It's a Tax Thing...how is your European Summer Vacation Going?

Dear America,

It's a wee bit premature, but upon first blush of what just happened today ---

• IT is a TAX (no more hiding it, Mr. President)
• IT is still NOT fully paid for!  (CBO will have to re-calculate it)
• IT is FRAUD, spoon-fed to us courtesy of Nancy Pelosi's Congress and the Obama Administration
• IT is OVERREACH of the federal government
• IT is grounds for impeachment of President Obama, based upon the fraud, lies and manipulation to the American people (and just among numerous other things he has done from the executive branch)
• IT opens up a brand new argument on behalf of the people -- because it is now considered a tax and worthy of a brand new fight FOR the people.  The real battle has only just begun.  

and as our Chief Justice John Roberts duly noted:

• “Because the Constitution permits such a tax, it is not our role to forbid it, or to pass upon its wisdom or fairness."

let's see... what else...

• IT emboldens Americans who sit upon the other side of this decision to send a clear and effective message come November ...  
• IT actually works in ROMNEY'S favor....
• IT gives fiduciary support to have ourselves another rendition of the Boston Tea Party, but in the Potomac
• IT demands President Obama to recognize HIS law, the "Affordable Care Act," for what it is:  A TAX!
• IT goes against the view of 67% of Americans (and then, you give us ALL a brand new tax to deal with? -- the middle class included? -- excuse me?  this number of 67% will jump by the end of the day)
• IT is official -- our entry into Socialism USA is upon us; and sadly, we are on the precipice of ending our Republic just days before celebrating our nation's birthday.

Other than that, it is a good day for America -- of course, we will all know more as time goes by...cuz, you know, that whole thing about 'we gotta pass it to know what's in it' just keeps on ticking.

can't wait to hear what our president says... in just about an hour from now....

guess you didn't realize we all signed up for a European vacation for the rest of our lives, huh? 

what's next -- what else will you demand us all to buy, or else?  hybrid cars, not clunkers, for everyone -- but buy a gas guzzler and get taxed at a higher rate? 
or how about this -- how else will the nanny state manage and modify and nudge us in our everyday human behavior?...oh right, we are already getting  a no-food-value-added tax for soda and sugar products... 
... but will fat people get a larger tax than the skinny people?  
...will smokers be required to cough up more than the non-smoker?  
...how will they really make it FAIR for everyone?
THIS open-ended opinion on the ability for the government to use the system of taxation leaves America vulnerable to all kinds of craziness.  Tyranny is a fine way to start the day, isn't it?! 

THIS IS AN UNPRECEDENTED HOT MESS.

oh and just in case anybody really cares -- unemployment numbers still suck.
