, has taken the extremism of anti-godism to a whole 'nother level; we have had a decades old fight against the cross on Mt.Soledad, a war memorial high atop a local neighborhood in La Jolla, where just recently, the liberal court let the atheist win...

even though 80% of the general public do not see an issue -- wish the cross to remain -- appreciate the cross for which she stands honoring our local fallen soldiers -- upon the gorgeous panoramic view of the beaches and bays and back country ...with 80%...

somehow, with the help of people like the ACLU, the atheist won.

granted, the decision handed down was not necessarily requiring the cross to be dismantled; only the call to change it was demanded by the courts, via the opinion of the ninth circuit court.

Perhaps the courts were merely talking about altering it's size; perhaps if the cross were to be cut to half it's size, allowing say, more 'nothingness' to prevail over the top of it, as if the blank blue sky had the upper hand, the atheists would be happy (interesting...would it really be a blank blue sky of nothingness, or would it simply show more heaven???....hmmm you decide)

But the courts didn't really say what kind of changes had to be made;

oh I got it now, maybe constructing the cross within a big, wide circle -- one where a rather ugly and conspicuous diagonal slash comes flailing across the front of it -- maybe that's what they had in mind.  I  don't know, they just didn't spell it out.

With further thought, perhaps more important than the need to get a hobby (other than the one picking on Christians), is more the need to get their own symbol, just sayin';

I just don't get it, are the atheists that petty, that jealous, witnessing the believers enjoying a symbol we can all believe in, a kind that we shamelessly adorn ourselves with, one that honors a higher consciousness to Something Greater than ourselves, and not only that, celebrates our founding principles and beliefs, that they get so dizzy and confused they simply can't see straight?

Perhaps if they had something they could display, of their own, so that we would all know who they are, they would feel better valued in society; or better still, maybe they should consider a little self-esteem counseling --  water or art therapy is coming to mind -- just something that would assist them in working through this apparent internal, made sharply external, struggle.

Or is it simply their tolerance threshold hitting an all-time low?

A symbol is simply that, a symbol; it only matters to the one who gives it value and purpose and power to it; atheists do not have to believe in the cross, accept the cross, or even like it.  It is purely up to them and their own person -- who evidently is their own god.

But make no mistake, our founders made it perfectly clear -- "free exercise thereof", is "free exercise there of".


how dare the Atheist's belief system destroy and dismantle ours -- especially since it is the very foundation this country was founded.

how dare their  NO-God win over a God, any God, one God.

how dare we give them one more inch

They seem to be so misguided; while this narcissistic agenda, rushing the passage of legislation across the country, is simply out to admonish and dismiss any appearance of faith in this land; this is wrong; while this selfish view is completely backwards -- are we really here?  at the cross-section of being a nation of faith and a nation of nothingness? 

Through the aspirations and actions of atheists from sea to shining sea -- with a big help from left-leaning courts who only wish they had the power to do more --the separation of church and state has been totally redefined, and repackaged to serve the liberal elite agenda.

Oh you know, the common man, being people of faith, is so yesteryear. (kinda like the new ad from Audi...have you seen it?  a sick twist on goodnight moon if you ask me -- "goodnight " can be seen here -- it is a thirty second attack on America if you ask me again; "goodnight gluttony, a farewell long expected...goodnight outdated... and all of your wears, goodnight bygones, everywheres...good morning illumination!...unequaled inspiration ---   luxury has progressed -- truth in engineering."

(You, too, can boycott your Audi dealer today...power to the people...)

Running hand in hand with the radical, progressive agenda's need for speed, the powers that be realize all too well that a nation of faith threatens the ability to control the masses, the 'stupid ignorant people (especially church goers) who know no better;

but a nation built upon self-reliance and the freedom to think and grow rich simply doesn't bend over -- especially if that kind of fundamental transformation includes a new world order, an unattainable made for TV global illusion, that runs counter to America's birthright.

The only thing our founders wanted to keep "separated" was the idea of a national religion -- as men living in the age of enlightenment equally came to understand, making us all Catholic, all Muslim, all Jewish, or all Protestant, without our ability to freely choose, was not the way to go for a budding republic.
 
And now, I just don't get it; how did we get here?  How is it possible that the people who worship no God can shape the lives of the people who do -- and in such an all or nothing way, no less?

If you don't wish to pray, don't!  For God's sakes, whatever you do, don't bow your head with the rest of us, don't do it...don't do it, don't make me tell you again, mister, or you'll be in big trouble -- just close your eyes and think about what you will have for lunch, right?.

But no matter what you do, one thing stands clear -- you cannot take away are the rights of others to have faith, show their faith, and honor their faith; as long as there is no harm no foul, people OF FAITH have a right to express it, exercise it, and even shout it from a mountaintop if we so please.

Here's another way to look at it:

it is much like our right to eat meat or not to eat meat; it's not like the vegetarians have a right to take away our burgers and rib-eyes, right?  If you don't want to partake in some of the food this great earth has blessed us with (thanks to a loving and benevolent Creator...) then don't -- that right is yours to make and take all the way to the salad bar. It's a free country, live on juice bars, for all I care.

But just because you don't eat meat, or believe it is wrong, doesn't mean you can tell me what I cannot eat -- let alone have it taken plum out of the local grocery store everywhere and often for goodness sakes if for no other reason that YOU don't like it; just because you don't believe in God, doesn't mean you can tell me not to, or make me follow a belief system that takes away every sign, symbol or sanctity of a belief system that does.

Some people (funny, the majority of our global community) still believe in God.

While no matter how far we "progress" in this world, the majority of us still value that old luxury of believing in Something -- correction, not just a something, but a belief in that One True Thing, and as individual we come; but what we have in common, is realizing that the One True Thing is non-negotiable and  truly worthy of our time, money and attention above all else.

While some people (and when I say 'some', I really mean most)  -- some people still value the aged and well worn message! no matter who is telling the story -- a Saint Paul, a Jesus, a Mohammed, a John Smith, a Buddha, a God of all colors and creed -- we still open our hearts and minds to hear the message.

Talk about truth in engineering, our one true faith is a luxury we not only crave, we absolutely know, in our hearts, we cannot live without -- while most of us would probably agree, we don't even want to try.

We would walk! five miles in the snow and back again, before climbing into the mindset that fails to fill us with hope, love and charity through faith -- while the atheists agenda, one that destroys the very Judeo-Christian foundation we have built, shamelessly does just that.

Of all things, really, to attack the one thing that made America -- have we already forgotten?  We fought a revolution for this! Our religious and economic freedom from England was all we ever wanted, all we ever needed -- besides that One True Thing we celebrated through and through and double on Sunday.

Where is the defense for we the people who actually have the law on our side?  How awkward for the ACLU, right?  Having teams argue against one another in court, making a mockery of the whole charade.

God knows how we got here.no really, God probably knows.

So back to the top, isn't there something better they could be doing with their time -- the atheists, I mean...how on earth can a cause that seeks only to snuff out the look of faith in ourselves, and in our landmarks, be that fulfilling?  Is bitter judgment along with a thorough civic damnation of our nation's Divine Providence, and our community of faith, really that worthy?

Couldn't the atheists pour their attention to things of that greatly affect our civic livelihood and stability -- say like, inner-city children losing their way - falling victim to gangs and dropping out of school; or perhaps, the fall from grace in Hollywood, from a time (of luxury), when films were made really good -  along with a shared safe keeping of some kind of moral compass bearing witness by our children on the both the small and big screen; or perhaps the thoughtless use of vitriolic language by journalists, bloggers, and political pundits, all of which, when done, are worthy of someone telling them no, don't do that anymore.  Couldn't all these examples be a better use of their time and worthy of taking up the legal challenges?

Attacking Christians, in particular, is just no way to go around life.

So get a new hobby -- make up a symbol to call your own and flash it wherever you see fit, respectfully of course. Build your own memorial to something -- to death or to life -- and shine on.

But take your hands off of our cross! (and really, for true believers, God is in everything -- alive in not only the symbols and rituals -- but in everything seen and unseen...so good luck with that...what are you gonna do next, banish the trees, the birds, and the big blue sky?)

Your reprehensible, narcissistic, anti-altruistic demands to make us conform to your world, to pretend as if our God simply doesn't exist, denying our spiritual connection to all that surrounds us and each other, while callously forbidding us the FREE EXERCISE thereof, will never happen. never.

Oh my, to have a slew of liberal judges in your favor is a blessed thing to bestow...

but even still, can't help but think of them as simpletons in robes...

a little nudge here, a little nudge there...


Fear not, America, for precedence is in our favor (and we all know how much the law loves precedence) -- Divine Providence is in our favor, we have moved mountains before --
rest assured,
God is in our favor.

Dear America,

Happy Tuesday.

So a preacher, a rabbi, and an imam are in a boat...

ah, who's kidding who, that's not where I'm going with this, this is no time for jokes; let me begin again.

So this preacher from Florida is getting the word from the general to stop, don't go there, on behalf of our troops and the mission at stake happening right now in the mountains and deserts and valleys of Afghanistan; while here at home, the mission from a so-called loving God is set to burn the Quran on the church lawn come the anniversary of 9/11.

This preacher, this Dove evangelical, world outreach "New Testament" Church, has about fifty members, according to an article plastered across the what's happening page of yahoo! -- that's a big five, O.  IF that is the true number, as I have every hope and desperate belief that it is, we must safely assume that the actions of this so called preacher do not speak well, or for that matter, completely, for the rest of us; his church is under the law of extremism deism --look it up, if you must.

And yet, he has the attention of millions, and in particular, one very important general this fine Tuesday morning.

As I am merrily returning from dropping my girl off at school, the morning radio show is filling the airwaves over this preacher -- adding to the melodrama by making blanketed statements of the narrow-mindedness of all Americans over the injustice of misrepresentation of all Muslims, and the travesty of human error rushing to judge an entire group of people -- and not in a good way.

Dare I add a daggar to the breast, but it is this blanketed mass suicide of consciousness that is gonna kill us; it is this blind leading of the blind, following a wayward belief system -- likened to the Jim Jones of this world -- that we have every reason to shudder into submission and ask God for guidance -- to bring pause -- before any one of us, or many of us, open our mouths up again.

It is not all Muslims we take issue with -- it is the actions of the Islamic extremists who in the name of Allah, pull a jihad on people, in nearly every part of this beautiful world, through martyrs and terrorist armies, against anyone and everyone who do not believe like them.  This preacher, from Dove -- someone not even worthy of saying his name out loud -- is in the same boat as the rest of these yahoo's!.  And it is a crying shame.

This preacher is not helping the cause or the convictions of most Americans, and that especially goes for our troops in harms way.

But here's the thing, I just have a real problem being depicted as anyone remotely associated with Christian derelicts, like this. This is not who I am, nor ever wish to be.

While I believe, as we all live according to our beliefs, this is not what God would want of His word, and His world respectively.

For what it's worth, let's get personal right now; as my latest gig with God these days lends itself to the conversation -- what does God want (for all people) and how do we get there, and more importantly, stay there?  The only way we truly know this is by spending time reflecting on God, and listening to what God wants -- and not like a freaky follower, who believes in one reality over another, but like a child of God, alone, say like out in the woods or maybe a desert, without anyone else getting in the way -- by way, I mean, like preacher posers found only in dove canyons and the gangs of New York, especially.

So my gig is this:

I close my eyes and stop the world and say a couple of words,

"knock knock"

and then I do my darnedest to not say another word for as long as I can. 
Oh, and you thought it was the beginnings of another joke...oh, ye of little faith.

Suffice it to say, there is no need for explanation at this juncture -- or for that matter, is this time to negotiate, manipulate or conjugate with God on any level other than in Spirit -- and to come as you are and take It all in; knock, knock.

All begging, interruptions, rationalizations, and any idea that appears to sound like little g's top ten things for this happy Tuesday, are not needed or acceptable; all I need to do is stop the world, and say knock, knock.

With any luck at all, I can maintain from veering off into the tangents and alley ways of wayward thought; while if perhaps that pesky habit of trying to control everything rears it's ugly head --  if my own humanity is preaching louder than the Spirit of God -- I simply pull over again, and stop.  KNOCK KNOCK.

Ommmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I'm here God; talk to me.

I have a hard time understanding how a loving God would think that burning the Quran on the church lawn would be a good idea; if this preacher prayed about it, I would have to believe that God told this preacher to stop, wait, think about this for just one moment my child... how is this act you are about to perform something that the world could embrace?  How could this act, which clearly kicks up dust and perhaps paves the way to further divisiveness and destruction, be a good thing?  Like the mosque at Ground Zero, this act is antagonistic and perverse.  Stop. Listen. You know not what you do...hello? are you there my child? knock knock, anyone home?

Do we affirm life and love?

Do we reflect joy and thanksgiving?

Do we live in grace and peace that passes all understanding -- even when faced with that which we may not fully agree? 

Do we come from the place of listening first, taking action second?

To me, and especially with the times right now, Knock Knock is like screaming a loud and deafening, "I GIVE!" out to the Universe, to God; it's like crying "Uncle" out unto the world to that which has a bit more seniority...make it stop, make it stop, I give...as we are brought to our knees laughing so hard it hurts, as we have tears streaming down our cheeks to prove it.

everything we do -- or what somebody else does -- begins with a thought, think about that.

This preacher thinks lighting the Quran on fire is the right thing to do; I think not.  This imam in New York City thinks building a mosque a stone's throw from Ground Zero is erecting and capitalizing on right thought; I think not.  But worse, thinking all Muslims are the same, thinking all Christians think alike, is mindless, thoughtless, consciousness in action, and hardly worth perpetuating in blanketed generalizations and forlorn rhetoric -- and yet, this culture of followers of men and what men think over and above a loving God is what lives and reigns, worshiped and glorified, by today's standards.  Unbelievably, this is the door we choose to knock more often than not, time and time again...following Imams and preachers going rogue and astray.

Believe it or not, take it or leave it, the truth is this AMERICA was not built under the rule of man; for thank God reformation and our founders recognized the recklessness of such mindless following of king and kingdom and subsequently, a belief system based solely upon the absolutes according to such king and his every whim and fancy -- and rest assured, stopped everything before doing anything.

Knock knock.

Pretend for a moment that everything you think about comes right back to you like little sir echo, traveling the great divide and bouncing off the purple mountains majesty...Joel Osteen, on Sunday's evangelical television message used this visual to demonstrate how this works, begging the question, what are you preaching, to the world and to yourself, according to your own word, beginning with your own thought? 

In his story, a boy out hiking with his father, turns to him and asks, there is somebody that keeps saying you're a loser at me, keeps telling me you are no good...listen...as he screams across the canyon echoing his sentiment and having it come right back.  His father turns to him and lovingly, without saying anwering him, beckoning a heartfelt and raucous "you're a winner" "you are worthy" "you are the greatest son a father could ever hope for" from the gallows of his soul...now richocheting off every home and mountain top from as far as the eye could see...falling right back into his son's ear.

Just what did our founders shout out, pray tell?

We are UNITED;

we are ONE;

we are all about all men being equal under the rule of law, not man -- no special favors, no entitlement to anything more than the duty to yourself, your family, and this country -- beholdened to the beatitudes to be of good cheer, to be of firm work ethic, to be of kindliness and godliness, to love to thy neighbor as yourself, to be and live with integrity and honor, to be in peace and teach communal grace and good tidings, to be still -- and keep steady with our thoughts and prayers so that all generations to come can live in the glory and experience the bounty of that which comes freely, nondiscriminating; each and every one of us, individual, indivisable, and absolute, is standing on the Spring, as one child of God to another, ready to burst forth.

But sad to say, today, this happy Tuesday, our very nature, what America is about to become, is showing; it is speaking loud and clear, and is bearing false witness to who we really are.  With our goodness, our charity, our faith and our hope at stake, it is being drowned out by those who wish us harm or by those who know no better; the thing is -- uncharacteristically -- we seem to be allowing for the wretched and unworthy to have the floor, remaining in our seats conjoined with the negative chatter, destructive self talk and innuendos, without aligning our self to the right thought, first and foremost. We are not listening to the Most High.

Knock knock.

Dear America,

This says it all, doesn't it.  I realize I'm repeating myself; but I can't seem to get over this whole prayer brouhaha -- just can't seem to let it go.  While if Lincoln thought we, the people, were acting too high on the hog back then, I shudder to think about what he's thinking about us now.

The other thing that never ceases to amaze me -- is the command and nature of the chosen words back then, "Intoxicated with unbroken success!"  One cannot help but get an instant visual, an immediate sensation, touching the intrinsic value of his sentiment; we know exactly what he is talking about, sensing the burden of responsibility to act accordingly -- to repent, make right, to atone our humanity with the Spirit back of all living things.

We were a spiritual nation of people.

"Those rights, then, which God and nature have established, and are therefore call natural rights, such as are life and liberty, need not he aid of human laws to be more effectually invested in every man than they are; neither do they receive any additional strength when declared by the municipal laws to be inviolable.  On the contrary, no human legislature has power to abridge or destroy them, unless the owner shall himself commit some act that amounts to forfeiture."  William Blackstone, Commentaries on the Laws of England, elevated to new heights in the new land by our founders...
God's justice, unalienable rights through the natural laws given to us by our Creator, was the pact we made when forming this more perfect union; "what – therefore – God has joined together – let no man put asunder" as they say, according to traditional vows of marriage.

We are united by faith, with God, as a nation.

The irony really, as the way things were laid out from the very start, there was separation of church and state only in the context of walls; otherwise, God opened our doors in the morning, led every meeting, guided every direction, every cause, every effort, and tucked us each into bed at night.  Never did we live a day without giving thanks and praise, first and last.

Our founders recognized how the Spirit of a Nation could be elevated in times of trial, and grounded in times of good, when the very foundation was made from the principles handed down to us from the last 5000 years.  Some might even say, now that secular laws and beliefs rule the day, that the founders could see this day coming -- for they gave us all the tools and the plan and the direction to continue through the ages for eternity -- or for as long as we continued to recognize the simple Truths laid out and entrusted to us, as long as we continued to be a people of faith.

There is something to be said for allowing God's plan to unfold -- letting go of the attachment to outcome, entrusting ourselves, even in times that make us crazy, to continue the path of right action, making way for right outcome, and trusting in Divine Providence (or maybe Divine Intervention is more like it), allowing the Living Spirit, who moves through us and with us along the way, to do it's thing.

Sunday's message from Joel Osteen, who I try to catch when I can, encompassed this very idea -- reassuring us disciples that God's plan is always at play -- always "three steps ahead of us" (I believe he said three, he could just as easily said infinite for all that really matters) -- but his point was, God runs along before us, closing windows, opening doors, turning on the lights, and otherwise, making way for us to make our way, assuring us at the very least, that there is a reason for everything.

Osteen spoke of a couple of stories to illustrate this --

1)  The plane going down in the Hudson.  Captain "Sully" had years of experience flying in the Armed Forces, followed by flying for years in the private industry along with something else you may not have known before -- but 37 years as a recreational glider pilot under his belt.  He mastered the art of flying without power!  Low and behold, who is at the helm when one of the rarest occurrences in aviation should happen -- the loss of all engines through annihilation by a flock of geese -- Sully. 

Even unbelievers said God must have had a thing to do with that miracle on the Hudson -- there was no other conceivable reason that could have justified such a feat of brilliance and masterful direction.  Sully may very well have been the only one who could have done it...could it have been his purpose all along?

2)  After the Haiti earthquake, Osteen's brother, a doctor, went down to offer his services.  As they were working, some kind of monitor stopped operating properly, with no replacement in sight.  They were unable to do anything without it.  Low and behold, a Haitian man, in the vicinity of all this scrambling around in hopes of finding the resources to get hold of another monitor, remembered a box he had stored away...  He returned with this box and gives it to Osteen's brother, and says maybe this can help -- this unopened box which sat in storage for two years.  What do they find, but the exact same model as the broken monitor.  There it was "unbroken", and ready, to just plug right in.

Later, when asked about it -- turns out this Haitian man had attended a trade show -- again, two years back -- and he won the darn thing in the raffle.  Skeptical of it's value to him, and having no idea what to do with it, he saved it anyway...just in case it would come in handy down the road...

Three steps to infinity and beyond, the path before us is made by faith.

My girl and I attended the Parkinson's 5K Walk and Fun Run this past weekend, an annual event held on old Navy property down in Point Loma.  It was a beautiful southern California morning, with just a touch of morning low clouds still to burn off before the race would be finished, making it stellar conditions from the start off. 

But the weather report isn't the point I want to make here -- the thing is, the air was more having to do with the environment itself;  the cause, the people gathering for such a cause, created an atmosphere of good will and open hearts and love. 

Have you noticed how attending events like these make you feel inside?

Anyone who has shared an experience of doing something for something greater than ourselves knows exactly what I'm talking about -- everybody is happy, pleasant and simply easy to be around. We unite under the cause with a higher purpose than our usual day to day calling -- we almost become intoxicated with the goodwill in which we are surrounded in.  It feeds us; it lifts us up; it stirs something in our soul.  We discover just how good it feels to do something for someone else, and just maybe make the Gods happy with us, too.  We unite with God, and the Spirit within everyone in attendance with a connectedness unmatched and unexplained -- no matter race, age or even human or canine (there were sooooooo many bow wows walking the 5K too...and they all got t-shirts too! -- really cute -- but let's get back on track).

Returning from the walk we had to make a pit stop at a local Staples to pick up a poster board for a school project.  We hopped out of the car still high on life when all of a sudden this little old lady nearly ran me over, on foot no less,  basically walking swiftly through me, cutting directly through my path from out of nowhere, with her husband at least three steps back in tow.  No pardon me, or excuse me.  Nothing.  No nicety whatsoever. 

I looked at my girl and rolled my eyes and without skipping a beat she says to me, "we're back in the real world mama."

Indigenous people of all nations connected to the Spirit world, a higher Benevolence, the all-knowing Omniscience which surrounds us, supports us, feeds our soul -- making our crooked paths straight.

Perhaps it is a "self-sufficiency" which has taken hold of us -- in combination with a sordid "self-deficiency" which plagues us -- but without question, the most forbidden defiance is the loss in our ability to self govern with principle, honor, compassion, truth, and a higher love.  This basic premise, this agreement we made before God and our country, this vow gladly embodied within each and every one of us as it's citizens, is the one that no man should put asunder.

Not until we return to the day of advocating the intrepid return to self-government, and self-government alone, along with our individual duty and responsibility to uphold three steps from now and for evermore, will America be blessed with Divine Providence once more; until we do, walking aimlessly in the desert will be more like it.

This is where things break down for us; we are so advanced, so technological evolved, no longer is there a need to make rocket ships to fly to the moon -- there is no need to look to that part of the night sky in search of God knows what -- for we've been there, done that already.

Advances through Divine Providence are easily dismissed and discounted in times of self-sufficiency; and no longer is it necessary to connect to this Spirit for invention and innovation and in prayer, for guidance and intervention for man knows what man needs to do and has all the power and might to get there on his own.  Matter of fact, we don't even have to make excuses for it or be nice to each other in the process -- for being nice is so Victorian you know (just another piece of liberal logic past down from a relative). 

Governments new found logic rests in the trust of man and man alone -- you know the drill, " trust me, I'm with the government and I'm here to help" mentality, for you know not what you do. Let me throw asunder the old ways and bring you up to speed with what's in store for you under man, under the new laws, under the new principles separating church and state in every which way to Sunday. 

Little does the little world of politics recognize the Light shining bright within the thousands standing side by side in every community, in every way, in 5K's and everyday, marching forward, as if Divine Providence is leading the way -- because It is.  Religious persecution is soooooooooooooo yesterday.

True self-sufficiency is found in honoring self-government, something a simple man does not understand without the grace of God and his self-reliance in tact -- in order to boldly connect to the greatest Source in the Universe, to leap tall buildings in a single bounce, or simply walk a 5K along side a seventy year old women running past you at warp speed, screeching "on your right" as she makes her way all the way to the finished line, all for a good cause.  priceless.

Okay, this may be a stretch, but how about the latest Orbitz ad:
The Orbitz rep beams down out of the blue and hands a guy a check...all for not doing anything but using Orbitz services -- where they guarantee the lowest price, or if someone else books for a lower price, the difference gets paid to you...jump ahead to the guy in the pool, "what about me, don't I get a check?  I'm not doing anything."  The rep look at the guy and politely remarks (as if his lazy butt deserved a serious response at all), "no, first you have to book on Orbitz, then not do anything."

Just a funny way of looking at cause and effect -- and more importantly, tapping into the One True Source first, then all else shall be added unto you; all about the action before outcome, or "the action before the inaction" if you will -- while the Magnificence that walks before us never stops.
